The beings of the Asura Path are extremely jealous and jealous, and often fight against the beings of the heavenly realm, but they often return defeated, and they are beaten all over their bodies. Although the beings of this path have great fortune, longevity, and intelligence, they are not happy because of their hatred.

Humanity and the Heavenly Way are good paths, and the Asura is one of the good paths by nature, but because they often have a heart of hatred and a will to fight, they are not truly good. In the midst of the various paths, the male asuras often stirred up wind and waves, fought bravely and ruthlessly, and attacked the heavenly king from time to time in the heavens in order to seize the throne. The female asura is beautiful and often confuses sentient beings and makes it difficult for them to practice. Therefore, although the asura does not have to suffer, there is a great chance that he will fall into the three evil realms after death.

Humane suffering can be summarized into four main sufferings, namely, the suffering of birth, old age, sickness and death.

We all have a little understanding of old age, sickness and death. We may not understand the suffering of childbirth, and we may not be able to remember the suffering we experienced in the womb and even during the birth process. During the nearly nine months in the womb, the baby suffers a lot. We can't remember it now, but that doesn't mean we didn't feel it at the time. At the time of birth, the baby suffers even more. After birth, we don't have even the slightest ability to protect ourselves. If it weren't for the care of our parents, we might only survive for a few minutes before we would have been eaten by wild beasts or died of cold and starvation.

Old age does not refer only to the suffering of old age, but refers to the suffering of gradual death from the beginning of the womb. If we can live to old age, this suffering is even more pronounced. In old age, our physical functions deteriorate, we have difficulty walking a few more steps, our appetite is not good, the skin on our face becomes monkey-like, and there are many things we want to do that we can't do. In the era of the five turbidity and evil world, young people do not know how to respect the elderly, and the elderly feel more and more unpopular. This old bitterness is like a thief who unknowingly steals our youth. For those who don't understand the Dharma, old suffering includes physical and mental suffering. For those who are well-versed in Buddhism, it is possible to avoid mental suffering and regard aging as a natural thing, but physical suffering is still unavoidable.

In the retribution of evil, comparatively speaking, the beings who are reborn in the animal realm are the ones who suffer the least among the three evil realms.

Few of the living beings of the animal and animal path live on the land, but many live in the sea. From the smallest insects to whales and elephants, they all belong to the animal path. In addition, there are animals that are not commonly seen, such as dragons and Roc goldfinches, which also belong to the category of livestock. Some animals live for as little as one day, while others can live for many eons.

If we look at the animals on the land, we can get a glimpse of the suffering. Animals that wander in the wild suffer from cold, heat, hunger, thirst, hunting, and feeding on each other. Animals raised by humans are subjected to hard labor, whipping, and even slaughter for skin, flesh, and bones.

The beings of the Hell Path and the Hungry Ghost Path have no time to practice the Dharma because of great suffering. Beings in the animal path are ignorant and unwise, so they are unlikely to understand the Dharma, so they are unable to cultivate goodness. The exception is a very small number of animals. Therefore, once you fall into the animal path, you have to endure painfully until your karma is exhausted and another small cause of the past is ripe, and then you can hope to be human again. Think about it, how many times we have killed in this life, this will lead to countless reincarnations in the Three Evil Realms, and there will be no recovery.
