Chapter Twenty-Three: There Is a Little Sister (Part II)

As the atmosphere of the scene gradually heated up, the embarrassment and unhappiness caused by Wang Guang had already been left behind by everyone. Pen ~ fun ~ Pavilion www.biquge.info after Kong Xiu's introduction during the banquet, Wang Shu knew that the people present were all figures with heads and faces, in addition to the national lieutenant Feng Chu, Guocheng Gao Dexing and Gong Cao Shi Zhao Pu, there were also Zhao Xingchu and others who served as the chief bookkeeper, Tingpeng, the chief secretary room and the Shaofu in the new capital. These people can be equivalent to the later generations of military division commanders, county magistrates, executive deputy county magistrates, secretary general of the county party committee, director of the Finance Bureau and other positions, these people all came to watch Wang Xu's apprenticeship, on the one hand, it shows that Kong Xiu's prestige in the new capital is very high, but everyone has to deliberately flatter everything, on the other hand, it may be very curious about why Kong Xiu chose Wang Shu, the most famous gentleman in the new capital as a closed disciple.

That's right, saying that Wang Shou was a gentleman in the past did not wronged him at all, since Wang Mang came to the new capital, Wang Shu naturally turned into a new brother in the new capital, and mixed with a group of Yanai all day long, even if Wang Mang's family education is strict, but what good can it be with these people, although Wang Shu rarely does something particularly out of the ordinary, but whether it is out of his original intention or not, there are always people who do nonsense in his name, anyway, something happens to Wang Shou, the tallest man to the top tank. However, it is estimated that only Wang Mang and Kong Xiu were kept in the dark about these things, mainly because Kong Xiu had no son, and he was very rigid, and the people who messed around with Wang Shu were mainly the sons of the Guowei and Guocheng families, so something had already been leveled by the people below.

As for why Wang Shu is Kong Xiu's closed disciple, this is also related to Wang Shu, it turns out that since Kong Xiu announced that he would accept Wang Shu as a disciple, Feng Chu, Gao Dexing, Zhao Pu and others saw that Kong Xiu was able to accept Wang Shu as a disciple, and then looked at his own son as if he was not much worse than Wang Shu, so he also wanted his son to worship Kong Xiu as a teacher, as for Wang Shu being able to make out the eight filial piety pictures and Taishi chairs that their son could not get in eight lifetimes, and discussing the "Analects" with Kong Xiu, a famous Confucian, they had long been ignored by them. Kong Xiu saw that their son couldn't hold up the wall at all, but he couldn't say it clearly, and finally simply announced that Wang Shu was the last disciple he accepted.

Perhaps it was because the gentleman's tea made by Wang Shu was too eye-catching, and Kong Xiu talked about the conversation between him and Wang Shu during the banquet, and he was full of praise for Wang Shu's views on the Analects. In fact, Kong Xiu's meaning is obvious, that is, to tell everyone present that I chose Wang Shu as a closed disciple, not because I coveted Wang Mang's power, but because Wang Shu is indeed a talent that can be created, who knew that Kong Xiu's statement had the opposite effect. When everyone first heard Kong Xiu's words, they all thought that Wang Shu would never have such a profound insight into the Analects, and Wang Mang should have taught him to say this, but when they saw Kong Xiu praising Wang Shu endlessly, some people were not happy. Among them, it is estimated that Zhao Xingchu, the chief bookkeeper, was the most dissatisfied, so he took advantage of the fact that Wang Shu offered tea to himself, and said: "Since Zhongsun's insight into the "Analects" is so profound, presumably "Gu Liang" and "Ram" are also familiar with it? ”

Although Wang Shu knew that "Gu Liang" and "Ram" referred to "The Biography of Gu Liang in the Spring and Autumn Period" and "The Biography of the Ram in the Spring and Autumn Period", he had not only not seen it after he was reborn, but also had not read it in later generations, so he hurriedly shook his head and said: "I don't remember anything before, and now I rely on the Analects to re-enlighten, so I can still know a little under the teacher's suggestion, but I don't know much about the two books "Gu Liang" and "Ram". When Zhao Xingchu saw Wang Shu say this, he stroked his beard and smiled contemptuously at him: "Presumably, Zhongsun usually gets a lot of tips, but it's a pity that he only learns the Analects now, otherwise we can listen more to the high views of the Marquis of Xindu and the Prime Minister in the scriptures." ”

