vs 12 Happiness that seems confused

(3) No-self is the middle way. Buddhists believe that the world is made up of matter and spirit, and so are people. There is no such thing as immutable, the body and mind of people are constantly changing in an instant, some of which are big and some of which are small, which is what we can feel. Since sentient beings already know that this world is changeable, they still hope to find something that will never change. If we define this thing as "me", this unchanging thing is "selfless", and it can also be understood that the only thing that does not change is that there is no thing that does not change forever.

(4) Dependent origin is the middle way. It is inevitable that the development of the selfless Middle Way view into the dependent origin of the Middle Way Temple. The world is impermanent and selfless, so what is it that governs it? The world does not arise spontaneously or by chance, and this is the question that should be answered by the Taoist view of dependent origination. What is the origin? Dependent arising is emptiness, and dependent arising does not come from any time and space, nor does it go to any time and space. What is that emptiness, and in order to further investigate its roots, we have to explore the nature of the cosmic human mind.

(5) The essence of the mind is the middle way. If the world is empty, then what is our world? What are we doing all day? What the world is and what we are doing depends on our own minds. The world that dogs see is completely different from the world we see; The world in the eyes of nature is even more different from the world in the eyes of humans. Let's take the towel as an example, originally it is not a towel, but we say that it is a towel, which is a kind of knowledge and understanding formed by the cooperation of objective things and our subjective world, so we say that it is a towel. This involves the spiritual world of the universe and the material world of the universe, and the phenomena involved are called Dharma in Buddhism.

Let's sort out our thoughts, will it be easier to understand in this way, dependent arising is emptiness, coupled with our subjective spiritual awareness, it has become this world, this world is impermanent, selfless, whether it is objective things or our hearts, it is always in flux. If we improve our mental level and cognitive level, then our ability to see things in the outside world will naturally improve. For example, everyone can know that mountains and rivers are objective things, and when our cognitive level is raised to a certain level, we not only know that mountains and rivers exist objectively, but also that many social phenomena exist objectively, that many types of people also exist objectively, and that many emotions and even confusion also exist objectively, and these are all solved by means.

(6) Stay away from the middle way with or without two sides. Those who advocate the doctrine of extinction say: Man dies like a lamp goes out, and once it is broken, it will be broken forever. Those who advocate the doctrine of permanent residence say: After death, the spirit lives forever in the world. This kind of eternal and eternal prejudice is not in accordance with the truth, and only constant and impermanence is the reality of the universe. There is no absolute in all dharmas, and there is no absolute existence or absolute non-existence in things in the world, because things are formed by the combination of objective existence and our subjective cognition. The towel burned, and it was gone, but there was really such a thing as a towel. "Non-existence and non-non-existence" is the final truth, and this "non-existence and non-non-existence" is the middle way, that is, the middle way away from both sides of existence and non-existence.

(7) Silent non-answering is the middle way. People tend to ask, "Is the human world finite?" Is it unlimited? When did it start? When will it end? When I asked the Buddha, the Buddha always replied with the attitude of not replying, indicating the middle way realm of silently not answering. This is because all words may be reduced to jokes and empty talk, and they may be deviated, unfulfilled, and not conducive to practice. And the Buddha's silence is actually the great saying, it is not like the general language of saying that the east is the east, the west is the west, and the two-sided drama of having attachment and saying non-attachment. In the silent non-answering that cannot be grasped, it is intuition, and it is the middle way.

For example, if it's winter, and you say it's winter, even if you don't say it, it's still winter. is like an old man who is over half a hundred years old, even if you don't say it, he is still old. It can be seen that in some cases, the tacit reply is always more appropriate and accurate than the verbal reply. Wouldn't the realm of the middle way be more thorough and more complete if we have the middle way that can be spoken, and the middle way that can be spoken, coupled with the middle way that is speechless?

(8) The Noble Path of the Four Noble Truths is the Middle Way. The "Four Noble Truths" literally mean the four truths that are true, and they are the Buddha's four truths about why there are sufferings in life and how to get rid of them. The Four Noble Truths are the Truth of Suffering, the Truth of Concentration, the Truth of Extinction, and the Truth of the Path. The Four Noble Truths are explained as follows: the essence of human life is suffering, the causes of suffering, the way to eliminate suffering, and the ultimate goal of attaining nirvana.

Buddhism divides the sufferings of life into eight types: birth, old age, sickness and death are the four sufferings, and the suffering of not being able to freely get rid of the environment that you hate or the suffering of resentment with the person you resent; It is not bitter to ask for it; Separation from the person you love or leaving the environment, years, and time you love is love and parting from suffering; And all the physical and mental suffering.

All physical and mental sufferings are also known as the five sheng yin suffering, and the five yin refer to color, receiving, thinking, acting, and knowing. Color, each of us has a body, this is called color; The external things or phenomena we see are also called colors; Even, all phenomena that act on the outside world are called color. Without feeling we would not have thoughts, and without feeling we would not have emotions, actions, faith, endurance, love, salvation, charity, and help, all of which were brought by receiving. For example, when we run a family, this is a very important small act. If there are no feelings, how can we share ups and downs for decades, understand each other, and reach a consensus between husband and wife? It's all brought about.

The entity of receiving is color, which is born from color, and from receiving to thinking. We have a lot of unrealistic ideas, like, I want to become famous overnight, become a millionaire overnight. Thinking must be based on a phenomenon that can be actually operated in order to become a reality. But many people are dreaming. Overnight fame is also formed by years of precipitation and accumulation. A person who becomes famous overnight may have seen the actions of successful people in reality, and his heart has been stimulated, and he has feelings, and he also wants to be such a person, and he really takes action to make his dream a reality. In the words of Buddhism, people first see color, have receiving, and slowly have thoughts.

What is it when you think about it? That's right, yes, we start to act, and the result of our action is awareness, and this result is divided into two types: achieving the desired effect and not achieving the desired effect. In the process of thinking about the practice, if we have a misunderstanding in any link, we will have troubles. If the troubles accumulate for a long time and cannot be resolved, they may not be able to extricate themselves if they are serious.
