After the end of the war, the relevant military historians consulted almost all the relevant materials, and the names and resumes of the first-class officers of the two sides involved in the war were found in detail, but they did not find any written orders or written orders from the supreme commanders of the two sides about the operation. The First Division of the First Army of the Chinese European Expeditionary Force entered this battlefield at about 10 o'clock in the morning, and since Division Commander Liao Lei was also the commander of the First Division, the actual command was in the hands of Wei Lihuang, chief of staff, and Jiang Zhiqing, director of the Political Guidance Department.
