Chapter VII, Section III
Chapter 7: Chen Chujie obtained the Four Treasures of the Heavenly Book Bodhisattva Throne
The third section Chen Chujie repaired the two Yanjia Bridges
Chen Chujie's father, Chen Daocai, also did not understand his son's move to build an arch bridge with red rocks. His father said to Chen Chujie, I have grown so big, I have only seen others use cyan rocks to build bridges and pave roads, and I have never heard of using red rocks to build arch bridges. Avalokiteshvara said.
"This Qiyang County order is reasonable with his father's words, Chen Chujie arbitrarily wants to build an arch bridge with red rocks, is this also related to Tianzigang?" The Buddha said with a smile.
"The Buddha was right! Chen Chujie built this road and built this bridge, all for the sake of the Tianzigang Dragon Vein Holy Land! Chen Chujie has now obtained the 'Book of Heaven' and learned that Tianzigang is a dragon vein holy land. After he obtained the other four holy relics for the burial, if he did not repair this road and build this bridge, the coffin of the ancestor would not be able to carry the Tianzi Gang anyway. Chen Chujie arbitrarily insisted on building the arch bridge with red rock, and he had his own opinions. Chen Chujie said: The water surface of the Yanjia River is about 20 or 30 meters in normal times, and the water surface reaches more than 100 meters in case of floods. The red rocks come from the Tianzigang Mountains and are locally sourced. Mining, handling, carving, and stacking are all very labor-saving. I'll start by building a red rock arch bridge as a model. The first is to let calligrapher and sculptor Xiao Wenqiu conduct on-site training for these young farmers who usually farm. By building a red rock arch bridge, 50 young farmers can become skilled stonemasons as soon as possible, laying the foundation for the next step of rapid construction of the blue rock arch bridge. The second is to divert the river water (including the rainy season flood) to flow smoothly under the red rock arch bridge, so as to prepare for the next step of not building the blue rock arch bridge in the water. Avalokiteshvara said.
"There is a lot of rain in the south, and the bridge must be built without being affected by flooding. Chen Chujie is far-sighted, the Buddha is profound, and the Buddha is immeasurable! "The Buddha said.
"Chen Chujie is not only thoughtful, but also grasps the implementation of specific work! He can prioritize things! Be good at the main links. In order to build a cyan rock arch bridge quickly and efficiently in the next step, he used to build a red rock arch bridge to train the bridge builders, which required courage and compulsion! Avalokiteshvara said.
"Easy first, then harder! Gradual! Chen Chujie has learned the foundation of Buddhism! He occupies the heavens, time, earth, benefits, people, (Buddha) edge, those who have great ambitions will become great tools, and those who become great tools can do great things! Chen Chujie can build two good bridges! "The Buddha said.
"Chen Chujie is now repairing two arch bridges." Avalokiteshvara said. Chen Chujie led 50 young farmers to build an arch bridge made of red rock and an arch bridge made of blue rock without any machinery and equipment, with a few steel drills and hammers. Chen Chujie led 50 young farmers, first of all, to mine red rocks. The red rocks of the Tianzigang Mountains are all huge strips of stones tens of meters long, 3 or 4 meters wide, and 1 or 2 meters thick. The site where the red rock was mined is about 300 meters away from the construction of the Yanjia Bridge. These 50 migrant workers, starting from mining stones, to moving, carving, and stacking stones into bridges, everyone participated in the whole process! Avalokiteshvara said.
"This red rock, with its hard structure and clear lines, is easy to carve into the shape of the stone needed to build an arch bridge! Chen Chujie took local materials, practiced nearby, first easy and then difficult, and fundamentally solved the problem of not being affected by floods when repairing the blue rock arch bridge. There are so many of them, what a genius! "The Buddha said.
"The Buddha was right. Chen Chujie really has a Buddha fate! When he led 50 people, known as migrant workers and later known as stonemasons, to mine red rocks from the Tianzigang Mountains, he really received funding from God! During the day, they mined the stones, carved them into trapezoidal stones with one large end and one small end and transported them away, and the next morning they went to the quarry to see that the quarry, which was originally a big pit, had magically long red rocks 'growing' again! They're so easy to mine! For more than a month they have been mining the red rocks, such miracles have happened every day. The red striped stones that were mined and transported during the day all grew out at night! Avalokiteshvara said.
"Tianzigang belongs to the living land of the dragon vein, and it is the land under management. This move must be to protect the 'land' of Tianzigang and make an obstacle from it! "The Buddha said.
