556 First International Assembly (I)

In the capacity of chairman of the Tang Revolution, Bai Nan participated in the conference of delegates held by the First International. Since its founding, the First International has been the main axis www.biquge.info of Datang's entire diplomatic and international strategy. Not long ago, Datang used the power of the First International to incite the revolutionary parties of South American countries to launch a revolution against colonial rule, and finally created three pro-Tang states, Peru, Colombia and La Plata, and turned this large area of South America into the economic hinterland of Datang.

The Tang Dynasty did not deliberately implement the Monroe Doctrine similar to that of the United States, but adopted a more aggressive attitude, which is also because compared with the United States in the nineteenth century, the Tang Dynasty was in a state of overall superiority compared to the European powers. Therefore, Datang not only wants to make the Americas its economic hinterland and sphere of influence, but also implements similar actions around the world. For example, Datang has completely controlled the situation in the Far East, and has gradually extended its tentacles in the direction of the Indian Ocean.

In fact, the whole system of the First International was equivalent to the sub-organizations of the National Revolution of other countries, and there was not much difference between the Party organizations established by the National Revolution of the Tang Dynasty in various overseas territories and special regions. Of course, the National Revolution of Peru and Colombia have almost complete autonomy in their own internal affairs, but they must accept the leadership of the First International on major issues. Theoretically, the Tang Dynasty also had to accept the leadership of the First International, but in practice, the entire leadership of the First International was the leader of the National Revolution, and a small number of representatives from other countries were more likely to make up the numbers, and in fact they did not have much decision-making power.

This time the delegates of the First International were at a meeting. The scale is huge. It was not just the level of delegates sent by the national revolutionaries who attended. Even the leaders of the National Revolution, that is, the presidents of the country, came to Datang to participate in this meeting. In addition to the representatives of the National Revolution from Datang, the National Revolution Party of Peru, the National Revolution of Colombia, the National Revolution of La Plata, the National Revolution of the United States, the National Revolution of the United Kingdom, the National Revolution of France, and the National Revolution of Germany were also present. The National Revolutionary Party in the three South American countries is the ruling party of their own country, and they are all presidents, while the National Revolutionary Party in other countries is slightly less powerful, and some even have only a few hundred party members, so they have no influence at all. But. Datang gathered comrades-in-arms from more than 20 countries to hold this conference in Los Angeles, which was also a very pompous and stylish thing.

The executive chairman of the First International was not Bai Nan, chairman of the Tang Revolution, but was actually Liu Tian, the speaker of the Tang Dynasty, so the meeting was presided over by Liu Tian. The first item of the congress was a presentation of a series of results of the work of the First International in the past year.

Liu Tian's eyesight decreased a little, so he wore reading glasses and read a stack of manuscripts: "...... The success of the internationalist revolutions in the three South American countries proves that our just and noble cause will eventually be victorious, has a bright future, and is recognized and supported by the people. The success of this revolution. It proves the effectiveness and necessity of the work of our First International and provides the necessary experience and guiding results for the future development of our work. We summarize the successes of the internationalist revolution. The following empirical conclusions can be drawn:

First of all, the outbreak of internationalist revolution needs to have a suitable environment and soil, taking the three South American countries as examples, we know that where there is oppression, there is resistance, the bloody and dark colonial rule has made the people unbearable, and seriously hindered the development of local society, and people have a strong hope for change, which provides the necessary environment and soil for the outbreak of internationalist revolution; Second, the revolution must fully mobilize the masses, the power of the people is great and unlimited, the internationalist revolutions of the three South American countries have effectively mobilized the masses and used the power of the people, in the vast sea of people's war, the colonial rulers and feudal lords have no way to escape, only to be smashed to pieces; Thirdly, the mutual assistance of the comrades of the internationalist revolution is an equally indispensable part of the revolution; In addition, after the success of the revolution, our Kuomintang Revolutionary Party is not only good at destroying the old world, but also at building a new world, and by taking advantage of the mutual assistance relations of the fraternal countries of the National Revolution, we have been able to bring together comrades in some underdeveloped and backward countries and regions to build a new society that is more materially and spiritually rich. ”

It was impossible for the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) to be in the same situation at this congress, and the people at the top made speeches and the people below took small notebooks to record them, and in fact, the draft of Liu Tian's speech was also sent to the deputies in advance, and it was translated into various languages.

And next, is the representatives of the National Revolution of various countries, a brief description of the situation in their own countries, because there are many countries, the meeting time is limited, so the representatives of various countries can only concisely elaborate, even if it is Bai Nan, chairman of the Tang National Revolution, there is only 12 minutes before and after to report on the work of the Tang Revolution.

Due to the differences in the environment and conditions of each country, the work of national reform in each country is also very different. For example, Datang and the three South American countries are all ruling parties, and they are the only ruling parties, so the discussion is more about how to build the country. The German Revolution, for example, was full of topics on how to launch an internationalist revolution. As for the existence of the British National Revolution and the American National Revolution, the strength is still relatively weak. Due to Tang Ying's competitive relationship, the British National Revolution was basically semi-underground in the country, and it was still in the stage of expanding its power and developing party members. The United States and Datang maintain good diplomatic relations, and there are also a lot of economic, trade and cultural cooperation, so this is the conditions for struggle are not mature, so although the US National Revolution is also a party with tens of thousands of party members and a certain degree of influence, but in the United States, it is more in accordance with the Constitution, to participate in the elections in the United States, and some local legislators and mayors are all members of the National Revolution of the United States, so one of the main points of the work of the American National Revolution is how to gain more political influence and develop more power.

In fact, the protagonist of this conference is not the Tang Revolution, and it has little to do with the turbulent situation of the British and American Revolution. In fact, for a period of time, the First International focused its attention on two countries, France and Germany.

The French Revolution was in full swing, and the French National Revolution slowly began to sprout and grow after the Tang Dynasty entered France more than ten years ago. In addition, France was deeply influenced by the Enlightenment, and after the theoretical maturity and charisma of the National Revolution began to spread in France, it was quickly supported by some people, and the number of members of the French National Revolution exceeded 50,000.
