Chapter 13 [Great Liang Empire]
In the last years of Guanghua, Zhu Wen, a world policeman, said to Zhang Cunjing: "Wang Ke relies on the power of Taiyuan to bully the neighboring feudal towns, I really can't stand it, you bring me a rope to tie him back." "Desire
Coupled with sin, there is no excuse, one person wants to eat another person, and there is no need for any too strong reason,
It's like a wolf saying to a lamb, "I'm going to eat you, because last year you said bad things about me, and even if you weren't born last year, it's your parents who scold me, and I'm going to eat you anyway." "In the spring of the first year of Tianfu (901), Zhang Cunjing led the army to capture the two states of Jinjiang, in February,
When the army attacked Hezhong, Wang Ke's wife wrote to his father Li Keyong: "The enemy has already fought, and the daughter and son-in-law are about to become prisoners and ask Daliang for food. ”
Li Keyong replied: "Girl, I also want to save you, but the road is blocked, outnumbered, save you, we all have to play together, it's really not good, you will belong to the court." It seems that the old man can't count on it, and Wang Ke asked his neighbor Li Maozhen for help:
"Uncle Li, your lips are cold, if Zhu Wen destroys me, your territory is estimated to be unable to be saved, you help me now, I can be your buffer zone between you and Zhu Wen in the future, what do you think?" It stands to reason that Wang Ke's words are still very reasonable, but helplessly, Li Maozhen doesn't care about him.
Wang Ke had no choice but to shout to Zhang Cunjing at the head of the city: "I have a friendship with you Boss Zhu in my previous life, you withdraw the army first, and when Boss Zhu comes, I will surrender." When Zhu Wen heard about this, he immediately rushed over.
Zhu Wen deeply understands a truth, the other party promises you. You have to cash it out immediately, the night is long and you have many dreams, in case the other party changes the hexagram, you can't find the north when you cry.
After Zhu Wen came, he first swept the tomb of his former boss Wang Chongrong, and expressed his attitude to the people in the river: I, Zhu Laosan, still miss the old very much.
The people in the river were also very moved. It seems that Boss Zhu is really a good comrade who has not forgotten his roots, and there should be no problem for us to obey him, so he plans to surrender the city.
Wang Ke was still not at ease, and sent someone to discuss the details of the surrender with Zhu Wen, intending to find out the bottom and assess the risk of surrender. He said, "I am a sinner, I am guilty, and I will come to you with my hands tied behind my back, and I will lead the sheep with my hands." ”
There is an allusion here, the last years of the Shang Dynasty. King Wu of Zhou led a large army to crusade against the Shang Dynasty, and when he was about to win, the Shang Dynasty's powerful minister Weizi went to the camp of the Zhou army, holding the sheep in his left hand and holding the Mao in his right hand, kneeling in front of King Wu of Zhou, offering the sacrificial vessels of the Shang Dynasty, and kept chanting: "I am guilty, I am guilty." ”
King Wu of Zhou saw that he was sincere. He ordered the release of the neutron and reinstated him to his throne. Hear him say that. Zhu Wen was shocked: "How can this work, your father, that is, my uncle Wang Chongrong's great kindness, I will never forget it in my next life, you met me with the gift of the death of the country,
What would your father think of me under the Nine Springs? You're trying to trap me in unkindness! Wang Ke was very moved, good man, don't say anything, go out of the city and surrender. Outside the city, two people shook hands and cried. Then they rode into the city together as if they were doing it.
Then, Zhu Wen ordered Zhang Cunjing to guard the city, Wang Ke's family was sent to Kaifeng, when he arrived in Huazhou, Zhu Wen didn't say a word, he killed this cousin, from then on, Zhu Wen occupied the river, and soon Zhang Cunjing died.
Let's talk about Wang Heng, when he returned to Shaanzhou after his defeat, he gave up on himself, tyrannized and unreasonable, and the court officials and those who offended him in Shaanzhou were often killed.
In 899, Wang Heng became more and more tyrannical and paranoid, and even his children and wives were not spared. In the end, the soldiers mutinied, he was killed by the rebels, and the soldiers elected Li Fan to succeed him.
A few months later, Li Fan also died in a mutiny, so Zhu Jian took over Shaanzhou, and Zhu Jian was also called Zhu Youqian. Soon after, Zhu Jian surrendered to Zhu Wen, so Zhu Wen got Shaanzhou.
Fifteenth, the three towns of Heshuo Weibo
In the early years of Zhenguan, Tang Taizong divided the world into Guannei, Henan, Hedong, Hebei, Shannan, Longyou, Huainan, Jiangnan, Jiannan, and Lingnan.
The three towns of Heshuo are the collective names of Fanyang Jiedu, Chengde Jiedu, and Weibo Jiedu. Because this town is in Hebei Province, it is known as the three towns of Heshuo in history, also known as the three towns of Hebei.
The reason why the three towns of Heshuo are famous is because Hebei was highly developed during the Tang Dynasty, and the historical records record that "Hebei tribute is taxed, half of Kyushu", plus "Hebei is full of customs and customs, and the fruit is in war farming", "Jizhou produces healthy horses, and the next one gallops 200 miles a day, so the soldiers are often under the sky".
