With mosquitoes as companions and fierce beasts as companions. The life is hard, but the heart is happy. In the days of Hongfu Temple, I ate meals that could pour out a layer of vegetable oil, slept on a soft bed, read a Buddhist scripture and waited for me with sandalwood.

This kind of day is no longer considered a practice, but an enjoyment.

Hongren had already had the intention of leaving, but when he thought of the Dharma meeting in the near future, he endured what he wanted about Buddhism in his heart. He no longer eats the food in the temple, goes out when he is hungry, and no longer sleeps in his own room, but soaks in the Tibetan scripture pavilion of Hongfu Temple all day to study the scriptures, and sleeps on the spot when he is tired.

Hongren has not yet reached home, unable to achieve the realm of real "Zen", the Buddha in his heart, the Tao in his heart, let a group of pseudo-monks so defiled, his heart is like a fire and burns again, mocking: "It's not that the hospitality is inconsiderate, it's that the hospitality is too thoughtful...... The temple is so flashy and extravagant that it has completely lost the compassion of our Buddha and the suffering people. Although it is a Buddhist gate, it is a filthy place. ”

But in fact, this thinking is wrong.

Every culture has its own value, its own meaning, and the value of inheritance.

Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, as well as the law, ink, yin and yang, name, vertical and horizontal, miscellaneous, soldier and other sects and doctrines of the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period all have a certain significance. There is a good side and a bad side in it, and a doctrine cannot be completely denied, which is a kind of taintment of culture.

Buddhism does have some sayings that are nonsense, ethereal, and make people not want to be motivated, but they also have a unique side.

For example, the Buddha is a human being and not a god, and Shakyamuni once said, "Heaven and the world, I am the only one." This sounds overbearing, and I think Shakyamuni is too rampant. Not really. The word "I" does not refer to Shakyamuni himself, but to every human being. The correct interpretation of this sentence should be that man is the heavens and the earth in the universe, and each person is his own master, deciding his own destiny, and does not have to obey anyone or any superhuman God.

This spirit is undoubtedly correct and worth inheriting.

It is not Buddhism and Buddhism that are wrong, but the kind of people who use Buddhism to deceive the people.

The same Confucianism and Legalism are not wrong, what is wrong is to use Confucianism to cover up and control the people to achieve their own selfish superiority.

Confucianism has national heroes like Wen Tianxiang, and there are also villains who are sanctimonious. Buddhism has fake monks like Debate, and naturally there are real monks like Hongren, which is the same reason.

Changle also said: "We are all wrong...... But it's wrong, the appearance of Master Hongren makes me think those monks are even more hateful. ”

Du He followed: "So, what we have to do is to take off the masks of this group of people and let the people know their true faces. ”
