The final outcome of the EU and the shipwives of various countries

Spread to the European Union

In the post-colonial era, if you don't want to use crude predatory colonial methods after occupying a country, and are run by the colony as your own country, it often outweighs the loss.

In March 1939, Czechoslovakia was annexed by German occupation, and the puppet states of Bohemia and Moravia (present-day Czech Republic, but excluding the German-majority Sudetenland) and Slovakia were formed.

At that time, Germany under Hannah's leadership annexed the country only to temporarily strengthen its national power in order to cope with the upcoming war in Western Europe. After the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the arsenal that remained in the Czech Republic was one of the three largest in Europe and was of great strategic importance to Germany.

But after the end of the war, as Germany's international strategic situation improved day by day, and as time went on, Hannah also felt more and more that it was more than worth the loss to forcibly eat Czechoslovakia.

After the redness of Germany in 1942, the German side began to consider the idea of giving up its direct occupation of these regions and "loosening" its political bonds.

For the remainder of the years, Germany carefully cultivated pro-German proxies in the three regions, promising the locals that Germany would withdraw its troops in a few years.

In addition, another thing that Germany has done diplomatically is to begin to plan the establishment of the "European Union", preparing to tie half of Western Europe to its chariot in the form of economic tie-up.

After years of careful preparation, at the end of the Pacific War in 1947, representatives of Western European countries gathered in Berlin to discuss the establishment of an EU union.

In October, eight countries, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Northern France, Italy, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, announced the establishment and adoption of the Treaty on European Union. After the signing of the treaty, Germany officially announced the complete withdrawal of its troops from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and the two countries gained full and nominal independence. A few years later, the Netherlands and Italy also announced their accession to the European Union.

This is called the Treaty on European Economic Integration. On the surface, Germany gave up a lot of interests and sacrificed a lot of things, but both Lin Han and Hannah knew that these losses were all superficial. The consequences of such a treaty between the industrially weak and the industrially powerful can be understood by looking at the European Union of later generations: the Europe of later generations. After the emergence of the European Union and the euro, the wealth of the whole of Europe was like a magnet to be absorbed by the two strongest industrial countries in the European Union, France and Germany. Other EU countries, ostensibly through treaties and supplements, have sucked a lot of blood from France and Germany, but in fact they have secretly lost more.

Afterwards, Lin Han commented on the matter to Chairman Li Runshi:

"Neocolonialism was born in Europe."

The British also want to join the European Union, but Germany under Hannah, although it has a good relationship with the UK. But she is extremely wary of the-stirring stick of Britain, and North France also hates Britain, and the two joined forces to kick Britain out directly.

Soon after the formation of the European Union, the first thing the German government announced was large-scale disarmament.

In 1950, the battleships that had been in service for less than 12 years, and the heroes of the one-year war: the Scharnhorst and the Gneisenau, were ordered to be decommissioned and mothballed. It becomes a military museum on the water moored in the harbor. Hannah was born on the ship Deutschland I, due to its special status. It was not sent to the shipbreaking yard to be preserved, but it was also sealed as a museum. The second ship, the Scheer, was not so lucky, he was first put up for sale in the international arms market, but no one cared about it, and after being placed for a year, he was sent to the shipbreaking yard for dismantling.

As for the new ships that were commissioned only after the end of the one-year war. The Bismarck and Tirpitz, with the advent of the aircraft carrier era, are still very new, and they have sadly ushered in the fate of obsolescence. Although the military did not immediately send the two ships to the museum or shipbreaking yard, they also ordered the two ships to be relegated to the second line and used as reserve forces and training ships.

And the famous Valkyrie-class air defense cruiser. It was also put up for sale, one of which was half-sold and half-given to Norway, one to Argentencourt, and one to Italy in the form of military aid. There are two of the largest deals, one is the famous aircraft carrier USS Zegrin, the hero of the year-long war, which was bought by the Brazilian Navy.

In addition, there are also a number of destroyers built more than a decade ago, either sent to shipbreaking yards, or half-sold and half-given to friendly countries. During this period, the Republic of Lanfang, which had excellent relations with Germany, received two destroyers from the German ships in Palawan, and the Chinese side also bought the other two destroyers from the Germans at a very cheap price. At that time, the pocket battleship Scheer had been parked in China as a "visiting ship" for almost a year.

