Then there is the personal merit award, the so-called merit award...... Strictly speaking, it is to let the soldiers select candidates for special, first, second, and third class merits according to the proportion. How to choose? For example, if there are 20 people with first-class merit, then select the 20 people with the greatest military merit...... Then select the second-class merit and the third-class merit.

Sometimes, even if there is no military medal, it still exists. For example, now as long as we report the number of the second company, many troops will look at us differently...... Second, there is an unwritten rule on this front line, that is, there are three ways to evaluate merit: one is for the martyrs, the second is for the wounded, and the third is for the rural soldiers. Let the martyrs be for the sake of comforting the sacrificed comrades-in-arms and their families, and let the wounded be so that they can be taken care of in finding a job with their military merits...... Everyone said that a soldier in the same village killed a Vietnamese militiaman and captured a prisoner, and he was rated as a first-class merit, and you have fought so many great victories and killed so many devils...... So even if he was full of mouth, he couldn't tell clearly, not only did he not get the honor he deserved for his military exploits, but he also lost the title of a cowhide king, and even the employer felt that this young man was not pragmatic and exaggerated......