"That's what the Buddha said!" Avalokiteshvara thought to himself, "The Buddha is half right this time, and the other half is up to me to say it here or not?"
Guanyin Bodhisattva paused for a moment, and then said to the Buddha and the gods: "Chen Chujie led 50 people to mine the red striped stone in the Tianzigang Mountain Range, and the strange phenomenon of 'picking during the day and growing at night' occurred when Chen Chujie led 50 people to mine the red stripe stone in the Tianzigang Mountain Range. β
"What is special about the Tianzigang Mountain and other red rock mountains?" The expression on the Buddha's face did not smile, but asked a little seriously.
"Tianzi Gang is the head of Wulong Mountain. Wulong Mountain comes from the 'Five Elements Mountain' where the five fingers of the Buddha's right hand are deformed. When Sun Dasheng broke through the Five Elements Mountain and fell to the Meitang area of Qiyang County, Yongzhou Prefecture, the original Land of the Five Elements Mountain 'Buddha in Time' moved to Wulong Mountain. When the 'Buddha of Time' saw that Chen Chujie was originally a (Buddha) person, and was doing a good deed to the Dragon Vein Holy Land of Tianzigang, he naturally contributed to it and funded it! This is common sense. Another point, Chen Chujie's choice of Tianzigang to mine red striped stones is where his fate lies! The mountain of Tianzigang itself is really a little different from the mountains of other red rocks. The gods will never forget the scene when the Buddha and Wukong fought the law. The Buddha used his right hand to transform into the Five Elements Mountain to motivate (Dharma) Wukong to bet, saying that no matter how capable Wukong is, he can't turn over the palm of my hand no matter what. Wukong immediately fell for the Buddha's plan, and stood in the Five Elements Mountain with three jumps and two jumps, and a catty bucket turned over. Goku tossed left and right, only to see two pink flesh (large) pillars in front of him, always blocking the front. Wukong thought that he was already 108,000 miles away from the palm of the Buddha's hand. Wukong, who had a chance of winning, in order to prove that he turned out the palm of the Buddha, specially left a mark on the pink meat pillar in front of him, wrote the eight divine characters of 'Monkey King came here', and withdrew a bubble of monkey urine at the heel of the pink meat pillar. Wukong never dreamed that the two pink pillars of flesh in front of him were the thumb of the Five Elements Mountain (Tianzi Gang) changed by the Buddha's right hand, and the other was the index finger of the Five Elements Mountain changed by the Buddha's right hand. Goku is writing on his index finger and peeing at the base of the pink flesh column, actually peeing at the junction of his thumb and forefinger. Therefore, in the red rocky mountain of Tianzigang, there is still the natural urea left by Wukong when he was wild! The red stone of Tianzigang, under the hormone action of Wukong Monkey Essence's natural urea, naturally grows very fast! Chen Chujie: The red striped stones they picked during the day can grow in one night. As long as we figure out the ins and outs of the matter, it won't be strange now! "Avalokiteshvara spoke to the gods a tirade that she had hesitated to say!
"This monkey spirit was too capricious back then. By the way, Bodhisattva, what has changed in the monkey spirit's leisure in Meitang this time? β
"Buddha, since Wukong went to Tianzhu with his master to learn scriptures, he has been subduing demons and fighting demons all the way, participating in the Buddhist path, and growing extraordinary. This time, I followed the teacher to relax in Meitang, turned my heart to good fate, specialized in good deeds, and made rapid progress in Buddhism. Wukong is no longer the monkey spirit of the past! Wukong is now a veritable military general, a handsome monkey spirit! Immediately, Guanyin Bodhisattva introduced to the Buddha and the gods in detail the simple process of building a bridge of civilization and being a "cub beater" and "three public judges" during Wukong's leisure in Meitang.
Guanyin quickly turned the topic to Wukong's Buddhist meditation. "Wukong is casual this time, and he realizes that being a god requires more understanding of the rules. To be a good god or a famous god who stands up to the heavens and the earth, you must have your own code of conduct. He said that to be a god, we must also be honest and adhere to the 'Four Principles and 9 Character Scripture'. β
"This monkey spirit can now summarize the Buddha's path and grow at a rapid pace. His 'Four Principles' and '9 Character Classics' are not strange theories! Amiro Buddha first spoke out loud in his heart!
