Chapter 37: Establishment of Chibei Base Area (5)
Bo Guangsan said slylyly: "The water can't flood the bridge, I still have to listen to the eldest brother's opinion, and everything is based on the eldest brother." ”
Qi Zixiu said earnestly: "Yes, we are indeed under a lot of pressure at present, there are Japanese people outside, and there are Communist Parties inside, they are all squeezing us, and if we are not careful, we may suffer a major defeat." But we also have our strengths, the Kuomintang still has millions of troops, in Liaocheng we have the support of Wang Jinxiang, and Wang Jinxiang, as well as the support of Li Shuchun and Shen Honglie, this is a big tree with deep roots and thick leaves!
But if we surrender to the Japanese, will Wang Jinxiang, Li Shuchun, and Shen Honglie still support us? If Chairman Chiang's army comes to attack us, how will we deal with it? The assassination of the military commander in Liaocheng alone is enough for us to deal with it for a while. Now we are still waving the banner of a Chinese army, and the common people do not dare to do anything to us, and if the flag is changed and the common people openly oppose us, it will be even more difficult for us to deal with it. Internally, how do you explain to the brothers, are they willing to follow us to surrender to the Japanese? You should have an estimate of these......"
After listening to Qi Zixiu's words, Bo Guangsan knew what he wanted, nodded and said: "Big brother is the same as I thought, if we can still deal with it under the banner of the national army, once we change the flag, then we will have too many enemies, and it is likely to be destroyed faster." ”
Qi Zixiu nodded and said, "It's good to understand." ”
After Bo Guangsan found out the details of Qi Zixiu, he returned to Dalu Village, and adopted an attitude of neither yin nor yang towards the Japanese, that is, he did not say that he would openly vote for Japan, and he would not offend you.
The Japanese didn't have this patience, and after waiting for a month, they really felt that Bo Guangsan would not surrender to Japan, so they mobilized the Japanese army brigade of Liaocheng Xiaomu Hengsan and Liu Yishan's puppet army brigade to attack Daluzhuang.
Although Bo Guangsan also wanted to hold Daluzhuang, compared with the Japanese, the firepower of the defense was really not good. The Japanese army attacked Daluzhuang with Type 92 infantry artillery.
The 70-millimeter high-explosive grenade of the Type 92 infantry gun punched a hole in the wall of the wall with one shot, and a burst of shells went up, which had already smashed the wall into all kinds of holes and gaps.
If the wall was broken, it would be easy to do, and machine guns and grenadiers rang out. The Japanese army carried a small wooden plank into the trench, and the Japanese army crossed the ditch, and then followed the gap in Daluzhuang, and suddenly broke into the village.
Bo Guangsan has the ability to do things every day, but he is also blind, the wall is broken, what else can he expect. If you fight in the streets, you won't be a match for the Japanese.
Bo Guangsan had no choice but to lead the remnants of the defeated army to retreat north, and then zigzag back to his old stronghold Liu Mazhuang.
After the Japanese army occupied Da Lu Zhuang, they did not spare Da Lu Zhuang. When they saw that there were no more people, they vented their anger at the house in Da Lu Zhuang.
Because the common people of Daluzhuang once assisted the Plains Column of the Eighth Route Army to manage the Datong Department to fight against the Japanese invaders on the fifteenth day of the first month of the 39th year. This time, the Japanese finally seized an opportunity, how could they forget revenge. They burned down more than 400 houses in Da Lu Zhuang, turning Da Lu Zhuang into a sea of fire again.
In this time, even the broken furniture, windows, and doors were all burned down.
It turned out that a beautiful Da Lu Zhuang had become a ruin under the repeated ravages of the three detachments and the Japanese army.
Of course, the Japanese army was not willing to be stationed in this ruined village, and after the destruction of Dalu Village, they quickly got out.
Half a year later, the people who did not die in Daluzhuang returned to the village one after another. Undeterred by the enemy's three-light policy, they helped each other, built their homes, and restored the militia self-defense units. They also asked their superiors for some steel guns, organized a steel gun squad of more than 40 people, rebuilt fortifications, leveled the wall, dug communication ditches from village to village, opened up courtyards with courtyards, and built wooden planks from house to house.
