"Liquor is a drink containing ethanol made from sorghum, rice, wheat, corn, grapes, sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet dregs, etc., and fermented with koji. What Bailongma taught to the mountain people of Tianzigang this time was the skill of using rice as a raw material to make rice wine." Chang'e replied.

Drinking too much alcohol can stimulate the brain nerve to excite excessively, causing cerebral nerve paralysis and chaos; Burns the gastric mucosa, causing gastric ulcers. In severe cases, it can become stomach cancer. Therefore, it is important to drink high alcohol (including other alcoholic beverages) in moderation. Excessive drinking must be very harmful to the human (God's) body. This is the aspect of alcohol that is harmful to the human body. But wine also has a good side to the human body. Moderate alcohol consumption can increase appetite; It dilates blood vessels. prevents cerebral thrombosis; It can stimulate potential and enhance the courage of human beings to overcome difficulties in a short period of time; It can paralyze the brain nerves, quickly hypnotize, and make people quickly forget their sorrows and troubles. When human beings were in a tribal society, in order to motivate the soldiers to win the battle, the tribal leader promised the soldiers that they had won the battle, and they would come back to ask for silver and women. Therefore, the triumphant warriors returned to the camp, and they were proud one by one, and they were self-reliant. After winning the battle, they all thought that Lao Tzu had fought and worked hard, and now he has not died back, and Lao Tzu is a hero. If Lao Tzu wants silver, he should give silver, and if Lao Tzu wants a woman, he should give it to a woman. In the period of human tribal society, this is how the tribal leaders treated the current triumphant warriors. With the development of human society, the behavior of the triumphant warriors returning to the camp caused public outrage. Before 1952, there was a mountain in the upper reaches of the Meitang Reservoir in Meitang Village, Shitingzi Town, Qiyang County (now Qidong County), which was under the jurisdiction of the Yongzhou Prefecture before 1952, which was known as Xianren Mountain. The southern slope of the mountain is blue rock, and the northern slope is red rock. At the foot of the mountain there is a spring that flows all year round. Locals call it the "bottom well". Legend has it that Tang monk Chen Xuanzang and his apprentices were on their way to the west to learn scriptures. On a certain day, the four masters and apprentices, with their men and horses, were suddenly swept by a "demon wind" to a place called Wild Dog Rock Mountain in Meitang Village, Qiyang County. On the northern slope of Wild Dog Rock Mountain, there is a temple on a hill of red rock. Tang monk Chen Xuanzang, four masters and apprentices, plus a white dragon horse, spent the night in the nunnery. Tang monk Chen Xuanzang and the host of the nunnery Xiao (Xiao) Hanqing played the "three sons" chess on the southern slope of the mountain. In order to distinguish the chess pieces, Tang monk Chen Xuanzang used cyan stones, and presided over Xiao (Xiao) Hanqing with red stones. The day after they left after playing chess, there was a violent earthquake movement in Wild Dog Rock Mountain. After the earthquake, the southern slope of Wild Dog Rock Mountain was blue rock; The northern slope is red rocky. The locals renamed Wild Dog Rock Mountain as Xianren Mountain. The "Three Sons Deleted" chessboard on the immortal platform, although it has been washed by thousands of years of wind and rain, is still vaguely arguable. Now, by the ignition of Guanyin Bodhisattva, he turned into a white dragon horse and went to the west to learn scriptures with Tang monk Chen Xuanzang and his apprentices, climbed mountains and waded all the way, accumulated a lot of experience in observing feng shui, and became a feng shui gentleman who "does not live up to his name". After Bailongma came to Meitang, he saw that Tang monk Chen Xuanzang and his apprentices all went out to visit the mountains for sightseeing, and he turned into a white-bearded old man. Dressed in a light gray cotton shirt, silver-gray trousers, holding a yellow gourd filled with wine, and wearing a pair of straw sandals, he walked like a fly to the top of the fairy mountain.

The white dragon horse stood on the top of the fairy mountain and looked east, and exclaimed in his heart: Oops! This place is "living mountains and living waters", a ready-made immortal scene in the mortal world. About 1,000 meters away from the previous hill (the local people call Tianzi Gang) is the holy land of the dragon vein, which is the ancestral grave of the founding emperor! (Later, the Chen clan buried a husband and wife grave here.) Later, Zhu Yuanzhang and Chen Youliang were involved in this tomb. If this is the case, I also have to leave some eternal holy relics for the people of Xianren Mountain and Tianzigang. Otherwise, will you not fail the love of the "Lord" for his people! Vegetables include: eggplant, spicy mushroom, beans, spinach, etc., all of which are grown in their own fields. Fruits include: oranges, sweet oranges, dates, persimmons, peaches, grapefruits, etc., all of which are picked from the trees in front of and behind their houses. Rice is the staple food. The fly in the ointment is that there is no wine at the banquet. Locals don't know how to make wine at some point. Bailongma originally had "fairy wine" in the gourd, but he gave it to Li Shimin, the old man of the mountain people who planted corn.
