Seventy-fifth oracle bones
The oracle bone inscription is an ancient Chinese script, an early form of Chinese characters, sometimes considered to be one of the calligraphy styles of Chinese characters, and the oldest mature script in the existing Chinese Dynasty, which belongs to ancient Chinese.
The oracle bone inscription is also known as the "deed inscription", "oracle bone inscription", Yinxu script or "tortoiseshell beast bone inscription".
The oracle bone inscription records and reflects the political and economic situation of the Shang Dynasty, mainly referring to the words engraved on the tortoise shell or animal bone by the royal family in the late Shang Dynasty (14th ~ 11th century BC) in the late Shang Dynasty (14th ~ 11th century BC).
After the fall of the Yin Shang dynasty and the rise of the Zhou dynasty, the oracle bone inscription was also used for a period of time, which is an important material for studying the social history of the Shang and Zhou dynasties.
The shape and structure of the oracle bone inscription has tended to be combined with independent bodies, and a large number of morphophonetic characters have appeared. It inherits the original carved symbols on the top and the bronze inscriptions on the bottom, which is the key form of the development of Chinese characters and is known as the "earliest Chinese character".
In the past, in the north of Xiaotun Village, Anyang County, Henan Province, south of Huanshui, near Yinxu, farmers often found oracle bones engraved with pictures and texts when they ploughed the fields.
The peasants did not know the origin of these oracle bones, thinking that they were old enough to cure diseases, and they collected them and sold them to medicinal herb stores, called "keels".
It was not until 1899 that Wang Yirong, an expert in gold and stone, took medicine because of illness, and first discovered that the bone armor was engraved with ancient characters, which were very valuable ancient documents. So he sent someone to the pharmacy to buy all the "dragon bones" and began to study them.
At the end of the Qing Dynasty, many antique dealers and foreigners used various means to excavate, snatch and destroy countless bronzes and oracle bone inscriptions, which brought great damage to Chinese culture and brought great trouble to modern scholars studying Zhong Dingwen.
Since Zheng Chenggong was reborn in this era, he naturally would not allow such a thing to happen again.
Looking at Lu Liuliang's excited appearance, Zheng Chenggong smiled and said: "This is the main purpose of my visit today, which is to ask you gentlemen to study and identify the words on this keel." ”
Lu Liuliang arched his hand and said: "If you know that the general has this thing in his hands, even if you don't say it, Zhuang Sheng will be cheeky and begging." How did the general know about this treasure? ”
Of course, Zheng Chenggong would not tell him, this is what Lao Tzu knows from later generations.
Zheng Chenggong said modestly: "I also found out by accident, a few days ago, I was a little unwell, and the doctor prescribed a few medicines, including this keel." When I drank the medicine, I saw that there were some scratches on the turtle shell, so I took care to preserve it, and asked my subordinates to go to the city to buy the keel. Ming Yan was ashamed and couldn't distinguish this oracle bone inscription, so he asked all the great sages to help! “
"Oracle! A good name should be called Oracle. If the general had a heart, my Chinese culture might disappear in the long river of history! Please wait for me, the general! ”
Lu Liuliang stood up and respectfully gave Zheng Chenggong a deep salute.
"Mr. Lu is polite, as a scholar, Ming Yan should contribute to Chinese culture."
"Zhuang Sheng is going to buy all the keels in the pharmacy, and he must not continue to spoil people like this!"
Zheng Chenggong hurriedly stopped: "Slow, Mr. Lu." This keel in Fujian, Zhejiang, and Jiangnan, I have already asked someone to buy it, sir, you can rest assured. When I was buying, I also asked people to ask those pharmacists, and they all said that these were purchased from Anyang, Henan......"
"Anyang, Henan!? By the way, where has **** been built, it seems that these oracle bone inscriptions are the words of the **** period. General, Zhuang Sheng will leave for Anyang. ”
Zheng Chenggong smiled bitterly, this Lu Liuliang looked steady, why was he so excited when he heard the news of Oracle.
Lu Liuliang, Hu Zhengyan, and Huang Yu scrambled to personally lead the team to Anyang, Henan Province to excavate.
Now Anyang, Henan Province is not peaceful, bandits, Qing soldiers, rebels, refugees, it is simply a point of lawlessness.
When they went, they were afraid that they would end up as "two-legged sheep".
"Mr. Lu, by all means. You are a famous person, you go to Anyang, safety cannot be guaranteed, more importantly, you are a famous person. If you go to Anyang, it will inevitably alarm many people. If others see that you are digging oracle bones, they will inevitably follow suit. In this way, I am afraid that the oracle will be damaged. What's even more terrifying is that once a black-hearted businessman or farmer thinks that this thing is very profitable, he will inevitably dig and sell it wildly. In this way, the oracles are scattered all over the place, which is really not conducive to the blink of an eye, so Mr. can't go! ”
Hearing that Zheng Chenggong was in danger of going to Anyang, Lu Liuliang didn't care.