Da Lu Zhuang re-established the party branch, developed party members, and made Da Lu Zhuang more mature and strong.
In the next eight years of the Anti-Japanese War, Da Lu Zhuang did not have a grain of rice, an inch of cloth, or a penny. Li Binghao, Li Jixiang, and Li Binggui were arrested and forced to serve as soldiers in the three detachments, and within a few days they discussed how to escape back with guns.
Li Jixiang and Li Binggui fled with guns first, and the enemy caught Li Binghao, beat him alive, and was covered with bruises, forcing him to say that he was an accomplice. He preferred to die, looked for an opportunity, fled back with a steel gun, twenty-three rounds of ammunition, four grenades, and a bayonet, and handed over the weapon to the organization.
The flowers are divided into two, and then one branch, let's talk about Wang Jinxiang, the ** "celebrity" in Liaocheng, what happened to him, many people must be concerned about his fate.
After Fan Zhuxian's martyrdom, Wang Jinxiang was appointed by the Kuomintang as the commissioner of Liaocheng and the commander of the security brigade. However, the Communist Party of Chaocheng and Guancheng was not intimidated or depressed, the Party organization was developing in secret, and the revolutionary forces were slowly accumulating.
Chaocheng County is now located in the middle of Liaocheng Shen County, Luxi, on the Luxi Plain at the junction of Hebei, Shandong and Henan provinces in China, with flat terrain and pleasant climate. After the liberation, Chaocheng County was streamlined.
Guancheng County is one hundred and seventy-five miles northwest of Heze County, Shandong Province, and in the southwest of Shen County. After liberation, it was streamlined.
In May 1939, the CCP established the Chaonan Working Committee, with Sun Dakun as its secretary. At the same time, three district working committees were established in the south, west and southwest of the city.
Guancheng County established the Guancheng County Provisional Working Committee of the Communist Party of China in Xuzhuang, where the ancient gatherings gathered. In February 1939, the Guancheng County Provisional Working Committee was formally established in Qianshilou Village, and in September 1939, it was rebuilt into the Guancheng County Party Committee, with Zhang Huamin as secretary. In accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities on developing the party and building strong party groups, they recruited party members among the poor peasants in the rural areas and the poor laborers in the cities, and established more than a dozen party branches and three district committees.
At the end of 1939, the Kuomintang set off the first ****, occupying the Wang Jinxiang Department and the 39th Group Army Shiyou Third Department in Luxi and Southern Hebei, acting as the vanguard, creating friction, attacking the Eighth Route Army, endangering the anti-Japanese democratic regime, killing Communist Party members and progressives, and committing numerous crimes.
At the beginning of 1940, in accordance with Comrade Mao Zedong's instructions that "if anyone does not offend me, I will not offend anyone, and if anyone offends me, I will offend others", the main force of our army launched an anti-stubborn operation on the Hebei-Shandong-Henan Plain.
In January 1940, the advance column commanded by Li Jukui, the Zhuxian Column, and the 343rd Brigade commanded by Yang Yong jointly launched an attack on Wang Jinxiang's troops entrenched in Chaocheng and conquered Chaocheng in one fell swoop.
Wang Jinxiang led the remnants to flee to the southwest, trying to get closer to Gao Shuxun, who was stationed in Puyang. Our army pursued the victory and routed Wang Jinxiang's Sixth Brigade, and Wang Jinxiang was forced to flee eastward.
On February 9, 1940, Cheng Zihua and Song Renqiang unified the main force of the Eighth Route Army in southern Hebei, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, and northwest Shandong, and launched a counterattack on Shiyou III west of the Weihe River, annihilating more than 7,000 recalcitrant troops.
On February 22, Cheng Zihua and Song Renqiang commanded 17 regiments to launch the second anti-recalcitrant operation in Guanxian, Chaocheng, Guancheng, Qingfeng, Nanle, and Puyang areas, and inflicted heavy losses on the recalcitrant troops in Guancheng, Jinsha Town, Liutaji, and Dongbeizhuang.
Since then, Chaocheng, Guancheng, and the vast areas of Puxian and Fan counties have been liberated and have become anti-Japanese base areas.
