Chapter 160: The South Asian Communist League

In the eastern suburbs of Shillong, the capital of Meghala, in northeastern India, there is an ancient castle built by British colonists with Scottish architectural style, which bears a heavy history of three hundred years, with solid and thick stone walls and a wide field of vision, so that it has a very good military defense function of the ancient castle, standing in a piece of green, surrounded by a large area of lawn and green grass quite 18th century, British natural scenery characteristics. In the woods 80 meters away from the picturesque castle, the Central Guard Regiment of the Indian People's Liberation Army (PLA) is the most heavily defended of the castle. Within the lawn is guarded by the internal security unit of the "Printing Committee", and the castle is surrounded by infrared cameras and infrared alarms, which are directly connected to the monitoring center of the castle guardhouse. This is the location of Deng Feng's "Indian Working Committee" in Northeast India.

On March 23, 1956, at 9 a.m., in a large room on the top floor of the ancient castle, which was quiet all around. Deng Feng is presiding over the Politburo Standing Committee of the [***] (Maoist) Central Committee of India. Present at the meeting were members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the [Maoist] Central Committee of India, as well as members of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Bangladesh People's Liberation League and members of the Standing Committee of the "Indian Working Committee," Li Kenong and Li Dawei. The meeting first made a resolution on the provisional formation of the two political parties and the "Printing Work Committee" and the South Asian [***] Alliance. The Central Committee of the Yugosur Community was elected. Comrade Deng Feng was elected Chairman of the Central Committee of the South African Common Alliance (COMCOSUR), Chairman of the Political Bureau of the [***] (Maoist) Central Committee of India, Comrade Napati, and General Secretary of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Bangladesh People's Liberation League. Comrade Rahman was elected vice chairman of the Central Committee of the WINCOSUR.

Next, at the meeting, everyone made a summary report on the previous work. Deng Feng expressed satisfaction with the work of the Indian [***] (Maoist) and the Bangladesh People's Liberation Union during this period.

Deng Feng has worked in Tibet Province and India for more than four years for the sake of today's excellent situation, giving India a major surgical operation and thoroughly solving the Sino-Indian border issue, and he knows very well that the current war and the war of 1962 in the future are two completely different concepts, and the dependence on logistics of the current war has been greatly strengthened. Relying on yaks and men, women, and children to go into battle together, and four-year-old children also had to carry two cans to support the front, which was far from satisfying the needs of the war. Militarily, the Tibetan Plateau was a natural barrier to western China, and enemy countries attacked China from this direction far south. It is a favorable defense condition, but on the other hand, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has also become an extremely headache for the logistics system of the Central Squadron. Even before the time of their own time, the railways in Tibet Province had been built for many years, and the objections to the more than 92,000 square kilometers were mainly from the logistics system, which they believed could not provide a guarantee for the needs of the war. The issue of logistical support is the key to whether or not India can be defeated and whether or not it can maintain the results of the war after it is defeated. How to solve this problem? Only from behind India. To the south of the Himalayas is the plain of South Asia, with good ports, a good network of roads built by colonizers, unimpeded transportation, and extremely strong and reliable logistics. As long as we occupy a point in northeastern India, occupy Chittagong, and let the PLA land on the land, we will be able to knock down the more than 90,000 square kilometers of Sino-Indian disputed area in southern Tibet from behind, and we will be able to hold it, and we will not regain the lost territory as we did in 1962, and we will have to give up, but we will give it up forever.

My efforts for more than 4 years have not been in vain.

Under the leadership of the Indian Commissariat, India [***] (Maoist), after Meghalaya and Tripura, completely occupied Mizoram and Manipur, and established provincial People's Revolutionary Council regimes in both states. The entire southern part of Northeast India was completely liberated and joined with East Pakistan.

With the continuous and clandestine transportation of personnel, weapons and equipment and strategic materials of the Chinese People's Liberation Army to northeastern India through Chittagong in East Pakistan, the revolutionary power and territory of these four provinces were further consolidated. The People's Liberation Army (PLA) Chinese captured the entire southern Tibet region and the area north of the Buramapoudela River, and the biggest obstacle -- the logistical support problem -- was solved.

At present, the personnel of the 1st Marine Division of our Navy have secretly landed in Chittagong with a tank company, 10 "Destroyer" tanks, 10 "Assault" wheeled armored vehicles, 10 122-mm "Tempest" 40-barrel rocket launchers, and the weapons and equipment of the first and two battalions of marines. is secretly heading to Meghalaya, and may stab the Indian Fourth Army in the northeast from the back at any time. The Navy's two "Dolphin" attack submarines and two large supply ships also quietly arrived in the waters of the Bay of Bengal and Chittagong.

In addition, India [***] (Maoism) has established bases of various sizes in the northern banks of the Ganges River in the hinterland of western India, Punjab in the northwest, Uttar Anchar Pradesh, up to the northern suburbs of New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Garikpur, Bengal, etc., laying a good foundation for the next step of becoming a South Asian people's republic. Now the Indian People's Liberation Army has grown to 4 infantry divisions and 2 artillery regiments. More than 100,000 people. All of them are equipped with Chinese weapons and equipment. The Indian Liberation Army, which has more than 1,000 Chinese [***] people as advisers and training guides, is also a very powerful military force.

