Chapter 299: Final Preparations

If you want to take such a big new move, whether it is in the aircraft carrier and fighter aircraft at the same time in a short period of time, you can't call on other sides...... In particular, there must be a new increase in domestic military spending on research funds for the army.

Hu Chuyuan asked Hu Weitang to continue to send a telegram to the Fukang Company that night, asking them to gather other big businessmen to raise a new treasury bond as soon as possible and donate one billion yuan to the State Military Commission in Hu Chuyuan's personal name.

It's been a long time since he's made a big move, but in this country, people still see him as the eternal symbol and spine of the country.

Who said that there is no emperor in China, he is actually the last emperor.

After he made a decision, the Hui merchants, the Shanghai merchants, the Jin merchants, and the Nanyang Fujian and Guangdong merchants all quickly subscribed to a large amount of special treasury bonds with low interest rates, and raised 3 billion yuan for the State Military Commission to secretly spend on military expenses, plus Hu Chuyuan's personal donation, but in just one week, the new expenses of 4 billion yuan entered the scope of Li Kaiye's dispatch.

Hu Chuyuan made a comeback.

When he suddenly started to exert his strength, everyone suddenly woke up, and everyone knew very well why Hu Chuyuan wanted to make a comeback at this time.

The news of Hu Chuyuan's secret arrival in Fuzhou was also published a few days later in the Jiangnan Daily, which was the first time that the media reported on his itinerary after four years, and in the past, all news about his itinerary was closed and could not be reported without permission.

There is no doubt that when this news spread, all the domestic sessions were in high spirits.

As long as the smarter Chinese can understand what this sudden news means, it means that a person who can really shock the world has returned to work.

In fact, this news was quickly transmitted to the Atlantic Alliance as the most important piece of information, and it was probably even more nightmare news for the Atlantic Alliance.

Hu Chuyuan is already a 79-year-old man, how meaningful can his comeback be?

No one knows this yet.

Hu Chuyuan actually doesn't want to make a comeback, he has made a comeback too many times, but this time is really different, he really can't help it, unless the 208 Engineering Academy makes a major breakthrough in the development of the atomic bomb, otherwise, China is not strong enough to really win.

Unlike before, this time China is indeed bucking the trend.

The State Military Commission has made a new internal adjustment and set up a new body of the General Advisory Committee, with Hu Chuyuan as the general adviser and Sa Zhenbing as the deputy general adviser, which is responsible for two things, one is to directly lead the 208 Engineering Academy, and the other is to be specifically responsible for the use of the special military expenditure of up to 4 billion yuan.

Before taking up the post of general adviser again, Hu Chuyuan went to Guangzhou, Changjiang City, Laiwu, Nanchang, and other major military industrial bases to inspect them, and also went to some military units to carefully assess the entire situation with his own eyes.

In the end, Hu Chuyuan returned to the Information Administration Garden.

As the general counsel, Hu Chuyuan has his own office, but he doesn't go, he works in his big study in the senior administration garden.

The new work is not simple, in addition to the old secretary Tang Shouqian, he has re-selected several members of the new Secret Bureau as the new secretaries, quietly standing behind the presidential palace and the prime minister's office, doing some neglected work for them, and supporting them silently.

One night, he invited President Lee Kai-ye and Premier Hu Wei-chung to his study, and he made a remark that may have had a very great impact on the war.

He said that since it was decided to go to war, it was necessary to pursue the greatest victory.

On January 22, 1939, Hu Weiting and Hu Chuyuan's special representative, Jiang Yanxing, arrived in Germany at the same time and brought a secret letter from Hu Chuyuan to Kaiser Wilhelm III, Emperor of the German Empire, and Kurt von Schleicher, Chancellor of the Reich, and finally persuaded Germany not to rush to declare war with the Atlantic Alliance for the time being, but to focus on peace talks and gradually delay time.

At the end of the letter, Hu Chuyuan said a word.

He said: Please give me, an old man who wants to contribute the last bit of strength to the country, for half a year to a year, and allow me to do some more things, although this means that the opponent will also be more prepared, but we still have to see clearly, it is good for us to delay the time for another half year.

