Chapter Seventy-Five: Prosperity Falls!
There is a clear record in the "Tang Law": "All the women who are allowed to marry, and those who have reported the marriage certificate and regret the marriage, will be given sixty rods", that is to say, as long as the two parties exchange the marriage certificate, the marriage certificate has legal effect, just like the marriage certificate received by later generations, it is officially recognized and protected by the law.
What the woman has been thinking about every day in the past half a year is that she can do good things with Tang Que, how much self-pity has she experienced during this time? How much despair and hope have you experienced? Not to mention everything that happened to the Tang family the night before. Although Tang and Zhang's family had already agreed to the marriage, after all, they only agreed verbally, and what was in the box in front of her was her real longing.
At this moment, the woman actually had a feeling that her whole body strength was drained, and when she trembled slightly and held the gift letter in her hand, the depression in her heart that had been accumulated for a long time finally spit out, gently stroking the delicate sandalwood gift letter, and the poisonous widow muttered to herself inaudibly: "I finally have a home!" βγ
Although she had four nominal husbands, and although she had two houses in the countryside and the county seat, and the largest tung oil shop in the county, the woman in her thirties had never really felt the taste of home since the moment she left her parents.
Home is not only money, home is not only tung oil shop, home is not only real estate, for a woman like her, if there is no man, no child born with that man, if there are no people who stay together every day, everything she has now will never make her feel at home.
When the woman woke up from the chaos of thoughts, the first thing she did was to pick up the box containing the marriage book and run towards the study, on the way she felt that something seemed to be about to explode in her heart, but when she stood in front of Tang Que and saw the man who was smiling and moaning at her, she couldn't say a word.
Seeing the woman like this, Tang Que put down the "Return Post" in his hand, and walked straight to the woman from behind the bookcase, and also didn't say anything, he just stretched out his arms and gently hugged the woman into his arms.
After the woman snuggled into his arms, her head leaned on his shoulder, and when Tang Que looked sideways, he saw that Li Yingjun had a smile on his face that he had never seen before, this smile was very calm, very tranquil, and very reassuring. Looking at such a smile, people can't help but feel a warm warmth from the bottom of their hearts.
Suddenly, Tang Que inexplicably had a strange feeling, as if he had known the woman in his arms for a long time, and had been together for a long time......
After embracing each other like this for a long time, Tang Que chuckled in the woman's ear and said, "I have all the marriage books here, but when will you take my hairy son-in-law to see my father-in-law?" βγ
As if unwilling to come out of the atmosphere just now, the woman still had her eyes closed when she spoke, and her voice was very soft, "I'll go back in the afternoon."
"Oh, then I'll send the marriage letter with you."
"You're really a hairy-footed son-in-law who doesn't know anything!" When the woman heard this, she smiled affectionately, "You said that giving a marriage certificate is a trivial matter?" Before you come to the door with a gift letter, my family must first prepare a long couch, on which there needs to be an incense table, and on which the incense burner, water bowl and knife are placed, which is still simple. The food and drink you are served must be prepared with care, and you must not be sloppy when you leave my house. It is also said that sending a piece of satin also makes, but Ah Cheng, your current clothes are really few, so I just take this opportunity to buy a few more."
Seeing that Tang Que was about to say something, the woman stretched out a hand to cover his mouth, "This dress is not only to send your new son-in-law to the door, but also related to the dignity of my family, so you don't have to excuse yourself." Everything else is easy to say, it takes some work to make clothes, I'll go back in the afternoon to have a look, and I'll let you know when the time is set. β
Because this marriage book is not only related to his own marriage, Tang Queshi also has the idea of taking this opportunity to contact Zhao Laohu, so in his heart, it is naturally as soon as possible, listening to the woman said such a big list, he originally wanted to complain about a word of trouble, but the words finally came to his mouth.
For the woman, the meaning of each and every trouble in her eyes is different in her eyes, and perhaps she can get full of joy and pleasure from these trivial troubles, and if she really says the trouble, it will not hurt her heart, "Well, everything depends on you." β
The woman said to do it, and after coming out of Tang Que's place, she went back to her home on Lao Xi Street, and it was rare to have free time in this afternoon, Tang Que did not spend time in the study, and also went out to Tianfu Temple.
Walking into the small courtyard of the old monk Chengning, Tang Que looked up and saw Liu Wuya leaning over the piano platform in the courtyard.
Seeing what he was concentrating on scribbling on the paper with the pen in his hand, Tang Que didn't bother, and went directly to the abbot.
