At that time, the Taishou of Bajun felt that it was a bit immoral to treat a great intellectual in this way, so he asked the envoy to rest first, and came to the old man with the relevant procedures and things.

In Lao Chen's house, Tai Shou wanted to persuade Lao Chen, saying: "You are noble and world-famous, even the imperial court values you very much." I hope you still follow the arrangement so that you don't get into trouble. ”

Lao Qian was very unambiguous, looked up to the sky and sighed, and said:

"Tang Yao is so sage, Xu You is still ashamed to be an official; King Wu is so virtuous, Bo Yi still doesn't eat Zhou Su! Who is he (Gongsun Shu) and who am I? I just want to protect my own discipline, not to be with him, although I have no regrets in death! ”

He couldn't have made it clearer: I'm going to die, and I'm not going to play with you!

Taishou was originally sympathetic, but he couldn't be the master, so he could only ask Gongsun Shu.

Gongsun Shu saw that the matter had come to this, and thought that there was still a sum of money to be made, so he agreed to the request of the Qian family.

Under these circumstances, Lao Chen was able to continue to live in seclusion in Tianze.

He was selected to work in the central government as early as the former Emperor Ping of the Han Dynasty.

Anyway, the goal of being the emperor has been achieved, and I will no longer be soft on anyone!

So, he sent Yin Rong, the great Honglu, to find Li Ye with poisoned wine.

According to Gongsun Shu's explanation, Yin Rong sent a message to Li Ye:

"If you come out to do it, you can arrange your position as a prince, otherwise, I will give you poison to drink."