There are many things that can be done in half a year to a year.

Take, for example, the atomic bomb.

The first thing Hu Chuyuan did when he was reappointed as general counsel was to check the internal nuclear weapons documents of the 208 Engineering Institute, and he was satisfied with the situation, but he was not particularly satisfied.

After receiving a personal reply from President Kurt von Schleicher from Germany, confirming that Germany was willing to delay the rebuilding of the German Reich for half a year to a year, Hu Chuyuan immediately asked Li Ruhua, who had been secretly in charge of the nuclear project in China, to report to the Information Administration Garden.

From the time of the establishment of Aurora University, Hu Chuyuan was in fact already preparing for this event, and for this reason, he invited Ernest Rutherford and Max Planck to set up the Planck Institute of Physics at Aurora University at all costs, and then successively invited Bohr, Kapitsa, Hertz, Laue, Langevin, Heisenberg, Schrödinger and others.

Of these people, except for Heisenberg and Schrödinger, who are currently invited to participate in nuclear engineering, the rest are not in this scope, including Bohr, who is more senior in the field.

Through decades of hard work and Hu Chuyuan's special attention, China has cultivated a large number of experts in nuclear physics, Hu Chuyuan finally chose Li Ruhua as the chief engineer, in addition to Li Ruhua's talent and reputation in nuclear physics, the most important thing is that he has very rich experience in modern management.

58-year-old Li Ruhua is a native of Putian, Fujian, graduated from Fuzhou Public School, went to study at the University of Berlin in Germany in 1902, returned to Aurora University in 1914 as a professor of physics, and in 1917 together with his teacher Planck discovered the surname of quantum indeterminacy, and wrote the book "Physical Principles of Quantum Theory".

If he had not been a student of Planck, he might have been on the Nobel podium in 1918, but he still had his place in the international physics community.

At present, there is a Nobel laureate in chemistry in the field of radioactive elements in China, and two Nobel laureates in physics, Pang Zongming and Dou Qiying, who are also currently working in the planning group of the nuclear industry.

Li Ruhua is not tall, and his figure is also thin, wearing a very inconspicuous gray suit and black-framed glasses.

When he entered the big study, he couldn't wait to say hello to Hu Chuyuan and said, "Chairman, hello, we're meeting again!" ”

Hu Chuyuan is still very familiar with him, but in the past few years, it is no longer convenient for him to meet Li Ruhua, so he has not asked much about things.

Seeing that Li Ruhua had already come, Hu Chuyuan put down the things in his hand, put together the materials he was reading, walked over to shake hands with Li Ruhua, and invited him to sit on the sofa and chat.

Waiting for Niu Shuxian to serve tea, Hu Chuyuancai and Li Ruhua asked: "What is the progress of the Giant Spirit God plan, I don't understand this aspect, and I can't see the reason just by looking at the information and reports, so ah, I still have to trouble you to come and talk to me personally." ”

Li Ruhua replied very respectfully: "In front of the chairman, how dare I call trouble, as long as you have something to tell me to come over, I will come over at any time." ”

Hu Chuyuan waved his hand and said, "You are far away from working in Etuoke Banner, you are busy with work, and it is not easy to come here, so don't be so polite to me." Let's talk about it, how is the progress? ”

Li Ruhua said: "Chairman Hui, the progress on our side is quite smooth, the separation of uranium-235 is already underway, the existing atomic reactor and separator equipment are running very well, although there have been some mistakes and losses in the middle, but I think the most difficult moment has passed." ”

Hu Chuyuan bowed his head slightly and asked, "How many people are there over there now?" ”

Li Ruhua said: "There are 3,000 people in the army, more than 700 administrative personnel, and 1,244 real scientific researchers. ”

Hu Chuyuan hummed and asked, "Is the current fund enough?" ”

Li Ruhua said: "The chairman allocated 600 million yuan at a time before he retired, and later, after President Li took office, he still issued project expenses according to the plan of 70 million yuan per year, and the 208 Engineering Institute also has more than 10 million yuan of support every year, which is enough overall." However, it would be better if we could add some of the funding and we could build some additional facilities to speed up the extraction of radioactive raw materials! ”

