The authorities of the scenic area are very happy to accept these suggestions.

Since that visit, we have come back every few years to visit the Mars temple and see it grow.

When we went back, we saw a number of religious organizations holding joint peace prayer ceremonies there, the Global Peace Forum events, the speeches of prominent politicians and literati on the theme of peace, and the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new pavilion inaugurated by the Peace Prize laureates.

After leaving the Mars Temple in the Congerari area, we returned to the Lake of the Mirror of the past.

Today, although the lake is still there, the surrounding landscape has changed a lot, and the Engakuji Temple and the mountains on which it was built have disappeared. The area of the lake has also been significantly expanded. The snowy peaks in the distance are no longer snow-capped, and the ice and snow have melted in many places, revealing black-brown rocks, colorful jungles, and not as dense as before, and a large number of holiday villas and camping bases have appeared on the mountainside. The highway stretches to the bustling resort town by the lake, with five-star hotels and many high-end restaurants, as well as a number of youth hostels and family hotels, large drive-in cinemas, large shopping malls, and plenty of noisy bars that play all night long to the deafening heavy metal music.

The original boardwalk is still there, but it has been completely renovated.

We tried to walk a long way along the boardwalk, and along the way we saw many couples hugging and kissing in the woods next to the boardwalk, and even doing more intimate acts.

We watched as they hugged each other as if no one was around, and we looked deeply at each other and smiled tacitly.

Without experiencing countless separations of life and death, people will not understand what it means to be in love. I won't understand what love means, and I won't understand the end of all love.

At the end of the boardwalk, we saw the wordless tombstone.

Thankfully, after so many generations, it's still there, undamaged. Probably because it was an empty tomb, with nothing in it, and so plain in appearance, it has never aroused the interest of tomb robbers throughout the ages.

That's the benefit of having nothing.

It has passed through thousands of years, and it still stands quietly, silently facing the strange changes in the world.

Together, we faced the wordless tombstone. We hold hands.

This tombstone is exactly the same as the case at the Temple of Mars. I've been here many times in my past life, but you've never been here. You've never seen a tomb behind you.

It is the first time you have seen that Liu Shen and I have indeed built your tombstone here according to your wishes, and there is no writing written on it.

We, husband and wife, faithfully carried out your last wishes.

Next to the tombstone, you carefully read the text description of the attraction description. In this passage, you read the historical record that every generation of kings came here to pay respects when Liu Shen's dynasty had not yet fallen.

You look at me gratefully.

I said, "When King Han and I came here, our hearts were full of confusion. I looked at the forest around me and asked the heavens, do you still exist somewhere between heaven and earth? Has everything in the past been gone? Will there be a continuation of our lifelong relationship? If you still exist in some form, will you be all right in the new world? Will we be able to continue the story of this life? Will I be able to overcome death? Can all wars be eliminated for all worlds? On that day, standing by the side of King Han, I asked so many questions in my heart. ”

You say, "And now?" Are you standing by my side? ”

I said, "Now, I've found answers to a lot of the questions I had back then." Although it is not completely thorough, the fog and sadness in my heart have dissipated much weaker than at the beginning. I now believe that one day, all the fog will be lifted, and my heart will see everything, and there will be no more confusion. ”

You say, "Perhaps, that's the meaning of our constant meeting." It is because we have to achieve this total unconfusion that we have experienced so much together. ”

You say, "Every detour in life and every bump in the road is meaningful." They are all the only way to enlightenment. ”1910