"The 9-character scripture that Wukong said is: one is Zhi. Determined to orient, to aspire to stand, determined to be the first, to become a god. The second is diligence. People are diligent in early spring, and the gods are diligent and fruity. The word diligence is the head, and God rewards diligence. The third is virtue. Don't get dirty if you want to be on the road, and be thrifty to cultivate virtue. Public morality is still up, and morality is used to serve the public. Fourth, break. Dare to be the first, forge ahead, be brave in innovation, and win in danger. Fifth, conspiracy. Plan first, get twice the result with half the effort. Strategize and look ahead! Sixth, tolerance. Don't remember the old evils, forgive the dissidents. The sea is inclusive, tolerant and harmonious! Seven is humility. People respect a foot, pay a respect! Politeness to the three firsts, respect for the virtuous and respectful. Eight is sincerity. Words must be done, deeds must be fruitful. Keep your word, make a promise! Nine is pass. Those who know the times are called handsome, and those who change through the machine are heroic. Be clever and flexible, and win steadily. Avalokiteshvara said.
"Good! Once this 'monkey spirit' puts his mind into learning, he is really a genius. His understanding of the 'four basic principles' that we must follow the rules as a god must also be unprecedented? Amirolfo said with a sincere smile.
"Wukong said that being a god is harder than being a human. Human life is finite. God lives longer than man, and God's life will encounter many unexpected risks. The most fundamental thing is that in the heavenly court, all the gods have many clear and secret rules, and if you are not careful, you will either violate the precepts or be plotted by the gods. Heavenly Court has a special god to set up a situation to harm the gods. They also call themselves undercover agents or informants. Many honest and weak gods, after they set up a situation and killed them, they realized that they were traitorous gods who specialized in yin and yin tricks. Therefore, to be a god does not complain about heaven or earth, but depends on Divine Himself. Learn to be God's way of life. To be a god is to learn to adapt to the heavenly court by yourself. I worked hard with my master all the way, and I realized a lot of truths that I didn't understand before. Through this process of fighting and killing, I now feel that being a god requires the foundation of being a god. That's what I call it, and to be a god is to adhere to four basic principles.
The first is to concentrate on doing great things. God is also divided into three, six, nine, and so on. The Heavenly Court is made up of all the gods and spirits. The universe is boundless and vast. There are countless gods, each seeking its own place. Each deity has its own rules of survival. Each deity must first put himself in his or her own position. consciously exercise authority and do not offside; When encountering fame, there is no contention; for the official diligent government does not disgrace the position; Be diligent for the people and do not grab a position. I can do whatever I can, let Heaven choose myself, not let myself choose Heaven. The Jade Emperor can be the emperor, and my grandson is only worthy of being Bi Ma Wen. As a god, you can't always regard yourself as a saint, always regard yourself as a leader, always treat yourself as a rich man, and always treat yourself as a saint. Even if you really have a small achievement and outstanding performance, you must be humble and cautious. Be humble and wise as foolish. The final outcome of all things and billions of gods is the same, creating something out of nothing, and something becoming nothing! Don't exalt yourself and despise other gods. Cherish the good times and grasp the good life. Study diligently at a young age and accumulate skills! Young and strong, and make contributions. In his position, seek his own government, don't argue endlessly for fame and fortune, and concentrate on doing good things. Stick to the goal and do not let go-, persistently pursue and do not give up; Endure loneliness and solid foundation, - accumulate and work hard to build miraculous achievements! Avalokiteshvara said.
"This monkey spirit finally realized his 'evil deeds' that made trouble in the Heavenly Palace back then. Thinking about back then, he was a 'Jade Emperor Lao'er', how arrogant he was. Now I can realize that I have borrowed in the past, this is growth! The monkey essence has changed so much, and the Bodhisattva's cultivation has contributed a lot! "When the Buddha heard this, he praised it greatly!
"The second is to divide it into two and discuss merit and demerits. God is born like a play, and they are all looking for a balance of interests. There is no eternal standard for good and bad gods. Today he is a hero in this interest group. Tomorrow he may be the next one of the interest groups. Divide into two to discuss merits and demerits, ambiguous evaluation of right and wrong! There is no love without a reason, and there is no hate without a reason. There is no theoretical basis for distinguishing between good and bad gods. Everything has a duality of yin and yang. If it is a god, there will be merit and demerits, and the merits and demerits are determined by public morality. The higher the morality, the greater the merit. If the merit is greater than the fault, it is a god of beauty, and if the merit is greater than the merit, it is a bad god. Avalokiteshvara continued.