Hu Chuyuan thought for a while and said, "Okay, the funds on my side are still very sufficient, you can re-submit a plan for me, and I will approve it for you separately." I have proposed to the National Military Council that your project should be given the highest priority, and the Military Council will provide full support, is there any deficiency on the scientist's side? ”

Li Ruhua said: "There are basically enough researchers, and if there are new funds and needs, we can also go to other research institutes and universities in China to draw them." In this regard, the chairman does not need to worry, we have been quietly making progress on this project for 15 years, and the basic training work has been very good, and a large number of scientific researchers are available for temporary transfer. In terms of the research status of the entire international nuclear industry, we are also the strongest, and if it were not for the need for military secrecy, we would have at least a dozen projects that could apply for the Nobel Prize in Physics and Chemistry in recent years. ”

Hu Chuyuan was quite satisfied and said, "Then I will rest assured, you must continue to let everyone step up after you go back." Now China is the public enemy of the entire world powers, and foreigners are very dissatisfied with the status quo, and they want to beat us back to 50 years ago overnight, and want to ensure China's interests in the future, which is our killer weapon. ”

Li Ruhua said: "Don't worry, chairman, we also understand that we will do our best!" ”

Hu Chuyuan nodded silently and said, "Let's stay in the Zizheng Garden at night, I'll let someone arrange it for you, just come to Yanjing, you can talk to Weitang later, and then make a detailed report to President Li." ”

"Yes, Chairman, then I'll go back and continue my work without disturbing you!"

Li Ruhua also nodded cautiously.

Only then did Hu Chuyuan get up and personally settle him in the courtyard of the Zizheng Garden, and called Hu Weitang over, and the father and son talked about this issue until late at night, according to Hu Chuyuan's idea, the Giant Spirit God plan should be reached together with the Heavenly Bow Plan, and it would be directly on the nuclear weapons of ballistic missiles.

It doesn't matter if the error is large, it can be launched and bombed into the opponent's territory, let alone to fight Britain, and it will be blown up in France.

This is of course impossible.

Domestic research on ballistic missiles has made great progress.

The key problem now is that uranium-235 is very difficult to extract, and it is difficult to say how many such bombs will be available at that time, Hu Chuyuan's request is to ensure that there are 10 as many as possible, and once successful, then claim that there are 50 or 100 bombs.

Aircraft carrier systems, new aircraft systems, missile and rocket artillery systems, multi-directional radar early warning systems, nuclear weapons, submarines, chemical weapons, and radio communication systems are the eight major top-secret system projects in China's industry, which are concentrated in the 208 Academy of Engineering, and the academicians of the 208 Academy of Engineering are also very different from the academicians of the Chinese National Academy of Engineering, and the former is not announced to the public at all.

At present, except for nuclear weapons, the basic work has basically been completed, and the development from 0 to 1 has been completed, and now it is only continuing to carry out new development and growth from 1 to 10.

Money becomes especially important during this period.

In the past year, the GDP of the United States has increased by 9.5% to 94.7 billion US dollars, or about 71.2 billion yuan, while China's annual GDP excluding overseas provinces is 125.5 billion yuan, an increase of 5.3% over the same period last year.

When calculating personal GDP, the gap between China and the United States is still obvious, but it also shows that there is still a lot of room for growth in China.

The gap between the world's largest and second largest economies is still so huge that many people may not have imagined that 50 years of construction have brought China a real wealth and power.

If it were not for the increasingly strong camp color of world trade, the trade barriers between the two sides have become very obvious, and China's total industrial and agricultural exports can still be magnified even more.

Of course, Hu Chuyuan hopes to win this battle, completely remove this barrier, and let China gain absolute hegemony rights and interests in the 20th century.

According to the latest data of the central government, excluding some of the non-public parts that are subject to special protection in the "Law on the Protection of National Asset Management", the total annual fiscal revenue has reached 21.4 billion yuan, which is higher than the increase in the increase in the income of state-owned assets in the economic crisis stage, and the proportion of investment returns in overseas provinces is also increasing year by year.