Wang Jinxiang's troops were scattered, the territory was lost, and it was difficult for him to stir up the evil waves again.
In the anti-stubborn operations of our main force, the local party, government, military, and people sent intelligence, acted as guides, raised food and money, and gave strong support.
When Shiyou committed three crimes in the north, there were recruitment offices in Nanyang Village in Shen County, Baizhuang, Sishang and other villages facing north. These guys grabbed soldiers, plundered property, raped women, and did all kinds of evil, causing great harm to the local area, and the masses hated them to the core.
The Shen County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China mobilized the militia of Nanyang and the surrounding villages, and arrested all 13 bad guys in the Nanyang Recruitment Office in the night. According to the demands of the masses, the county party committee handed over the 13 villains to the militia and dragged them into the Maji River to kill them all.
Chaobei also used the same method to sweep away the recruitment office on Baizhuang and the temple.
When the rebels retreated south and passed through the county border, Chaobei and Shen counties organized militia to defend the villages, and forced away Li Cunke's brigade in Shibu by not allowing them to enter, not providing supplies, and firing guns and harassing them at night. The underground party organization in Guancheng led our army to dig out hundreds of boxes of mortar shells and machine rifle bullets hidden by Wang Jinxiang's department in Shilou Village, and replenished the main force in time.
The victory of the anti-stubborn battle laid the foundation for the establishment of Puyang, Fanxian, and Guanxian counties in the central area of the anti-Japanese base area in the Hebei-Shandong-Henan border region, and brought about a glorious golden period in the development of the revolutionary forces here.
In the spring of 1940, the anti-Japanese democratic government of Guancheng and Chaocheng counties was established, and the magistrate of Guancheng County was Liao Yupu and the magistrate of Chaocheng County was Fu Yaping.
In the process of establishing the Chaocheng County Government, another interesting thing happened.
After Chaocheng was conquered by our army, Liu Jinling, the former captain of the Chaocheng Security Brigade, did not have time to flee south with Wang Jinxiang, and led his troops to concentrate in the areas of Huji and Luantun.
Under strong military pressure, Liu Jinling expressed his willingness to surrender to the Eighth Route Army. The Zhuxian Column sent Fu Yaping, director of the Supply Division, to negotiate.
Fu Yaping once followed Fan Zhuxian in the Anti-Japanese War and served as the chief of the food section of the special department, and had a certain influence in Fan Zhuxian's old department. Liu Jinling proposed in the negotiations that he would only accept the adaptation if Fu Yaping was the magistrate of Chaocheng County.
In order to unite Liu Jinling in the War of Resistance, the Zhuxian Column reported to the prefectural committee and agreed to Liu Jinling's request.
Due to the urgency of the matter, when Yu Shaotian, the county magistrate appointed by the local committee, arrived in Chaocheng, Fu Yaping's county magistrate had already taken office, and the organization could only change Yu Shaotian to the head of the county civil affairs section. Yu Shaotian happily obeyed the decision of the organization. Later, because Fu Yaping was busy with military work, the work of the Chaocheng County Government was carried out by Shaotian.
The opening up of vast areas in Puyang, Fanxian, Guancheng, Chaocheng, and Shen counties caused panic among the enemy. Soon after, the Japanese puppet army "swept up" on a large scale, the recalcitrant army made a comeback, the bandits would swarm up, and a situation of the Japanese, the puppet, the stubborn, the guild, and the bandits and the five ghosts were in chaos appeared in the border areas.
In May 1940, our recalcitrant army reorganized in the areas of Puyang, Qingfeng, and Guancheng. After the army was reorganized, Cheng Zihua and Song Renqiang led the main force back to central and southern Hebei. The Second Column, the 344th Brigade and the Southern Advance Detachment of the Eighth Route Army were reorganized under the leadership of Huang Kecheng to establish the Hebei-Shandong-Henan Military Region.
In this reorganization, the advance column that grew up in northwest Shandong was combined into the new 8th Brigade of the 129th Division. Brigade Commander Zhang Weihan, Deputy Brigade Commander Wang Jinshan, Political Commissar Xiao Yongzhi, Chief of Staff Wang Bo, and Director of the Political Department Wang Youping.
