The most discounted thing is to speak, and if the words can express one-tenth of what you really think, it is already very good. Because before we speak, we need to think about how to say it appropriately. Maybe we talked for a long time, and none of them were what we really wanted to say.

It made me start to reflect on life and art. Some people say: art comes from life, and is higher than life. I slowly felt that the best way to understand life is to integrate yourself into life, take on a few more roles in life, and only when things happen to you will your heart be truly touched. Literary fiction is art, it can condense a person's life in hundreds of thousands of words, no matter how wonderful its depiction is, it will also seem more or less coarse. Then, the novel may also be adapted into a two-hour movie. When a person's life becomes two hours, what else can be expressed? No matter how heavy the life is, it will become thin because of this.

I'm certainly not denying art because of that! Art is the precious life of an artist and the crystallization of human wisdom. Because a person can only live for one life, if you want to understand the life of others, you need to rely on art; If you want to live your life well, you need art even more. I just want to say that everything expressed in art has commonalities, and from a longitudinal point of view, everyone's life is also regular, which can also be regarded as a commonality between art and life; To a certain extent, art is trying to express this commonality of life.

However, the content of a person's life is different from each other and each has its own wonderful, which seems to be understood as the difference and connection between commonality and individuality. Just as art sums up the principle of commonality, how should we deal with the relationship between this commonality and the individuality of each of us in the specific life?

First of all, let's not easily deny ourselves, and don't easily deny our whole life. Judging from the long river of history, a person's life is indeed insignificant; But everyone's life is unique and precious. Because we still have to live day by day, no one knows what kind of details will come tomorrow; And many details are connected together, and they are crucial to a person's life. This kind of detail determines the difference in our life, so we have to live every detail of our life well.

Then, we can have extensive contact with art, learn art, arm ourselves with the wisdom summarized in art, increase our cognitive level and judgment, and we can even see art as a way to interpret truth. But it is precisely because we need to live day by day, when we encounter some details in life, what we have to do is to make our own decisions, we must trust our own feelings, do not be affected by the environment, and do not be confused by some artistic ideas.

Art not only brings us a lot of wonderful associations and imagination space, increases our cognitive level and judgment, but more importantly, art should bring us the courage to insist on ourselves, especially when we are frustrated and hit, we must believe in the truth and adhere to the truth, because the power of truth can change our embarrassing state.

Art is a way to express the truth, and when we learn the truth through art, we must also slowly have the courage to adhere to the truth and practice the truth in the details of life. The truth summed up by art is common, and whether or not it can be persisted in actual life is individuality. So most people will understand the truth, but the results are very different. We can learn the truth by appreciating art, but we must understand that the truth needs to be practiced and persistent.

Sometimes, holding on to one's truest feelings is a manifestation of sticking to the truth, because the true feelings of one's heart are themselves one of the products of truth. For example, if we really can't tell what is true, we try not to believe what we see, not what we hear, but what we feel in our first senses. In this way, it is called believing in yourself, and you will not become easily confused.

Having said all this, in fact, I just want to say that art is a way to express the truth, and we can learn the truth by appreciating it; In the face of life's practical problems, we must have the courage and patience to stand for the truth; When we are really confused and can't find a point of thought to support us, if we want to keep ourselves, we must believe in our truest feelings.

If we want to live an easy life, we need to see life as a journey, and our task is to enjoy the scenery. We shouldn't think of life as a marathon, with a hard time but not a quick finish. However, it is not easy to really achieve the mentality of looking at the scenery and not being affected by the environment! How much do we need to have in our hearts?

If we are willing to enjoy the pleasure of something, then we must also be mentally prepared to bear the pain that it may cause us. The more happiness you have, the more painful you may become, because this is the way the world is, where there is a cause and effect, and where there is suffering, there is happiness.

Lao Tzu said that "goodness is like water", which means: the highest level of good deeds is like the conduct of water, in the subtleties that no one notices, and Ze is the closest to the Tao without fighting for fame and profit.

How much wisdom does water have? Water is the treasure of everyone's survival, water is nutritious, quiet, tasteless, and everyone can't do without it; Water, like a mirror, reflects everyone; Water, lofty ambitions, one heart into the sea, thousands of difficulties can also be worn by water droplets; Water, which can be round and square, can adjust itself according to the specific environment, and does not lose its direction; Water, gradually deepening, seemingly inconspicuous, can penetrate into the depths of our soul and slowly affect a person; Water, renewed, uninterrupted, quiet and peaceful; Water, no wind and no waves, but a wave, will shoot people on the beach. If we can really "be like water", what kind of state will it be?

2. Appreciation of the full text of the Book of Songs

The Book of Songs has been in circulation for 2,500 years, and many scholars have put forward their own opinions on the theme of the poem, and these opinions are sometimes very different from each other.
