There are still large tracts of land that need to be taken care of and cultivated, and there is still a shortage of manpower, and the reports of the townships and counties applying for additional immigration have been submitted to Yogyakarta like snowflakes, and the provincial governor has no choice but to report the application for additional immigration to the Government Council.