Cheng Ning, the abbot, also wrote something on the incense case, although he didn't move when he heard the sound of Tang Que entering the door. Tang Que paused for a moment and then walked lightly to the side of the incense case, and saw that the old monk was meditating on the scriptures:
The Buddha told Subodhi: "All Bodhisattvas and Mahasattvas should subdue their minds in this way!" All sentient beings and the like: oviparous, viviparous, wet, incarnated; If it is colored, if it is colorless; If there is thought, if there is no thought, if there is no thought, if there is no thought, if there is no thought, I will let it enter the nirvana and extinguish it. If it is the destruction of immeasurable and countless boundless sentient beings, there are no sentient beings who have attained extinction. Why? Subodhi! If a bodhisattva has the appearance of self, the appearance of people, the appearance of sentient beings, and the appearance of the long-lived, he is not a bodhisattva. β
Although Tang Que didn't know much about Buddhist scriptures, he also knew that this extremely famous passage was from the "Diamond Sutra", but what interested him was not the scriptures, but the calligraphy of the old monk.
The calligraphy of the old monk Mojing is very strange, the whole seems to be evenly proportioned, its horizontal painting is mostly into the tip of the pen thin, and gradually thickened, to the end of the pen is very heavy, showing the momentum of the pen. The pen is also heavy, the turning point is not repressed, and there is no silkworm head swallowtail commonly used in calligraphy, in short, it does not look like an intentional book, but it gives people a sense of unpretentious serenity, yes, the most obvious feeling is serenity.
Tang Que had never seen such calligraphy, at least not in the previous dynasties that he had seen so far.
The old monk went calmly and silently, Tang Que did not bother, just watched quietly, he was not interested in the scriptures themselves, but just carefully observed Chengning's pen movement and the chapter structure in the characters, to compare it with the Zhongshu he had studied.
I don't know when the old monk quietly put away his pen and asked in an empty voice: "You also like Buddhist scriptures?" βγ
"Ah", Tang Que woke up from his contemplation, and first collected the fingers that unconsciously followed the old monk's pen and copied in the void, and then said with a smile: "The student has nothing to do with the Buddhist scriptures, but the word "master" is ......."
After putting down the pen, Cheng Ning looked at Tang Quezheng's withdrawn hand, and a faint and imperceptible smile appeared on the empty face of the dead wood, "This is the 'scripture writing style', which was specially created for copying Buddhist scriptures, and it is different from what you have learned."
Seeing that Tang was puzzled, the old monk casually explained a few words, "This body was created in the Wei and Jin dynasties, when there were people who specialized in copying Buddhist scriptures for good believers, named 'Jingsheng', and its words were called 'Jingsheng Shu', and over time, this kind of calligraphy became its own, and it also had the name of 'Jingsheng body'." There is not much attention to the body, as long as it is clear and skillful, peaceful and natural."
"Taught".
"The same is with a pen, calligraphy and painting skills are similar, you write a few words to me to see", after speaking, the old monk has turned sideways to get out of the way of the position in front of him.
Tang Que didn't expect the old monk to come out like this suddenly, but even if the master wanted to see it, he didn't allow him to shirk, so he stepped forward and picked up a thin pen and wrote down the three words of "Diamond Sutra".
After Tang Que finished writing, he looked at it, but he also felt that he had played his normal level, and he let him wait for the old monk to comment after half a step sideways, although his face was calm, in fact, he still had some expectations in his heart.
"Hmm, Zhong Yuanchang's eight-point method!" , Tang was looking forward to it, who knew that the old monk only said these nine words for him.
At this time, the silent scripture on the incense case had been dry, and Cheng Ning picked it up and handed it to Tang Que, "This scripture has a total of 5,724 words, and what is written under the current is the fourteenth division of separation and extinction, and the rest will be handed over to you, only 200 words a day can be written, but there must be no omission or mistake in these 200 words."
There must be a reason for the old monk's explanation, but Tang Que can't understand it now, anyway, he is practicing writing every day, which is just incidental, and he immediately promised to take the Sutra.
Cheng Ning nodded, returned to the futon on the couch from the incense case and sat cross-legged, "You haven't been here for a few days, before today's class, let's talk about Xie Xiayang's six methods."
Xie Xiayang is the famous painter Xie He of the Six Dynasties, according to the record of Nan Chen Yao's "Continuation of Paintings", this person's portrayal of the character "is a little brush Yanjing, the intention is to cut the like, the eyes are not missing", it is really a figure painting master in the Wei and Jin dynasties. Because it is a native of Xiayang, Chenjun, so the descendants are accustomed to call Xie Xiayang by their origins, and the last course was taken from his "Catalogue of Ancient Paintings", and it is in this book that Xie He proposed six methods of painting techniques, and the old monk clearly had the intention of taking the school.
"Yes", Tang Que agreed, and after a little contemplation, he said: "The so-called six methods, one is the vivid rhyme, the second is the bone method with a pen, the third is the pictogram of the object, the fourth is the color with the class, the fifth is the business position, and the sixth is to pass the horizontal transfer and write. The remaining five rules talk about the basic requirements and specific methods of painting such as brush, coloring, chapter method and copying, and the bone method refers to the ......".
Listening to Tang Que's eloquent words, the old monk nodded after he finished speaking, pointed to the incense case and said: "There is a pair of ancient acacia powder in the courtyard painted by the old man the day before yesterday, you move the incense case out, according to my powder and the real thing, you need to remember the essence of the 'bone method with a pen' before writing, go, after you come out of the powder, I will tell you one by one."