"The third is to promote good and punish evil. Buddhism talks about fate. There are only two kinds of fate, good and evil, and promoting good and punishing evil is the purpose of promoting Buddhism! Be a god, promote good, and punish evil! The reason is that it is difficult to distinguish between good and evil. Therefore, to be a god, we must have our own moral bottom line and level. Carry forward the good karma is the banner, and lead the positive energy to overcome the evil energy! To carry forward good karma, we must be cheeky and be a god, and do things hard! -When encountering bad karma, try to be tolerant and give the other person a chance, and do not deny it completely. Open guns are easy to dodge, but hidden arrows are difficult to defend. Fight back against the 'little god' who calculates the god behind him, see the opportunity to strike hard, be steady and ruthless, and clear up new and old grudges! Let the despicable 'little god' always remember that the heavenly court is not used to your stinky problems. β
"Fourth, it can bend and stretch the true hero. To be a god is to be wise and foolish, and to be wise and wise. A real hero, why bother with shortness of breath, start well and finish well, in order to be undefeated! Forbearance can protect oneself, forbearance can achieve things, forbearance is great wisdom, great courage, and great blessing! Endure the evil, endure the villain, endure the strong, and endure the unbearable things in the world. God is unpredictable, and it is better to keep a hand in everything, - to learn to turn big things into small things, and small things into small things. Don't oversimplify complex things, and don't overcomplicate simple things. It is necessary to control the rhythm of things, standardize the procedures, do things satisfactorily, and grasp the square circle and be upright. Fang Yuan is a god, and he is exquisite; Do things satisfactorily, everything goes well. Guanyin Bodhisattva in one breath told Wukong's high theory that to be a god should also adhere to the four basic principles.
"Wonderful! Wonderful! This 'monkey spirit' is not what it used to be! To be a god is to follow the rules! Each in his own position, each in his own role! The incumbent seeks the position and does not offside, and the incumbent does not compete for profit! Wukong can comprehend such an esoteric Buddhist path, congratulations to Xuanzang for educating high disciples! Buddhism has added a new talent! Congratulations! Wonderful! Wonderful! "The Buddha was full of praise after hearing this!
Guanyin Bodhisattva said: Just now, I told the Buddha and the gods the reason for the displacement of the dragon vein stack of the dragon veins in Tianzigang, and said that after Chen Chujie discovered the Book of Heaven, he suggested that his father donate money to build the Yanjia Bridge, which is obviously a good deed to build the official road from Qiyang to Baoqing (Shaoyang); For the future burial of the deceased, build roads and bridges in Tianzigang! Chen Chujie built the Yanjia Bridge and created a new model, first building an arch bridge with red rock, and then an arch bridge with cyan rock.
During the implementation of the construction of Yanjia Bridge, Chen Chujie was able to deal with various complex situations with cleverness.
Avalokiteshvara said: All the gods know that the stones used to build the arch bridge are trapezoidal stones with one large end and one small end. This kind of trapezoidal stone is carved in advance according to the span of the bridge and the size of the stone. When the bridge was built, a mound of earth was first built on the surface of the river. The top span and arch of this mound are exactly the same as the actual span and arch of the arch bridge. After the arched soil was piled up, the original 50 migrant workers, who are now stonemasons, spread the pre-carved trapezoidal stones on the arched mound one by one. After the trapezoidal stone of the bridge deck is laid, the piers at both ends of the bridge are built. The length and width of the piers are determined by the span of the bridge and the length and width of the bridge. The piers at both ends of the arch bridge must be strong and durable. Because the pier has to withstand the impact of the trapezoidal stone slide and the impact of the rear seat. After the bridge pier was built, Chen Chujie led 50 people who were originally migrant workers and are now known as stonemasons to quickly dig up the original arched mound, revealing the original face of the arched bridge. Repairing the arch bridge of red rock is the first step for Chen Chujie to build the Yanjia Bridge.
