Chapter VI, the Constitution guarantees the sanctity and inviolability of the private property of the lawful citizens of the Republic of China. Chapter 9, the Chinese nation is based on filial piety, and children need to honor their parents and elders. Chapter 10 provides that no political party may disseminate partisan ideology to minors, and no political party may form an armed force.
