Don't get dirty if you want to be on the road, and be thrifty to cultivate virtue. Public morality is still up, and morality is used to serve the public. Fourth, break. Dare to be the first, forge ahead, be brave in innovation, and win in danger. Fifth, conspiracy. Plan first, get twice the result with half the effort. Strategize and look ahead! Sixth, tolerance. Don't remember the old evils, forgive the dissidents. The sea is inclusive, tolerant and harmonious! Seven is humility. People respect a foot, pay a respect! Politeness to the three firsts, respect for the virtuous and respectful. Eight is sincerity. Words must be done, deeds must be fruitful. Keep your word, make a promise! Nine is change.
