We must not let 80% of the universe's 'public resources' be controlled by 20% of the universe's aristocratic gods (people)! The 'Three Realms' dominates the budget and financial resources, and the general principle is to first ensure the needs of survival, and then engage in long-term construction! All living beings in the universe have a time period of birth, youth, young adulthood, old age, and death. The prime of life is the prime time for the creation of 'surplus value'. The old age of every living being is a 'rogue period' when they lose their ability to work and need social security!
