Chapter 1029: Dharma is in Magic (Part II)

The lives of all living beings are so tiring, what makes you tired? It's the demon of trouble. From the perspective of Buddhism, this person's life, the history of the world, and the progress and prosperity of society are all caused by the demons of afflictions. So don't think that demons are bad, human beings are economically developed, and they are all created by troubled demons.

And where is the Dharma? The Dharma is in magic, and the Buddha's path is in the demonic path, so turning troubles becomes Bodhi.

If you ask for no troubles, then you can't do Buddha things. The symbol of Buddhism is the lotus, the symbol of Catholicism is the cross (in fact, it is a swastika and a circle), and the symbol of Islam is the half moon.

The characteristic of the lotus flower is that it does not grow in a clean place, and the dirtier the mud, the better the lotus grows.

Another characteristic of it is that flowers and fruits are at the same time, there is effect in the cause, and there is cause in the effect.

As soon as the flowers bloom, there are lotus pods, and there are lotus seeds in the canopy. People who study Buddhism often want to take the path of pure height, but pure high cannot achieve enlightenment. Therefore, if a bodhisattva wants to enter the world and enter the circle of afflictions to train himself, it is the path of Buddhahood.

There is a very good couplet in the Central Plains, and I have repeatedly mentioned it, you must remember: "A true iron man who can be tempered by heaven is a mediocre talent who does not attract envy."

Success is a grind, and failure is a grind. Only idiots are not jealous, as long as you have a little ability, some people will be jealous, even Buddha and Jesus are jealous, these two sentences are also the principles of Buddhism.

Bodhisattvas who enter this gate, if they see everything pure and good Buddha land, they will not be happy, and they will not be greedy. If you see everything that is not pure Buddha land, you will not be worried, and you will not be hindered. But in the Buddhas, the pure heart, joy and respect, there has never been.

I just talked about the Vimala Sutra as the cause of the cause, and this chapter is about how to learn Buddhism. Those who study the Bodhisattva Path, who understand the above teachings, do not rejoice when they see all the Pure Lands, including the Western Elysium, (unlike some people who only have a good dream and are so happy that they can't eat for three days, which is too small joy), and they do not covet this realm, nor do they think that they are too high, and they regard it as equals. The Diamond Sutra says, "The law is equal, and there is no superior."

If you see an impure Buddha land, that is, you see something wrong with the wrong person or something that is not in line with the Dharma, don't be unhappy in your heart. Especially those who study Buddhism, or those who want to be leaders, should develop this attitude. You don't have to be worried, you don't feel like an obstacle, you don't bury it, you don't have to be equal.

As long as you are respectful to all Buddhas, how can you be respectful? It is to give birth to a pure mind. For example, if you see a Buddha statue in a temple, it's great! Alas, you are no longer pure, and you like it so much.

What is a pure mind? It is the above saying "loneliness without words, without saying and without showing, without knowing and doing Buddha things", not a single thought is born. In other words, if you are truly pure, your original mind is the Buddha land, and you don't need to ask for it.

"But in the Buddhas, the pure heart, joy and respect, there has never been." Pay attention to this sentence, you like it so much that you jump with joy all of a sudden, and I'm going to go to the doctor to see you. A pure mind is neither joy nor sorrow, calm and quiet, not dull, and this is the entry point of the Dharma.

Therefore, everyone wants to know how far they have learned Buddhism, and they can see how pure their minds have been at any time and anywhere.

If you can't sit still, you can't stand, your heart is scattered, how can you be a little pure? Scattered is not pure, dim is not pure, true and pure is like the night of August 15, a bright moon shines in the sky, cloudless and thousands of miles of sky, cool and comfortable. This realm has never existed, of course not, when have you ever had it? It's all blocked by pollution, and when you reach this realm, you're the Mahayana entry.