In Hu Chuyuan's time, China's central fiscal policy was completely different from that of the United States and Britain, and China's central fiscal policy belonged to the hard-line macroeconomic regulation and control faction, and it had always spent relatively much on investment in the colonies, and it had adopted banks, funds, and other means to continuously invest in private investment, additional investment, and encourage investment and financing under the surname policy.

With the average tax rate not high, the high income of China's central government is a very strange thing, and the return on China's overseas fixed investment income, especially government bonds, is relatively high.

However, a large part of these investments in government bonds have been transferred, gold and silver assets have been re-owned, and financing for the domestic market has continued to expand by increasing the sales of government bonds and money supply.

On this basis, the publicly available military expenditure in 1939 reached 7.5 billion yuan, accounting for 28% of the total budget expenditure of the 1939 fiscal year, which was the highest in the past decade.

In addition, the issuance of national war bonds in the face of World War II has already begun, and the total amount is expected to be as high as 180 billion yuan.

In other words, the total military expenditure of this war will be equivalent to the total GDP of the whole of China in one year, including the overseas provinces, and equivalent to the total fiscal revenue of the political axe for six years.

China can't afford to lose.

No amount of money is worth it, not for this war, but for the preservation of all the gains and gains of the last fifty years.

After a period of preparation, especially after meeting with Li Kaiye and several members of the Standing Committee of the State Military Commission one by one, Hu Chuyuan officially attended the enlarged meeting of the State Military Commission on February 15, 1939, that is, at this meeting, through Hu Chuyuan's proposal, President Li Kaiye and Premier Hu Weizhong first agreed, and finally passed a new resolution within the committee, gradually selling out the 52.8 billion yuan worth of commercial land held by the central political axe in China.

This has two advantages: one is to alleviate the huge expenditure of military spending, and the other is to gradually solve the problem of political axe participation in land investment, and take the first step in the transition from a big political axe to a small political axe.

This decision is secret and all land transfers will also be entrusted to Fukang Bank, which will sell it with full agency.

Through cooperation with the commercial banking system, the State Military Commission first raised 52.8 billion yuan in assets and began to make comprehensive preparations for final war mobilization.

The Germans were already not going to wait much longer, they were in a hurry to create a new German Reich.

For Hu Chuyuan, although he made a comeback, he did not interfere too much in the work of the State Military Commission and President Li Kaiye, he trusted Li Kaiye, and he also knew that Li Kaiye could lead China to overcome the last difficulties, and his job was only to do his last modest efforts to do some things that Li Kaiye might have neglected or did not expect.

The domestic economic work and political axe work are presided over by Premier Hu Weizhong, and Hu Chuyuan is also very trusting, so he does not need to ask more.

Among all the events, Hu Chuyuan's largest allocation was to the Etuoke Banner Institute of Nuclear Physics Engineering of the 208 Engineering Academy, with a total amount of 2.1 billion yuan, which was spent in four years, with half of the first phase spent to increase the separation equipment and increase the extraction of uranium-235 in the fastest time.

During this period, the total number of troops in the Chinese Army had reached 3.17 million, and 33 divisions were added on the basis of the original 114 divisions, but they still did not enter the general mobilization and the final major expansion.

As an important second-line force, the National Guard has also expanded to 1.15 million people, with 14 divisions of the Central National Guard directly under the command of the State Military Commission, totaling 370,000 people.

The Air Force has increased from the original 33 divisions to 45 divisions, with a total of 22,570 aircraft in service and a total strength of 920,000. China's air force is composed of three brigades under one division, each of which usually has 4-6 squadrons of 15 fighters each.

The navy has also expanded its total strength, and the main factor in this is the Marine Division, which has long been maintained at 22 divisions, and at present it has temporarily added 6 new divisions to 28 Marine Divisions, and it can rapidly expand to about 1.55 million in the early stage of the war.

The large-scale expansion of China's [***] power made the entire Atlantic Alliance feel extremely nervous, although both sides have been expanding their forces, but in 1939, China's expansion still made all countries feel heavy pressure.