In order to be able to protect and study ancient Chinese texts, this danger is nothing
It's just that Zheng Chenggong said that it caused others to dig and sell frantically, and it was impossible to buy a large number of them, which made Lu Liuliang unbearable.
After thinking about it again, Lu Liuliang gave up his hand and said: "General Xie mentioned it, it's Zhuang Sheng Meng Lang!" What is the general's plan? ”
"Mr. Lu, you can build a museum in the library dedicated to the study of Zhong Dingwen and oracle bone inscriptions, and invite fellow scholars and scholars to identify this ancient inscription. Ming Yan sent his subordinates to Anyang to buy them by pretending to be medicinal herb dealers, so that they could hide it for a period of time and try their best to buy some. ”
When Lu Liuliang heard that Zheng Chenggong had made proper arrangements, he stayed in the library and studied the oracle bone inscription day and night.
Lu Liuliang, Hu Zhengyan, and Huang Yuji have the problem of having a high self-esteem of scholars, and they think that with the ability of the three people, they can recognize all the oracle bone inscriptions.
When researching, they encounter indistinguishable words, and they often quarrel over a single word.
Zhong Dingwen inherited the oracle bone inscription, and the Qin Dynasty small seal, in order to better understand the oracle bone inscription, Lu Liuliang three people are the left hand Zhong Dingwen facsimile, the right hand to hold the oracle bone inscription facsimile, two dialectic.
As Zheng Chenggong sent people to Anyang to buy more and more oracle bones, the library's Zhong Dingwen was a little insufficient.
In order to be able to prove their own views, Lu Liuliang and the three of them went all over the world to find Zhong Dingwen.
Knowing which house in the south of the Yangtze River has Zhong Ding, Lu Liuliang unceremoniously broke in directly to see the bronzes and Mu Yin.
The master dared not to hide it, Lu Liuliang didn't even want to lose face, he scolded directly, and even greeted the eighteenth generation of his ancestors.
If one person can't do it, three people will take turns blocking his door and scolding him in turn.
Lu Liuliang is a scholar, and he is a very learned scholar, he scolds people, and he doesn't have a dirty word in his laxative, but he just greets the ancestors of that family for eighteen generations, along with his immediate family.
They are all readers, and no one can stand being blocked at the door like this.
The ruthless ones directly donated Zhong Dingwen to the library, and those who were stingy hurriedly asked Lu Liuliang to seal it, one was not enough, and a few more copies were printed, for fear that Lu Liuliang would be unhappy and come back next time.
At the beginning, the scribes in Jiangnan just regarded Lu Liuliang's intellectual disability as a joke. But when Hu Zhengyan and Huang both fell into a frenzy of blocking people, some scribes noticed that something was unusual and came to ask for advice.
After several months of research, Lu Liuliang sadly found that this oracle bone research was a very large system project, and it was impossible to complete it with just three people.
Seeing that a well-known scholar came to the door, Lu Liuliang also humbly asked for advice.
There are more people who see it, and there are more people who ask for advice, and now the secret of the oracle bone inscription can't be kept at all.
Oracle! The ancestor of Chinese characters!
Now the scribe circle in Jiangnan has completely exploded, how can you have seen it, Lao Tzu has not seen it. This spreads out, and Lao Tzu doesn't treat people as uneducated and knowledgeable, so how can he mix it.
Scholars and students came in droves to watch the oracle bone inscriptions, and they stayed with interest to discuss them together.
Who says a gentleman doesn't move his hands when he talks about it?
When the quarrel is intense, slapping the table is still a trivial matter, tearing clothes and throwing shoes is just a common thing, and beating each other together is a big deal.
The most ridiculous thing is that after today's fight, tomorrow another person interjected and put forward a different opinion, and immediately the two of them joined forces to chase a third party all over the world.
As the oracle bone news spreads, the secret of the dragon bone is also intentionally discovered.
A large number of "medicinal herb dealers" poured into Anyang and other places to purchase keels, causing the price of keels to rise sharply.
However, before the news spread, Zheng Chenggong had already sent people to buy more than 100,000 keels.
According to later statistics, there were 130,000 oracle bone inscriptions in the Nanjing Library, accounting for more than 890 percent of the total number of oracle bones in existence.
In order to better preserve these precious materials, Zheng Chenggong later specially funded the construction of an all-stone building next to the library, named "Huaxia Ancient Literature Museum", which specializes in collecting oracle bone inscriptions and Zhong Dingwen.
Every day, countless scholars and experts come here from all over the world to study and explore, and the "Chinese Ancient Literature Museum" has become a holy place in the hearts of ancient literature scholars in the world. (To be continued.) )