Guanyin Bodhisattva said: Chen Chujie is gifted and intelligent. Time, location, people, and Buddha's fate, Chu many factors contributed to Chen Chujie's construction of this pure cyan rock--long-lasting Yanjia Bridge. For more than 1,000 years, this cyan rock arch bridge, I don't know how many times it has been collided by torrents, so far "no stone damage", still standing still, obscure for the villagers on both sides of the strait to trample on the passage for many years! After Chen Chujie built the red rock arch bridge, he led 50 people, who were originally migrant workers and are now known as stonemasons, to build a temporary weir with sand, gravel and soil 50 meters upstream of the red rock arch bridge, intercepting the constant flow of river water, and using embankments on both sides to let the river water flow into the lower reaches of the Yanjia River from the newly built red rock arch bridge. At the southern end of the red rock arch bridge, the original 30-meter-wide water surface has become a waterless area. Led by Chen Chujie
Fifty people, who were originally migrant workers and are now known as master stonemasons, quickly built arched mounds in this section of the river in accordance with the procedures for building the red rock arch bridge. After that, he led 50 people, who were originally migrant workers and are now known as stonemasons, to Zuojiatang, about 10 miles away from Yanjiajiang, and went all out to mine the blue rock. These 50 were originally migrant workers, now known as stonemason masters, with the experience of building red rock arch bridges, and now carve a large and small blue rock trapezoidal stone, all of them are familiar with the road, and everyone is skilled and fast. In a very short time, they were able to mine the stone needed to build the arch bridge! To build an arch bridge with cyan rock, the biggest problem Chen Chujie faced was to carry the trapezoidal stone! Yanjiaqiao is about 10 miles away from the quarry. The cyan trapezoidal stone used to build the arch bridge weighs several hundred pounds each. This trapezoidal stone is about 80 centimeters long, 45 centimeters wide and 65 centimeters thick. It weighs about 260 pounds. One person can't pick it up; Although many people can lift, the road is narrow and many people can't walk. More than 800 trapezoidal stones and more than 200 stones for bridge piers are carried by 50 people, and it is difficult to transport them in a year. How can we quickly and effortlessly transport these cyan rock stones to the Yanjiaqiao construction site? Chen Chujie pondered for three days and three nights, and finally came up with a good plan to get the best of both worlds!
In order to carry the cyan rocks needed to build the arch bridge, Chen Chujie decided to repair this section of the official road from Qiyang to Baoqing (Shaoyang) first. The overall trend of the topography of these 10 miles is that the Zuojiatang quarry is higher than the Yanjiaqiao. He consulted with the Qiyang County Commander and mobilized nearby villagers to dig a 2-meter-wide official road embankment. Chen Chujie led 50 people, who were originally migrant workers and are now known as master stonemasons, to go all out to mine the paving stones of cyan rock. The cyan rock used for paving the road is about three feet long, about 80 centimeters wide, and more than 10 centimeters thick. After more than three months of hardship, they finally paved the 10-mile double-stone road from Yanjiaqiao to Zuojiatang on the official road from Qiyang to Baoqing (Shaoyang). After the road was paved, Chen Chujie led 50 people, who were originally migrant workers and are now known as master stonemasons, to cut down trees and make ten log bucket trucks to transport stones from the arch bridge. The bottom of the log bucket truck is made of 20 fir trees with a diameter of 18 centimeters and a length of 2 meters tied side by side. Similar to logging. Eight cedar logs with a diameter of 18 centimeters and a length of 1 or 5 meters are used as a frame, and each truck can carry 4-6 trapezoidal stones for stacking arch bridges at a time. Two cedar logs with a diameter of 18 centimeters and a length of 2 or 5 meters are used as axles under the felling of the log bucket truck. A log bucket truck, similar to a logging, is attached to two wooden axles. The master stonemason who transports the stone is tied to the two ends of the axle with ropes, and 3 people are arranged in front to lead it, and 2 people are arranged to pull it in the back. When going uphill, the three people in front of you pull the rope vigorously at the same time; When going downhill, the two people behind pull the rope a little harder. Because the overall slope of the hilly land is from high to low, 5 people use a log bucket truck to carry 4 pieces of trapezoidal stones weighing more than 1,000 catties for stacking arch bridges, which is very easy, these 50 were originally migrant workers, now known as stonemason masters, in the 10 miles of road section, can transport two cars of stone back and forth every day. 50 people and 10 cars, can transport 80 stones a day. Chen Chujie led 50 people who were originally migrant workers and are now known as master stonemasons, and in one month, more than 1,000 stones used to build the arch bridge were transported from Zuojiatang Quarry to Yanjiaqiao. While Chen Chujie organized the stonemasons to carry the stones, the section from Liujiatang to Yanjiaqiao in the official road from Qiyang to Baoqing (Shaoyang) was the widest and best section of the entire official road at that time.