After more than a decade of long-term hegemony with China in the Pacific, the U.S. military has reacted most quickly, followed by Russia, Britain and France.

For Hu, he should be relieved by his decision at the end of World War I, that he had retained an intact Germany, a Germany that had not suffered too much damage, and that was his strongest ally in the European theater.

Relying on Germany alone, the Asia-Europe Alliance will be able to contain the entire Britain and France, Poland, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan will do their job to contain Russia and prevent Britain, France, and Russia from flanking Germany, the Yugoslav Alliance's task is to contain Italy and Spain, and China will inevitably fight to the death with the United States in the Pacific.

Judging from the overall situation in the world, the Atlantic Alliance and the Asia-Europe Alliance are indeed in a balance of power that is difficult to explain, and in particular, the existence of Australia, Canada, and Russia has given the Atlantic Alliance a certain advantage in terms of overall resources.

In terms of the manufacturing capacity of the industrial countries, China, Germany, Austria and the United States, Britain, France, and Russia are roughly the same, and the average strength of the second-rate allies is also roughly the same, so it is very important to eliminate one or two opponents that are the easiest to defeat and quite critical in the fastest time.

Germany still regards Belgium as its most important point of attack, and China's National Military Council does not choose its old rival, Russia, but a new target, Australia.

It was a surprising decision.

This is also the reason why China has expanded its military power in advance, it is too risky to quickly defeat Russia with military superiority, climate and supply are two very painful problems, and the problem of defeating India is the same.

There is only one problem to defeat Australia - supply.

The problem is that countries such as Britain, the United States, and France face more difficulties on this issue than China.

This is also the main reason why Hu Chuyuan decided to expand his naval superiority on a large scale, because it was very troublesome to attack the mainland, and he did not want to fall into the quagmire of attacking the mainland too early, and he was more willing to directly take Australia, make full use of Australia's mineral resources, and at the same time attract the United States to conduct a naval decisive battle in the Pacific Ocean.

Of course, while carrying out such an attack plan, it must also exert a very strong pressure on Russia, forcing Russia to be unable to attack Germany and Poland, and giving Germany enough time to occupy the European continent.

To this end, the State Military Commission divided the main army into four parts, one is the Northern Front Army stationed around Novosibirsk and Kazakhstan, the other is the Western Front Army stationed in Central Asia, the third is the Southwest Army stationed in Yunnan, and the fourth part is the Southern Front Army stationed in Indonesia and the Philippines.

Within Australia, the Central Secret Bureau is also organizing Chinese workers to secretly transport arms and equipment to the Chinese underground forces in Australia.

Yang Zhenlin is the commander-in-chief of the group army of the northern front, Chen Mingshu and Jiang Guangnai are the deputy commanders-in-chief, Li Jishen is the commander-in-chief of the group army of the western front, Ma Jijiang and Huang Yukun are the deputy commanders-in-chief, Zhang Xiaozhun is the commander-in-chief of the southwest group army, Bai Chongxi is the deputy commander, Cai Tingkai is the commander-in-chief of the group army of the southern front, Gu Zhutong is the deputy commander, Guan Linzheng is the commander-in-chief of the Northeast Group Army, and Feng Yuxiang is the deputy commander.

The composition of these people's ranks was basically considered many times before 1930, and they fully respected their personal choices and wishes, and from 1930 onwards, they basically began to devote themselves to the preparation of the entire battle plan, and secretly went to the areas where war might break out on many occasions to inspect the actual situation.

The only change was the commander-in-chief of the Northern Front Group Army, because Hu Chuyuan and Li Kaiye were scheduled to be the commander-in-chief of the Northern Front Group Army at that time was Cai Yi, who was the best candidate, but Cai Ye was later promoted to the vice chairman of the State Military Commission and concurrently served as the vice president, so he could no longer serve as the commander-in-chief of the Northern Front Group Army.

In addition to the Pacific Theater and the African Theater, the real commander-in-chief of the main theater is still the army, which also shows that China is still dominated by the army.