Deng Feng vs. Xie Mubu. Rahman, an Islamic young man, is also satisfied with the Bangladesh People's Liberation League, which he leads.

Shemub. Rahman was a member of the Indian [***] (Maoist) Party, and the Bangladesh People's Liberation Union was also a branch of the original Indian [***] (Maoist) in Bangladesh. With the help of the Indian Working Committee and India's [***] (Maoism), it also established its own people's armed forces, became the largest political force in East Pakistan, and now holds the power in East Pakistan. This also enabled Deng Feng to quickly realize his desire to obtain Chittagong, which he valued the most.

Chittagong is the largest seaport and the second largest city in East Pakistan. It is located on the northeast bank of the Bay of Bengal, on the Hida Gonda hilly ridge on the right bank of the lower Gornopuri River, 16 kilometers from the mouth of the river. A natural harbour built in the 16th century. There are more than 20 wharves with berths with a draft of 6.4-8.5 meters. There are more modern loading and unloading equipment. Sea vessels can enter the port along the Canafuli River, and the channel is more than 200 meters wide. Chittagong is also relatively active in terms of developed industry and commerce. Oil refining, steel, paper, fertilizer and other plants and hydropower stations. The strategic location here is very important, which is really important for China to gain a foothold in the Indian Ocean in the future. In view of this, the Printing Committee has stepped up its efforts to Semubu. The work of the Bangladesh People's Liberation League, led by Rahman. and promised him to help him establish a socialist regime in East Pakistan.

At the meeting, Comrade Deng Feng, chairman of the Central Committee of the Yugoslav Common League, delivered a "Report on the Present Situation and Tasks," which was interpreted by the delegates at the meeting. Hold your breath and listen. Deng Feng's eyes were blazing, and with great excitement, he announced to the delegates that "the revolutionary war of the South Asian people has now reached a turning point, and the Indian People's Liberation Army and the Bangladesh People's Liberation Union guerrillas have reversed the counter-revolutionary rule of the British imperialist colonizers and their Indian big bourgeoisie in the northeastern part of South Asia, and have developed to a turning point of elimination." This was the turning point of imperialist rule in India from development to elimination over the centuries. This is a great incident! Deng Feng excitedly pointed out: On May 20, 1952, Comrade Napati and five leaders of the PKI's guerrillas came to Tibet Province after many hardships and hardships. At that time, the people of India were still groping in the dark for a way out of the Indian revolution. Comrade Napati led the Indian revolution onto the right path, he held high the banner of Mao Zd, used Mao Zd Thought to unify the will of the whole party and the whole army, established India [***] (MZD Doctrine), took MZD Thought as the guiding ideology and theoretical basis of the Party, and unswervingly took the road of encircling the cities from the countryside and seizing power by armed force. In the north-east of India, where the rule of the reactionaries was relatively weak, a consolidated revolutionary base was established, and the broad masses were mobilized to establish an armed power of workers and peasants. After four years of hard work, the revolutionary armed struggle in South Asia has been surging, the people's revolutionary movement is mighty and unstoppable, and there is no oasis of tranquility for the reactionary ruling class in India in the whole of South Asia. The people's revolutionary armed forces led by India [***] (MZDISM) and India [***] (MZDISM) have grown from small to large, from weak to strong, and from victory to greater victory.

Me and Comrade Napati, Shemub. Comrade Rahman has said many times: "The 500 million Chinese are your strong backing, and the vast Chinese territory is your reliable rear." The struggle you are waging is the continuation of the struggle of our Chinese people, and it is our duty to support your struggle and it is the obligation of proletarian internationalism that we must fulfill. The elimination of the exploitation of man, the oppression of man, and the overthrow of the evil system of exploitation are the ultimate goals of our true human beings. When the time comes, we will cooperate with you to liberate the region north of the Ganges and help you to establish a socialist state with independent reading power, and now the time is finally coming, and you are about to usher in the dawn of victory in the seizure of the whole of northern India and the establishment of the South Asian People's Republic! ”

The Indian reactionaries overestimated their own strength, supported the rebellion in Tibetan provinces, and vainly tried to launch a Sino-Indian border war; their strategic plan was to completely lose; once this incident occurred, they would inevitably perish, and the Chinese People's Liberation Army would sweep away the reactionary forces in India with lightning speed and thunderous force!

Finally, he stood up, said in an aggravated tone: "Comrades, the dawn is ahead, and the great historical turning point has arrived!" The great counteroffensive of the revolutionary forces has begun! A new socialist South Asian People's Republic will be born in your indomitable charge! Let us fight bravely for this great historical moment, without fear of difficulties and sacrifices, one after another!

Victory belongs to the heroic people of South Asia!

Deng Feng's two-hour report was inspiring, and the venue continued to burst into warm applause.

The meeting discussed and adopted Deng Feng's "Report on the Present Situation and Tasks," and the meeting decided to point out: "This report is a document on the political, military, and economic aspects of the SAGODC during the period of overthrowing the reactionary ruling clique in South Asia and establishing a new Mingzhuo doctrine in South Asia.

This was later known as the "3,23 Conference" of the South Asian [***] Alliance. It has completely changed the political landscape of South Asia. It is the situation in South Asia that has undergone a fundamental change
