9:7 days a 25 km weight 30 kg cross-country marching training.

10:15 days of skydiving training: jump from 8,000 meters in the air.

12:30 days a wilderness survival training, bring 3 days of food to survive in the wild for 7 days, march more than 1,000 kilometers, but also carry weapons, ammunition and survival supplies, on the way to carry out the superior prepared for the breakout, counter-breakout, reconnaissance of the enemy, climbing the cliff and other exercise tasks.