Although Wang Shu didn't know why Zhao Xingchu had such a big opinion on him, but looking at his extraneous meaning, what he said seemed to be all taught by his father and master, and it had nothing to do with him, but it was not easy to refute it directly for a while, so he said through his words: "What Mr. Zhao said is very true, the teacher and the father have always loved the "Analects" and "Zhou Guan", so the younger generation has indeed gained a lot from these two books, as for other classics, because the younger generation has not yet recognized all the words, and the teacher and father rarely talk about it in front of the younger generation, So Mr. should not blame those who don't know. ”

Who knew that Zhao Xingchu actually heard Wang Shu's words, and then followed his words and said: "Since Zhongsun said that he also has opinions on "Zhou Guan", he might as well come and listen to it, and let us people increase their knowledge." As soon as these words were spoken, not only Wang Shu, but even Wang Mang and Kong Xiu were also shocked, Wang Mang was afraid that his son would say what he said when he talked about "Zhou Guan", which was simply a complete denial of "Zhou Guan", and it would be deviant to say it at this time. Kong Xiu was pleasantly surprised, he didn't expect that his disciple would also have insights into "Zhou Guan". As for Wang Shu, he couldn't imagine that Zhao Xingchu would kick his nose in the face, but he couldn't help answering, so he asked, "I don't know what Mr. Zhao wants to teach the juniors?" Zhao Xingchu opened his mouth and said: "This, so be it, since you can make 'the winter moon is warm, and the hot day fan pillow is cold; Children's knowledge of the son's position, the Han Dynasty and Wang Mang's poems, then how about a poem with the title of "Zhou Guan", presumably Zhongsun will not think it is difficult, right? ”

When Wang Shu heard him say this, he scolded in his heart, you are an old immortal, you are shameless, and you want me to write poems on the spot? Who doesn't know that making poetry, especially making poetry on the spot, requires a high level of cultural accomplishment, not to mention himself, even everyone present, and he doesn't dare to say that he can make a beautiful poem in a short time in front of everyone's eyes, this Zhao Xingchu obviously wants to completely lose his face. But what people say is also high-sounding, and the topic is quite broad, and you are not required to make a fine poem, if you can't do a word, it will be the face of your father and the teacher.

Thinking of this, Wang Xu knew that he would make a poem no matter what he said, although he couldn't write poems, but who wouldn't copy poems, he could also take the opportunity to shock these people, saving Zhao Xingchu from being embarrassed just now, and then Li Xingchu and Wang Xingchu jumped out one after another. So he said: "The younger generation often hears my father talk about the way of governing the world in "Zhou Guan", and admires the teacher for governing the world with the method of governing the world in "Zhou Guan". Then he stood up, walked a few steps in the audience, and chanted the first line of the poem: "Between heaven and earth, people are precious." ”

Hearing that Wang Shu was really going to write a poem on the spot, everyone was quiet at that time, but when they heard the first sentence, they felt that there was nothing new, so they estimated that Wang Shu's level was like this, at most it would be good to be able to make a poem similar to the limerick poem of later generations, so the people who had just quieted down began to talk to each other again, who knew that at this time Wang Shu said the following sentences in a loud voice: "Establish a monarch and herdsmen, and do it for it." Rutted horse tracks, four poles of latitude and longitude. The gloom is bright, and the dawn is thriving. Yu Shuo Xiansheng, the president of the state. Feudal Five Lords, Jingtian Prison. ”

When Wang Shu wanted to continue, he heard someone shouting hello, and when he looked back, it turned out to be his teacher Kong Xiu, but as for the others, they were already dumbfounded. Although Wang Shu was secretly happy in his heart, he also knew that it would inevitably make people suspicious if he finished the poem smoothly like this, so he pretended that his train of thought had just been interrupted, and then said: There is a burnt pill book, but there is no universal ......, and there is a burnt pill book, but there is no universal forgiveness. Gao Tao Fu Hou, conscientious, no, this doesn't seem right, Gao Tao Fu Hou, why is there a dereliction of duty? That's right! At this time, looking at everyone again, they all stared at him intently to see what he could say next, as for Kong Xiu and Wang Mang, when he was "scrutinizing" the words, they were even more nervous.