Guanyin Bodhisattva said: Chen Chujie led 50 people who were originally migrant workers and are now known as stonemasons, and first built the arch bridge of red rock, which played a huge role in transporting the cyan stone for building the arch bridge or in the arch bridge of the cyan rock. The arch bridge of red rocks allows the river to flow smoothly. The whole process of building a cyan rock arch bridge does not need to work in water. The stonemasons used the trapezoidal stones that were originally carved from the Zuojiatang quarry to place the stones in an orderly manner on the top of the arched mound that was originally piled up with sediment. The last is to use rectangular cyan rock blocks to stack the piers at both ends of the arch bridge firmly. This kind of trapezoidal stone carved in advance, after being placed in an orderly manner, there are few gaps between the stone and the stone slab. There is no need to fill the gaps with any adhesive such as loess (modern called cement). At what time did humans not invent cement and other adhesives used in construction. As a result, people could not find any adhesive on the entire arched deck. The piers at both ends of the cyan rock arch bridge, when the stone piles of cyan rocks are piled up, between the stones and the stones in the middle of the stone piles, the "triple soil" made of white lime, yellow clay and river sand is stirred. The cyan rocks and stones used to stack the piers at both ends of the arch bridge are also particular. The cyan rocks at the bottom of the piers are long, wide, and thick; The cyan rock in the middle of the pier is about the same length, width and thickness as the trapezoidal stone on the bridge deck; The cyan rocks in the upper part of the pier are long and thick, and the width is slightly narrower than the bottom. Between the gaps of each layer of stone on the bridge piers, they are filled with "triple soil". This is mainly to enhance the stability between the stones. Because, the trapezoidal stone of the cyan rock piled up on the arch mound now, after the original arch mound is hollowed out, the trapezoidal stone of the entire arch bridge will sink as a whole. The stone in the middle of the arch bridge deck is used on both sides of the pier when it sinks. If the piers are not firm and cannot withstand the impact of the stone in the middle of the arch bridge deck, the arch bridge will collapse. Therefore, the key to building an arch bridge is to build the piers at both ends of the arch bridge! Chen Chujie led the Yanjia Bridge, which was originally a migrant worker and is now known as a stonemason master, built by 50 people, and the south bank pier relied on the red rock mountain range of Tianzigang, using 1,800 cubic meters of cyan rock and stone blocks to build a giant pier 12 meters long, 10 meters wide and 15 meters high. The north bank piers are based on the original red rock south piers. Red rocks are more susceptible to weathering than cyan rocks when they are exposed to water. Chen Chujie is very aware of the solidity of the blue and red rocks. Therefore, he built the piers on the north bank of Yanjia Bridge to be the same width and height as the piers on the south bank, that is, to extend the length of the piers by 20 meters. After the piers were built, rectangular stone slabs of cyan rock were laid on the deck of the arch bridge. These bridge deck stone slabs are carved by stonemasons with grooves of uniform thickness and depth to prevent pedestrians from slipping and falling when walking on the bridge deck in rainy weather. There is a stone wall on both sides of the bridge deck. The parapet stone wall is made of rectangular stone strips 130 cm long, 45 cm wide and 80 cm high. The rectangular strips of the stone wall are carved by stonemasons on both sides of the inside and outside, with uniform lines and beautiful patterns of flowers and birds. The upper stone surface of the rectangular strip stone of the retaining stone wall is flat and smooth. On the upper stone surface of the two heads of the rectangular stone wall, there are four stone lions carved by the calligrapher and sculptor Xiao Wenqiu. On the side of the bridge where the Yan family lives, on the stone wall on the inside of the Yanjia Bridge, the calligrapher and sculptor Xiao Wenqiu carved the name of the bridge and the date of its construction! (Author's addendum: The Yanjia Bridge described by Guanyin Bodhisattva, when the author of the above landscape was in junior high school, he remembered it vividly when he passed by Yanjia Bridge every day when he went to school.) In which special period of the last century, the Red Guards broke the "four olds" and smashed all these graphic patterns. Today, the Yanjia Bridge bridge body, bridge deck, and rectangular stone retaining stone wall are still unchanged as a whole, and only the original graphic pattern can be seen to be smashed γγγγγγ)
Guanyin Bodhisattva said: Chen Chujie led 50 people who were originally migrant workers and are now known as stonemasons to build the Yanjia Bridge arch bridge with cyan rock, and promptly organized manpower to dig the arched mound of earth at the bottom of the cyan rock arch bridge. After the original mound was cleared, the weir (embankment) was dug upstream, which was originally 50 meters from the bridge, and the river flowed down the original waterway from the bottom of the blue rock arch bridge.