After the end of the Pacific War, the Scheer and many destroyers did not return to China - mainly because the cost of the long journey around the world was too high, and Hannah had long wanted to disarm, so they were stationed in the Pacific.

The Germans very much wanted to sell those warships to the Chinese side at a "friendly" price, but the advent of the aircraft carrier era made this warship, which had been in service for 15 years, an obsolete goods. Although no one cared about the pocket battleships, a bunch of auxiliary destroyers were extremely cost-effective because they were designed with an integrated keel, but they found buyers here in Lan Phong and China, and even South Vietnam gritted their teeth and bought one.

The dismantled pocket battleship Scheer. The ship's armor steel was reworked by the Chinese side and diverted to other uses, much of which was later used in the Type 47 tanks, and the boilers and power systems were used in the Shanghai power plant. As for its two triple 288mm guns, they were also installed in Shanghai as a coastal defense battery, which later became a famous local tourist attraction.

After 1950, the German Navy disarmed on a large scale, and the British Navy also quickly relegated its George V-class battleships to the second line in order to save military spending, and then the British Navy retired some of the remaining old fleets. After a year of bloodbathing in the war, the old warships in the hands of the British were mainly the original American Zakai

A bunch of rags that the son sold.

By 1952, with the outbreak of the economic crisis, the United States also began to reduce the navy. In addition to the first remnants of the old warships, and then the remnants of the battleships, except for the three Montana-class that were preserved, the rest were also sent to the shipbreaking yard. What caused a headache for the Americans was that during the Pacific War, the U.S. Navy built nearly four-figure destroyers and cruisers in order to win the war. Because there are so many of them, they are not needed at all in peacetime, and they have become chicken ribs in their hands.

During the economic crisis, in order to reduce spending, the US Navy also put surplus destroyers and cruisers on the international arms market. However, the navy is a gold-swallowing beast, and the warship market in the whole market has long been full. Except for a few of these "redundant" warships that found buyers, the rest of them were sent to the shipbreaking yard for dismantling.

The Japanese Navy is the largest disarmament country. With the exception of the Yamato-class battleships, all the battlecruisers and the rest of the battleships were sent to the shipbreaking yard after the armistice in 1948. The first to be dismantled were the battleships of the treaty era, which had little performance in the Pacific War, and several Kongo-class battleships followed in their footsteps, and a large number of ships over 25 years old were also sent to the grave.

In the process, the fate of one warship was particularly striking, and that was the battleship South Dakota, which was captured by the Japanese Navy during the Battle of Guam.

In December 1953, the battleship South Dakota quietly sailed out of a Japanese port one night and into the Mariana Trench to the southeast, without anyone knowing.

Then, in the middle of the night of 21 July, when the ship sailed to the ocean near the deepest part of the Mali Trench, the crew of the ship evacuated the warship one after another according to the captain's order.

Before the last crew left the ship, they opened the ship's sea valve according to the orders of their superiors.

In the end, the disgrace of the US Navy sank silently to the bottom of the sea more than 10,000 meters in the dead of night.

Therefore, the reason for this disposition of this warship is that as a large number of American warships were sunk in the Pacific War, and the growing resentment from the defeated Americans, their will was finally condensed into the shame of this "American Navy", and the reaction of the primitive ship spirit on the ship became stronger and stronger.

Although the United States is suffering from the economic crisis, it is still the world's largest industrial power, and none of the Lin Han family wants to see the American ship spirit born at this time, so after everyone secretly discussed, it was unanimously decided to sink the ship into the Mariana Trench. For the sake of secrecy, most of the sailors on board the ship who participated in the operation did not know where the warship had sailed and where it sank during the whole process, and only a few core personnel knew the specific location of the wreck.

This is the temporary end of the American ship.

According to the undisciplined Lin Han's thoughts, he decided that in a few decades, when the United States is more decayed and China's national strength is stronger, he will consider the topic of "salvaging" American ships here.

However, before salvaging the American ship, he will first consider getting both the Spanish and French ships out - but this will be a topic to be considered after the EU is further stabilized. Lin Han had already thought that in order to suppress the ability of the American ship mother, this daughter would be the last to be born, and the time of birth would be as late as possible.

As for how to deal with her after birth, Hannah, Katyusha, Artoria, and Yamato Nadeshiko came up with a consensus on what to do: imprisonment, and the Dark Tune (Crab) Religion.

So far, Lin Han didn't know whether to agree to such a suggestion that was too unruly. (To be continued.) )
