It can be seen that many scriptures are not useful, and there are too many gods and Buddhas to worship. On the contrary, it is not as easy to proselytize as Christianity and true theology, which have only one scripture.

After all, religion is for the general public. More scriptures and more gods means cumbersome. Too cumbersome is not conducive to dissemination. Moreover, having too many scriptures and gods is not conducive to establishing the authority of religion, and it is not as beneficial as one scripture and one god. Therefore, if Buddhism is to be revived in India and the South Seas, it must carry out a thorough reform, and it must be united with all the Buddhas in the heavens and ten thousand Buddhist scriptures into one.

And the largest Buddha among the Buddhas in the sky is naturally the Buddha Shakyamuni, Buddhism should take Shakyamuni as the sole respect and do not care about others. As for the "Rulai Sutra" that can integrate 10,000 volumes of Buddhism, Zhu Guowei decided to write it himself! Well, he felt like he had attained enlightenment at Nalanda Temple. It does not mean that a person and a pig should love each other equally, and that a pig being killed and eaten is not unequal, but karma......

Then there is the cycle of cause and effect and rebirth – this is the best part of Buddhism! Zhu Guowei certainly has his own views on this. The cycle of cause and effect and rebirth were mastered by the Buddha, and the followers of the Buddha were of course given preferential treatment, and those who contributed to the spread of Buddhism were given even more preferential treatment. For example, ordaining a monk, such as donating money to Buddhist temples, such as fasting monks, and so on. They can all be rewarded. Even if there is no reward in this life, there will be good rewards in the next life.

Of course. Doing good deeds can also be rewarded, but as long as those who do evil are not opposed to Buddhism, they will not necessarily have evil rewards. Because evil to other people or other things is also part of the cycle of cause and effect, and if someone or something is unlucky, it is because they did something wrong in a previous life, and they will be punished in this life! And even if the evil is not part of karma, the evil can be forgiven by the Buddha by repenting to the Buddha and donating money to Buddhism - how did this son of Zhu Jishi come up with it?

The third is to believe in Buddhism. Only by believing in the Buddha will the Buddha take care of him in the next cycle of cause and effect, and the Buddha will accept repentance and forgive sins.

Fourthly, there is a whole set of Buddhist world systems such as Elysium, Abi Hell and Reincarnation - of course, Elysium is Bliss, Abi Hell is terrible, and it is possible to be reincarnated into Zhu Jishi's family in reincarnation...... As long as the Buddha and his old man are happy, there will be any good things, so you must believe in Buddhism!

After retaining the essence of Buddhism, Zhu Guowei felt that there were too many rules and precepts in Buddhism, and there were naturally few people who believed in this and that. The so-called wine and meat pass through the intestines, and the Buddha's heart is the true meaning. Therefore, in Zhu Guowei's "Rulai Sutra", only eight precepts are prescribed for Buddhists.

1. Do not believe in gods other than the Buddha;

2. Thou shalt not kill - except for those who are in the army;

3. Thou shalt not steal;

Fourth, do not waste;

5. Don't be lazy;

6. Thou shalt not be deceived;

7. Thou shalt not commit adultery;

8. Don't be unfilial to your parents.

Monks must live on donations from the faithful or state grants! At the same time, it is stipulated that monks and nuns are not allowed to share the same monastery, and the families of monks are not allowed to live in the temple. Such a regulation has effectively blocked the possibility of most monks and nuns getting married and having children.
