On 20 September, after receiving an order from the supreme leader of the central authorities to march into Taiwan, the former commanders of Guangdong and Fujian immediately began to implement the "Operational Action Plan for the Liberation of Taiwan"

The first round of air strikes was carried out on Taipei. This airstrike is different from the last one on Taiwan's airfield.
