Therefore, he made a grand wish to do the right thing for heaven, hoe the strong and help the weak, and save the people from fire and water. It's just that as a woman, her own power is limited in vain, and she only thinks that only the power of Buddha can save her. Listening to Mr. Gongsun talk about the master's sect, he wanted to use the master's sect's teachings to spread Buddhism, persuade people to practice, and guide people to be good. ”

Monk Cizhao only saw Sanniang's eyes, a pool of autumn water, clear and clear, and there was no half of the flicker, so he said: "The female benefactor is the first strange woman in the world, and the poor monk is ashamed of himself." As the so-called white lotus came to the world, Maitreya was born, King Ming was born, the holy woman was taught, and the female benefactor is now responding to the sixteen-character verses that the poor monk had previously been awarded. He invited the female benefactor to be the saint of the sect who founded the mountain, and the poor monk himself was the Zen master of the sect to preach. ”

Sanniang said secretly: "I'm here for the entrance examination." At the moment, he said: "The master's teachings originate from the Pure Land sect, which talks about self-confidence, self-cultivation, and self-discipline, and you can achieve rebirth in the Pure Land." Zen principles are also analyzed in simple terms, simplifying the way of practice, opening up Buddhism, and accepting more people who are pure and faithful at home, which are all good. In the time of peace and prosperity, it is the time of light, and this kind of doctrine is implicitly in accordance with the principles of heaven, and is of great use in calming the people's minds and educating the party. But if it is in a troubled time, it is a time of darkness, killing is everywhere, and people's hearts are in chaos, if they still teach the people to be good in everything, and accept it against the grain, and lead the neck to be killed, it will definitely not be accepted by the people. ”

Monk Cizhao sighed, and after a moment of silence, he said: "The two sects and the three worlds, the two sects, light and dark; The three worlds, the past, the future, and the present. There is an alternation of light and darkness in the world, and when the three worlds are reincarnated, but at this time, it is the time when the world should be calamitized, and what the female benefactor said makes great sense. ”

Sanniang continued: "In the master's teachings, teaching people not to kill is good, but if in troubled times, evil demons are everywhere, and the killing is even worse, and the people will definitely suffer from killing. And to stop the killing, the sect members have to move forward with all their might, and kill the demons and demons. As the saying goes, to eliminate evil is to promote good, and to kill people is to create a floating massacre! If killing one person can save a hundred or a thousand, why not? The evil things in the world are reliable for Buddhism to influence and reliable for Buddha power to eradicate, and when it is really time to deal with the calamity, we must not only teach people to promote good, but not eliminate evil. ”

Monk Cizhao Heshi said: "Amitabha, good and good, a good one can't just teach people to promote good, but not eliminate evil, the female benefactor, please continue." Sanniang said: "In addition, the five precepts set by the master, do not kill, do not steal, do not commit adultery, do not lie, do not drink, do not kill, change it, just do not harm the people?" ”

Sanniang said: "It is not good to not drink alcohol and not eat meat, since the master allows people to cultivate at home, and all worldly habits are not taboo, then these two items should also be removed." If these two items are removed, more believers will be able to join. In the future, we will only do the four precepts, that is, not to harm the people, not to steal, not to commit adultery, and not to lie. Monk Cizhao bowed his head and said: "What you said is very true, please continue to speak." ”

Sanniang said: "In addition, in addition to preaching the doctrine, I plan to hire a famous doctor near Zuo to give medicine to the people, and to teach scriptures, boxing, meditation and other methods to absorb the people's refuge, and closely connect the sect with the relationship between master and apprentice, so that the sect can be expanded as soon as possible." ”

Monk Cizhao said: "It is very good to give medicine to doctors, and this is the real thing that benefits the people in this world." Sanniang said: "That's right, this Antao Quanan Divine Doctor is the chief divine doctor who will preside over his affairs in the future, and his medical skills are the best in the world, and he is the right candidate." ”

An Daoquan listened quietly, and when he heard about himself, he titheed with the monk Cizhao and said: "Xiao Keshi has only heard the master's teachings, and he has quite a feeling, and he is also willing to enter this sect, and sooner or later he can also ascend to the Elysian World." As for the matter of donating medicine to doctors, Xiao Ke's responsibility is unshirkable. ”

The monk Cizhao bowed his head and said, "If the donor does something to save people, sooner or later he will be able to ascend to the Elysium." Sanniang said: "In the future, if there are troubled times together, the world will be calamitized, and if there are more evil people, you can also ascend to Elysium as soon as possible!" ”

In her mind, the White Lotus Sect is a two-sided sect, in the peaceful and prosperous times, it is the doctrine of persuading people to be good, and if it is in troubled times, it is the doctrine of calling on the people to rise up against ****. Monk Cizhao finally took a pen and paper and wrote them down one by one.

According to the "White Lotus Birth Record", Hu Sanniang is the first generation of saints of the White Lotus Sect, and the monk Cizhao is a Zen master of the sect, specializing in preaching, and there are ten elders under him who are in charge of the affairs of the church. It was also decided that the monks in the religion were called sitting monks, and the people who were honest at home were called White Lotus Taoists. Anyone who is a monk at home, whether rich or poor, from a low or a low background, or a man or woman, can join the church. It was also decided that when entering the church, it must be taught by the master and apprentice, and the sect must belong to each other, which is interlocking. It is also stipulated that each member of the sect must have a religious name in addition to the name of the layman, and it must be named after the four characters of "Pujue Miaodao".

It was also decided that in the future, the congregation could open halls and nunnery in various prefectures and counties to worship Buddha statues such as Amitabha, Guanyin, and Dashizhi (collectively known as the Three Sages of Amitabha), pray for royal blessings and longevity, and host Buddhist events for local governments, and also do some good deeds such as building roads and bridges. The hermitage has land assets, and the founders can be passed down from father to son, and passed down from generation to generation.

Monk Cizhao smiled slightly and said: "What Hu Niangzi said has a great truth, my Buddhist doctrine is too lenient, sooner or later only teach people to fast, do good deeds, but there are also people in the world who have fallen into demons and become demons, and naturally cannot be blindly tolerant of such evil people." Moreover, everything in the world is a combination of rigidity and softness, too soft is not enough, too rigid is easy to break, my White Lotus doctrine has both rigidity and softness, in peacetime, it is forgiveness, in war, it is strong, so it is good. And what Hu Niangzi said, it is secretly in line with the chivalrous style of Confucianism, and my doctrine can integrate the three great laws of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and it will be widely accepted by the people. ”