After Tang Que took off all the things on it, he moved the incense case and took the pen and ink out of the courtyard to settle it, and Liu Wuya seemed to have sunk in, and even Tang Que made such a big noise, he didn't turn his head to look at it when he leaned over the piano platform.
As early as the last course, Tang Que already knew that the painting of this era was far from what he thought was a Chinese painting landscape, and the well-known "ink breaking method" and "smudging method" would not slowly develop until the literati painting founder Wang Wei came out, and the painting before the Tang Dynasty was similar to the painting of the later generations, that is, the shape of the painted object was outlined with an ink pen first, and then the color was set accordingly, so at this time, even the paintings of the previous dynasties were color paintings, not only black and white like the Chinese paintings of later generations.
In this way, although he learned to paint without the methods of "breaking ink" and "smudging", he had to spend a lot of effort on the fine work of the pen and the coloring and coloring. And the drawing base book without color is called a pink book.
"I knew that I would travel back to the Tang Dynasty, how good would it be to learn sketching in the future? Or maybe I'm stealing the limelight from Wang Wei and getting the ink technique out before that? At the beginning of the incense case, Tang Que was still unsettled, and it was inevitable that these strange ideas would come up.
But it's in vain to think about it, and now you definitely can't wear it back, as for stealing Wang Wei's limelight is also a joke, Wang Wei also made a pioneering contribution on the basis of absorbing previous painters. And before that, he didn't know anything about painting skills, even if he knew the general painting method of later generations, he didn't want to make such a thing when he didn't have any foundation at all.
It's like everyone in later generations knows that Einstein's theory of relativity is very classic, but if you don't have a solid knowledge of physics, you just know the general theory of relativity, and don't want to explain it clearly. In order to achieve this step, you must first lay a solid foundation in basic physics, and then step by step.
Thousands of high-rise buildings start from the ground, which is the importance of the foundation.
Tang Que naturally understood this truth, just now it was just a momentary fantasy, and after he slowly settled down, he began a solid and long foundation work on Chengning's powder book and locust tree prototype.
Once a person sinks into something, time always flies quickly, not to mention that Tang Que is a person who is particularly easy to focus on doing things, and when he raised his head with a long breath after finishing the last stroke, he found that he was too focused, and he didn't notice that a large brilliant fire cloud poured out of the sky at some point, and the sky was almost dusk.
An hour and a half, three hours flew by in a flash.
When Tang Que got up and moved his somewhat stiff and sour body, he found that Liu Wuya, who was originally leaning on the piano platform in the courtyard, didn't know when he left early, thinking about Liu Wuya's concentration when he came, he couldn't help but smile.
Moved his waist and legs, rubbed his wrists, and after Tang Que moved his body, he carried the bookcase and re-entered the abbot.
The old monk Chengning is not only a high monk, but also a good master who is good at teaching his disciples, there is no superfluous empty talk, but he only took Tang Quan's powder book one by one to pick out the mistakes, and combined with the example to say the "six laws" again, so that the present is targeted, Tang Que understands what he hears, and the harvest is much greater than just listening to empty lectures.
This is Tang Que's first time painting a powder book, and there are naturally many problems in it, Rao is old monk singled out the most basic thing, and it took nearly an hour to end the lecture, and then assigned Tang Que a "homework", and after he brought a new painting powder book next time he came, he waved him to go.
By the time Tang Que walked out of the abbot, the beautiful fiery clouds in the sky had long since disappeared, and a crescent moon as narrow as a boat had just hung on the branches of the big locust tree in the courtyard. Under the hazy moonlight, the sky is elegant and quiet, and the evening class bell at the gate of the former temple comes from afar, adding a bit of ethereal and ethereal meaning to this quiet.
Looking up at the crooked crescent moon, Tang Que was dressed in moonlight, bathed in the ethereal bell and walked out of the temple slowly.
In order to save lamp oil, the ordinary families are not too bright, and there is no neon splendor of the night in the later generations, only swaying on the papier-mΓ’chΓ© windows to reveal red and yellow orange light.
Tang Que looked at the windows illuminated by the lights, listening to the faint laughter, crying, and children's frolicking sounds coming from inside, and his mind couldn't help but think about the people in the window and the stories in the window.
After living in the steel and concrete forest of later generations for too long, at this time, walking in this small town market 1,300 years ago at night, the ubiquitous feeling of "home" wrapped him warmly and silently.
In later life, what Tang Que lacked the most, what he wanted most was this feeling of home, even if it was not gorgeous enough, as long as it was as warm as this oil lamp, indulging in such an atmosphere, his originally hurried steps had unconsciously slower and slower.
When Tang Que finally saw the light that belonged to him, a heartfelt smile appeared on his face, especially when he saw the figure in the halo who was anxiously waiting for him to come back, this smile was a little more prosperous, and his pace suddenly accelerated a lot.