"It's a pity that future generations will change politics and law." Wang Shu deliberately memorized the next sentence wrongly, and then stood in the middle of the ground for a long time, as if he couldn't think about it, before he saluted Kong Xiu and said, "Teacher, it seems that the disciple's sentence is not very appropriate, and I ask the teacher to dial it." Kong Xiu did not delay seeing his disciple asking for help from him, after all, the poem read out by Wang Shu in front of him was like scratching the itch in his heart, and he couldn't stop it, so the master and apprentice discussed on the spot how to change this sentence, and it was the best, and finally changed "sigh for future generations, change politics and law" to "sigh for future generations, reform the system and change the law". Then, Wang Shu said the next line of the poem, until he could barely memorize the remaining verses. Of course, Wang Shu naturally deliberately memorized a few wrong sentences, and then asked Kong Xiu and Wang Mang to give on-site guidance, and finally Wang Shu's masterpiece was freshly baked. Although there are some differences in individual words from the original text of Cao Cao's "Duguan Mountain", there will be no deviation from the central idea.

Speaking of this "Duguan Mountain" Wang Shu remembers, it is mainly related to a teacher in college, this teacher is a fan of Cao Cao, since Cao Cao's tomb was discovered, most of the lectures in class every day are about Cao Cao, and a spoof classmate in the class asked this teacher, Cao Cao only made two or three poems such as "Short Song Xing" and "Watching the Sea", and as a result, he was rated as a writer. As a result, the teacher was angry on the spot, saying that there are currently 26 poems written by Cao Cao, and Jian'an Fenggu was also started by Cao Cao, and said that in order to let them remember this, the exam questions for this course are from Cao Cao's 26 poems.

But where did Kong Xiu know all this, he was excited and asked Wang Shu to retell it on the spot, and then recorded it with his own hands, so a poem in the Western Han Dynasty with the title of "Zhou Guan" advocated thrift as a common virtue, and proposed that the monarch was virtuous, the law enforcement was fair, the lawsuit was not prosperous, and the poem that longed for the stability of the world was circulated among the scholars. When Kong Xiu had just recorded the poem, before the ink had to dry, Wang Mang snatched it away, laughed and walked away. Kong Xiu is not angry, it is also said that people give your son such a face to you as a student, what is it to rob you of a few words, not to mention that this is still a poem dedicated to himself by someone's son, it is a big deal to write another one.

So Kong Xiu wrote a new one, but this time he was also careful, protecting the freshly written bamboo slips is like a hen holding a nest and protecting the eggs, in fact, he doesn't want to think about it, except for Wang Mang, his position here is the highest, who dares to grab his things on the spot, plus when Kong Xiu rewrote this poem, the people who love this poem are not idle, and they also record it with pen and ink. So now it has become a pile of people, all of whom are commenting on Wang Shu's new work, and as for Wang Huo himself, it seems to have been forgotten.

Wang Shu didn't care about this, this is the same as just seeing a famous painting, people with an appreciative eye will only feel the artistic conception of the painting, and the painter himself is not necessarily more attractive than his work. So Wang Shu sat in the banquet, and then poured himself his own gentleman's tea, but also very leisurely, who knew that at this time suddenly heard someone laughing outside the window, turned his head to see that everyone was still discussing the poem, and pushed the door and walked out, only to see a little maid standing in front of the window, it was the one who asked him if he was a strange son, but this little maid was wearing a well-fitting goose yellow silk deep coat at this time, not the previous slave dress, and did not dodge when she saw Wang Shu come out. Wang Shu asked, "Why are you standing here, why don't you wait inside?" The little maid rolled her eyes at him and said, "That's the work of a slave and a maid, why should I do it!" When Wang Shu heard that she seemed to be saying that she was not a slave, he not only asked curiously: "Listen to you, you are not a slave anymore?" So who are you? The little maid smiled at him: "I, I should be your little sister, who do you say I am?" Then he turned his head and ran away, leaving only the laughter of silver bells echoing in Wang Xu's ears.