China and Germany are, after all, the most powerful land forces in the world, and although both countries spend on their navies and air forces, they still account for the largest proportion of their land forces overall.

By April 1937, the army had fully reequipped itself with the M30 automatic rifle, and developed a number of derivative models based on the M30 rifle, with a total reserve of up to 7 million, and another 3 million could be produced annually under the condition of expanding production capacity during the war.

In addition, the military still retains a part of the reliable BM15 semi-automatic rifles for the National Guard, and authorizes a large number of other industrially developed countries in the Eurasian Union to produce their own.

Germany had already transferred the M30 automatic rifle at this time, and on this basis, an additional MG30 automatic rifle was developed for use in the equipment of the Imperial German Army.

The CM33 series is a new type of general-purpose machine gun, and the CM28-11mm series is the main heavy machine gun.

In 1928, the Chinese Army completed a comprehensive replacement of a new generation of tanks, with the T-25 medium tank, the T-20 light tank, and the TZB-10 series of infantry multi-functional armored vehicles, and began to secretly mass-produce a new generation of T-35 main battle tanks in 1936.

China is the ancestor of tanks, and the first country to engage in the development of tanks and armored vehicles is actually the United Kingdom, which is a few years later than Britain, but China's investment and implementation in this area has always been very strong.

The overall tactical theory of mobile operations of tanks and armored vehicles has been completed in China, and the whole world is following China's tactics, but in any case, China's superiority in this regard is still obvious, and the Chinese Army firmly occupies the first level in the international world in terms of the overall tactical execution capability, the production and research capability of equipment, and the overall supporting and maintenance capability.

In order to widen the gap between the two sides in the new World War, after China began to fully launch the 208 Engineering Institute in 1920, the technical research of tanks has always remained in the most important ranks.

Since 1920, China's 208th Academy of Engineering has tried to create a new tank of epoch-making significance, which will be used as a real main tank and become the core force of the entire mechanized operation.

According to the requirements, this tank must achieve a very high balance in terms of maneuverability, defense capability, firepower, range, and cross-country ability, form an absolute numerical superiority, simplify the pressure of the entire logistics maintenance, and realize large-scale mobile operations.

Born in 1925, the T-25 tank is the forerunner of this new tank program, due to the immaturity of some new technologies, especially the problem of new diesel engines, and the problem of cost, the T-25 tank did not really complete the realization of this goal, and the T-25 tank with a net weight of 22.7 tons was slightly discounted in terms of defense and firepower.

Until 1930, with the advent of the new T-30 light and medium tank, some new technologies were further developed, and in 1934, the T-35 main battle tank finally met the requirements of the 208 Engineering Institute in all technical links.

The T-35 main battle tank can still only be regarded as a medium tank according to the current standard calculation, with a body weight of 33.5 tons, a 750-horsepower CFV750 diesel engine, and a new smoothbore gun with a caliber of 95mm mm. Compared with the T-25 series, the transmission mechanism and suspension system have been greatly improved.

Compared with the T-35 series, the basic vehicle of the T-30 series tank weighs 18.4 tons, which is hardly an ordinary light tank, so it is called a light and medium tank, and it is actually divided into a new type of main tank with a lower cost.

The T-30 series tank is characterized by multi-purpose, based on the original model, derived from a variety of howitzer vehicles, which can not only serve as the main tank in the case of the opponent's lack of heavy firepower, but also serve as reconnaissance, communications, command, patrol and other tasks in the second-line battlefield, because its mobile surname and off-road surname can be very strong, and the turret can also be partially dismantled and used as a personnel carrier alone.

With the development of the war, the T-25 series will be gradually used in the second-line battlefield, the T-35 and T-30 series of tank groups will gradually be installed in a large area, and the follow-up T-352 and T-302 series plans are also in the process of intensifying development.

Unlike the mainstream trend of the whole world, China's State Military Commission, after years of research and discussion, does not believe that the overly expensive heavy tank will play a key role, so in the case that Britain, France, the United States, Russia and Germany are urgently developing heavy tanks, China only cooperated with Germany to develop the Pzvi-Tiger 1 tank, with a net body weight of 45 tons.

