Chapter 979: Movement and Thought
The Bodhisattva said: Movement is the thought of two. If you don't move, you don't have thoughts, and if you don't think, you don't make a difference. Those who have attained this are the only way to enter.

But this direction is not fixed, from the first night to the dawn, its position is constantly changing, and each day of the month is different, so it is also possible to know the day and time by the position of the stargazing nakshatra on the celestial body.

Twenty-eight before it's too late
The rooster cries early to see thirty-three
In the upper part of the couplet, "twenty-eight" is twenty-eight nights, but the word "stay" is deliberately not written, and this place can go to bed early at night and stay overnight; The "thirty-three" of the lower link is thirty-three days, and you can leave early in the morning), which is written by an insider.
The meaning of good karma is that the bodhisattva has really had a good rest and has been settled.
If you want to take a big rest, you have to take a Mahayana decision, and you should pay attention to his report.
The Mahayana is not the Hinayana practice of reciting the Buddha, counting the breaths, and reciting the meditation, but the method of taking no door as the method.
You can take the non-door as the method, okay, that's already decided. Furthermore, if you have the ability, you will not nod your head if you sleep while meditating.

I call it a bow, and the moon is like a bow, with little rain and much wind. You can really sleep for seven days and seven nights without moving, and that's about the same.
Most people call it sleeping, but if you are asleep, can you stay still for seven days and seven nights?
Movement and thought are two different things, and delusion is called movement. Maybe someone will silently count, I tell you that you don't need to count, how many times you breathe in 24 hours a day, there are already statistics in medicine. Reciting the Buddha can be regarded as reciting tens of thousands of times, so many thousands of times, which money village do you have? It's all moving.
If you can't move, your body won't move, and you have to settle down. The body will definitely be upright, otherwise it will be wrong.
Therefore, there is still a way to talk about the qi vein, and the qi vein makes you strong, if the body is not strong, you sit and bend over, and it is in vain to sit for 10,000 years, this is the secret.
If you really don't move, you can't think of delusions, and you don't have any thoughts.
I ask you, why do you sit down if you meditate well? When you say it's time, does it feel like the body feels it's time, or does the heart feel that it's time? You think it's time to come down because your legs are uncomfortable, but it's actually a matter of your heart. As I said before, if someone pointed a sword at you and dared to move, he would kill you, and your legs would not move anymore, so it was heartbeat.
Therefore, "if you don't move, you have no thoughts, and if you don't think about it, you have no difference", and when you reach the realm of not being able to make distinctions, you have to be determined.
This is not only true for meditation, but also for daily work, without distinction, and just let it go. So sometimes a colleague asks me what I just said, and I ask him to tell me, because I lose it when I talk about it, as if I am on stage and singing, and forget it when I finish singing. It is necessary to be uncertain and uncertain, and it is true Mahayana Buddhism.
The Bodhisattva tells us what true peace and rest are. Like this student, sitting here listening, reading a book, and rocking a chair at the same time, his mind can't be single-minded.
Everyone has to experience it in this place, but it can be seen that they are all scattered, and they don't know it, but they must be able to experience this pure thought.
