Article 4: The Treaty of Shimonoseki between Japan and the former Qing Dynasty shall be null and void, all leased land except Taiwan shall be recovered, and Japanese merchants shall pay commercial taxes for trade in China, and shall be expelled from the country if there is any tax evasion or evasion.

Does the abrogation of the Treaty of Shimonoseki mean that all of Japan's privileges in China will be nullified, and will China no longer claim to be the suzerainty on the Korean issue? It's none of Lu Qiang's business, and he doesn't bother to care.

Article 5: The Taiwan Treaty will be re-signed, Taiwan will be leased to Japan for 50 years, and the Japanese side will use the warship construction technology as collateral, and at the same time, the Japanese side must guarantee the personal safety of the original residents of Taiwan, otherwise the Chinese side will have a reason to take back Taiwan.