Regarding the origin of the three towns of Heshuo, we have to start with the Anshi Rebellion. In the later period of the Anshi Rebellion, Shi Chaoyi's generals Zhang Zhongzhi, Tian Chengsi, and Li Huaixian surrendered one after another, and then, Shi Chaoyi committed suicide, and the Anshi Rebellion ended.
Although the rebellion is over, the imperial court is facing a new problem, that is, how to place these generals with heavy troops.
So he successively appointed Zhang Zhongzhi as the envoy of the Chengde Army, and gave the name Li Baochen, Tongheng, Zhao, Shen, Ding, and Yi five prefectures (now the central part of Hebei Province), and soon added Jizhou to Hengzhou (now Zhengding, Hebei);
Fengtian Chenghei was the defense envoy of Wei (now the north of Daming, Hebei), Bo, De, Cang, and Ying (now southern Hebei and northern Shandong) (soon promoted to the Jiedu envoy); Li Huaixian was the envoy of Youzhou Lulong Festival, and he was stationed in Youzhou, Ying, Ping, Ji, Fu, Tan, and Mo (now Beijing and northeast Hebei).
There is no tiger in the mountain, the monkey is also called the king, at this time, the tiger of the court has become a dying sick cat after An Lushan's fierce beating of the tiger general, so these festivals began to make it bigger, nominally subordinate to the imperial court, in fact, it is returned, shun but not smooth, they have soldiers and generals, can appoint officials, and do not have to hand over finances, complete independence of people and property, pure country within the country, completely like a soil emperor.
The court is powerless to ask, and if it asks, it will only turn a blind eye, so that the nominal owner of the whole country is still surnamed Li. The succession of the envoys of the Three Towns Festival is also passed down from son to nephew, or the subordinates will seize the throne, and they are not appointed by the imperial court.
In the third year of the Tang Dynasty (768), Chengde Li Huaixian was killed by his subordinates Zhu Xicai, Zhu Zhu, Zhu Tao, etc., and the three Zhu successively became the envoys of the festival. The Tang government doesn't bother to care about this kind of thing, anyway, I can't help you, no matter how much you toss, it's your own business, as long as you don't toss out of your family's circle.
Fourteen years. Wei Botian died, and his nephew Tian Yue succeeded him, and Daizong also recognized it. In the second year of the founding of Emperor Dezong of the Tang Dynasty (781), Li Baochen passed away, and his son Li Weiyue asked for succession.
Originally, according to the custom, the new festival envoy asked you for your life. It is considered to give you face, you then push the boat down the river, cherish this face, so that everyone is safe and happy, you continue to be your true son, I continue to be my soil emperor, each other take what they need, hello, I am good, everyone is good.
But this time Dezong was not happy, because Dezong was newly enthroned. I really wanted to do something, he wanted to change this situation of being a monarch and a minister, so he decisively rejected this request.
He is not happy, Li Weiyue is not happy! Everyone else can approve it, but can't I approve it when it's my turn? You're obviously deliberately trying to get along with me. In that case, I won't talk nonsense with you, let's divide the fists and feet.
So he united with Tian Yue of Weibo, Li Zhengji, the envoy of Ziqing Jiedu, and Liang Chongyi, the envoy of Shannan Dongdao Jiedu, to raise troops together.
This time, the imperial court also took a rare tough posture of desperate Saburo, and sent Huaixi Jiedu to make Li Xilie and others lead troops to crusade.
August. Liang Chongyi committed suicide in defeat. In the first month of the following year, Li Weiyue's general Wang Wujun killed Li Weiyue and surrendered to the imperial court.
Seemingly. The situation seemed to be developing in a direction favorable to the imperial court, but at this time, Wang Wujun was dissatisfied with the reward of the imperial court, and colluded with Tian Yue and Zhu Tao, who participated in the conquest, and rebelled again.
Zhu and Wang led troops to rescue Tian Yue to Weizhou, and in November, the three of them built an altar as an alliance and met to be called king: Zhu Tao was called the king of Ji. Tian Yue was called the king of Wei, Wang Wujun was called the king of Zhao, and Li Na of Ziqing (Li Zhengji's son, Li Zhengji was dead at that time) was called the king of Qi, so the rebellion further expanded.
Seeing that the situation is out of control. In the first month of the first year of Xingyuan (784), Dezong had no choice but to issue an edict of sin, and said with tears and snot: "Everyone, Aiqing, I was wrong, there is nothing wrong, you forgive me." In the future, I won't care about the affairs of Hebei anymore, your nephew will play the lantern as usual. ”
Things gradually subsided. After a big round of tossing, many people died, and many people were injured, but everything returned to square one. Since then, the three towns of Hebei have become a common practice to be self-reliant.
After Xianzong pacified Huaixi Wu Yuanji, although Hebei was once superficially subdued, it returned to its old state after arriving in the Muzong Dynasty, and everything was as usual.