In the development trend of light tanks, especially in the 5-8 ton class light tanks, China has not followed up, but continues to maintain the development of the original TZB series of multi-purpose infantry armored vehicles, the largest number in service is the TZB-27 series, the new service is the TZB-33 series, and the follow-up plan is TZB-37 and TZB-39.

In addition, the army airborne division is also equipped with a new TZB-305 infantry fighting vehicle, which is characterized by a very light weight, weighing only 4.4 tons, specially designed for airborne use, in order to cooperate with this special armored vehicle and tactics, the State Military Commission has also begun to develop a new type of large transport aircraft since 1930, the basic requirement is to be able to transport at least two TZB-305 infantry fighting vehicles at the same time.

As the main nemesis of tanks, the installation of rocket launchers and helicopter gunships has been preliminarily completed, especially the preparation and perfection of the army aviation units, as well as the study and run-in work of related specific tactics, have achieved remarkable results, and now the main goal is to inflict a key damage on the enemy in the decisive battle.

Unlike Britain, France, and other countries, the Chinese Army does not have many types of new equipment, and once it is successfully developed, it will be installed in large quantities, and strive to form an absolute superiority in quantity; compared with Britain, France, the United States, and Russia, as many as 20 kinds of new tanks, the Chinese Army's new tanks are actually T-30/35 two series, and the multi-functional infantry armored vehicles are only TZB-27/33 two series.

This is a different military policy.

The Chinese Army's strategy has always been very simple -- formulate different tactics according to weapons, focus on qualitative and quantitative decisive battles, simplify logistics and supply, and pursue speed superiority in large-scale troops.

In short, the soldiers are fast.

Drawing on the experience of these years, Yabinsk, Kostanay, Shenyang, Omsk, Samarkand, Almaty, Thessaloniki, Palembang, and Skopje had already hoarded military supplies on a large scale before the official start of war.

In fact, these works began in 1920, with the construction of reserve centers for strategic materials year by year, the establishment of large-scale military bases and garrison areas around these cities, and the continuous increase in the scale of construction and reserves.

In Thessaloniki, the material reserves of the army, navy and air force are staggering, the headquarters of the Western Front Army Group is located, and the Fifth Fleet of the Navy is also stationed here.

To the south of Thessaloniki is the island-rich Aegean Sea, to the north and west by Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Algeria, Romania, Yugoslavia and other allied countries, and to the east by the Ottoman Empire.

This is the center of the Western Front Army, and the army units stationed in the Balkans with more than 600,000 troops can support the entire Yugoslav region at any time, and contain Italy to prevent Italy from attacking Germany.

That being said, if Italy continues to be a little incompetent, the probability of directly attacking Italy with the Yugoslav troops is still very high. Hu Chuyuan's suggestion to the German side was also to give priority to the settlement of Italy, so that the Western Front Army could enter the Western European theater and the German army to attack jointly.

If this is the case, the Western Front Army Group occupies Italy and the German army will join forces to attack France, and it will be very difficult for France to hold out for how long, and a key difficulty at present is that it is impossible for the US army not to participate in the war and will come to large-scale assistance to France at any time.

The Sino-American struggle for hegemony in the Pacific Theater...... In the end, it is impossible to avoid it.

World War II was an unprecedented war, and it was not only about the economy, population, science and technology, production capacity, and national strength, but also about resources.

As long as the Balkans and Central Asia are supported by Germany's resources, plus Poland and Ukraine, the balance of this war has shifted in favor of Germany at least a little bit in Europe.

Or, because Spain, Portugal and Italy are tilting towards the Atlantic Alliance, the balance has been turned back a bit.

The current World War II is actually very easy to understand, and it can basically be seen as the two great powers of China and Germany trying to break the blockade line of the traditional powers composed of the United States, Britain, France, Italy, etc., while other countries such as Russia, Poland, the Balkans, Central Asia, and Spain and Portugal are all involved in this contradiction, and it is also for their own interests.

Perhaps, the real good news is that Russia is not as strong as it seems.

(To be continued)
