The fourth deep-water port is Dili Port, the conditions for the construction of the deep-water military port here are very good, the water depth itself is more than 15 meters, the siltation is still less, the geographical location is very good, it is just in the east of Shangjing, the south of Ambon Port, to the east is the southwest Dominion, the southeast is Australia, it is in the sea traffic rush, whether it is to help the surrounding sea areas or protect the safety of the east of Shangdong, Dili Port has very important military value.
The fifth deep-water port to begin construction is the Nashina Naval Naval Harbor, which is located in a shallow water area, with less silt, and most sections of the 20-meter isobath line are close to the shore of the island, and it can become an excellent deep-water port with a draft of more than 20 meters just by building a good wharf. It is located at the eastern outlet of the Strait of Malacca, and its military value is extremely important, and the Navy is prepared to use it as one of the most important supply ports for the Navy, and a destroyer squadron, a torpedo boat squadron and a submarine squadron are stationed here in peacetime. It was the forward base for the occupation of Indochina, and in the event of war with the British, it could join forces with the port of Sabang to blockade the Strait of Malacca.
The sixth construction of the navy deep-water port is the Medan Outer Port of Belao Bay, but the construction conditions here are not good, the amount of silt is large, if the construction of a commercial port below 10 meters is very good, the cost of building a deep-water port is very high, at least the annual dredging cost is not low, for this reason, the Navy decided to build a new military port in the east of the Port of Bellao Bay, there is no river in the east, there is no silt deposit, and after the completion of the military port, the forts can be built in the east and west directions, which can well protect the military port from attack, and hold the Strait of Malacca here. No ship should try to pass through.
The last deep-water military port built is Zhenzhong Port in Zhongzhou, which can dock more than 20 warships of more than 10,000 tons after construction. This is not only the easternmost deep-water military port, but also the most important base for the export of livestock products in Australia in the future.