Now that the story of the three towns of Heshuo is finished, we will mainly talk about Weibo, but before we begin, let's take a look at the biographies of the envoys of Weibo:
Tian Chenghei, the seventh year of the calendar is the festival envoy. In September of the thirteenth year of the Great Calendar (779), he died at the age of seventy-five.
Tian Yue, Tian Chenghe's nephew, was succeeded by Tian Chenghe's will. In the first year of Xingyuan (784), he was killed by his cousin Tian Xu.
Tian Xu, the sixth son of Tian Chenghei, succeeded to the throne by his cousin Tian Yue. In April of the twelfth year of Zhenyuan (796), he died violently at the age of Chinese New Year's Eve.
Tian Ji'an, the son of Tian Xu, succeeded his father, aged 15. Yuan He died in the seventh year (812) at the age of Chinese New Year's Eve.
Tian Huaiji, Tian Ji'an's son, succeeded his father. is young and can't manage politics, so Tian Hongzheng is in power
Tian Hongzheng, whose real name is Tian Xing, Tian Chenghe's cousin, entered the dynasty in the seventh year of Yuanhe (812) and surrendered, loyal to the Tang Dynasty. On the night of July 28 in the first year of Changqing (821), he was killed in a military rebellion.
Shi Xiancheng, the first month of the second year of Changqing (822) was the queen, and the night of June 26 (829) of the third year of Yamato was killed by the army.
He Jintao, Lingwuren. After Shi Xiancheng died, he was pushed by everyone to stay behind. Kaicheng died in the fifth year (840), and gave the Taifu a gift.
He Chongshun, He Jintao's son. Xiantong died in the seventh year (866) and was given to the Taishi.
He Quanxuan, the son of He Chongshun, was the envoy of the festival in the eighth year of Xiantong (867). In the eleventh year of Xiantong (870), the army rebelled and died.
Han Yunzhong, formerly known as Han Junxiong, was left behind in the eleventh year of Xiantong (870). He died in November of the first year of Qianfu (874), at the age of sixty-one, and was given the title of Tai Lieutenant.
Han Jian, the son of Han Junxiong, was left behind. In November of the first year of Zhonghe (881), the army was defeated and died, and Le Yanzhen replaced him.
Le Yanzhen, following Han Jian's throne, was left behind in the second year of Zhonghe (882). He was forced to leave home by his subordinates, and later died with his son.
Le Congxun, the son of Le Yanzhen, in the first year of Wende (888), was defeated and died.
Zhao Wenben, after the death of Le Yanzhen, the generals elected him as the queen. Soon they were killed by the multitude.
Luo Hongxin, the word Defu, is a native of Guixiang, Weizhou. In the first year of Wende, he succeeded Zhao Wenben as his stay, and died in September of the first year of Guanghua at the age of sixty-three (898).
Luo Shaowei, the son of Luo Hongxin, took his father's throne as the queen.
From the above resume, it is not difficult for us to find that most of the adults of Wei Bo's festivals have died from his killing, and few of them can die right.
Later successors, everyone knows how their predecessor died, but everyone still wants to be the boss, everyone thinks that they will be one of the few festival envoys who can die well, but in the end, they find out that they are not the exception.
It wasn't until the knife was on the neck that I repented, there was once a choice of life and death in front of me, I didn't cherish it, and I regretted it when I lost it, and the most painful thing in the world is nothing more than this. If Heaven could give me a chance to choose again, I would say to the god of opportunity: I will not be a temperance envoy if I am killed.
If I had to add a deadline to this option, I would like it to be...... 10,000 years! In fact, if you are a small soldier, you may still die well, become a general, and you may become the target of being wooed, but become the boss...... Sorry, you'll be the target of the public, and everyone who wants to be the boss will be staring at you, just waiting for you to be the slightest negligent to take your place.
Once you are in power, you have no way back, and there is no other way to escape, you can only pay attention step by step, and step by step is frightened, one road to the dark, until one day, you either die in fear, or you are not careful, and you are killed by others.
Others won't give you a way to live, because everyone on earth knows that there is an old saying called cutting grass and eradicating roots.
Although, many people understand this truth, but generation after generation is happy to do it, and buy lottery tickets as if they believe that they will be the exception, this is the charm of power. The story of Han Junxiong and Han Jian has been introduced above, and the next story will start with Le Yanzhen.
Le Yanzhen, whose real name is Le Xingda, is a native of Weizhou. His father, Le Shaolian, was an officer in Weibo Town, and successively served as the assassin of Weibo's subordinate prefectures of Lanzhou, Bozhou, and Beizhou. When he was young, Le Xingda, a member of the Spelling Daddy clan, became Wei Bo's military school.
After Han Jian was appointed as Wei Bojie's envoy, Le Xingda was promoted to Ma Bujun Du Yuhou, and later transferred to Bozhou Assassin History.
In 882, Han Jian captured Heyang and forced Zhuge Shuang to flee. In 883, Han Jian attacked Tianping, and Zhuge Shuang took the opportunity to raid and recover Heyang. (To be continued......)
