346 Bipartisan merger

346 bipartisan mergers

After the plague umbrella was completely sealed, Li Xiaofeng hurriedly left the secret hiding place of the Eye of God organization, it was not that he forgot his promise, someone's credibility has always been no problem, it was really a spit, a nail, a radish and a pit. The main reason why he left in such a hurry was that there were other things to do.

On July 25, according to Lenin and Trotsky's plan, the Bolshevik National Congress was to be convened the next day to discuss the merger of the two parties and the key issues of the present day. As the executive deputy chief of the Central Special Branch, Li Xiaofeng not only had to shoulder the safety and security work of the conference, but also was elected as one of the representatives of the national party members because of his outstanding work in the previous period.

In April, Lenin's line had not yet been widely recognized, and if he had not placed Kamenev and Zinoviev together, it would not have been so easy for the Mentor to unify his mind.

At that time, a certain immortal was really conscientious and walking on thin ice. And now, with the absolute establishment of the mentor's position in the party, with the line of armed struggle being widely recognized by party members across the country, and with the outstanding performance of a certain immortal in this month, he is now a shotgun.

As a confidant of Lenin, although he was young and lackluster, no one dared to underestimate someone's energy, and being elected as a party representative also indirectly showed that someone had begun to gradually enter the core of power of the Bolsheviks.

Someone can't help but feel a little sorry for this while they are rejoicing. That's right, because of the regional federation faction, although there were a little more delegates attending this national congress than the previous one, the number was also limited, and the total number was 172 people, compared with the tens of thousands of national delegates in later generations, this level was also the level of the Central Committee of the later generations.

These 172 individuals represent 162 grassroots party organizations and 240,000 party members throughout Russia. Among them, there are many old ** families who have participated in the trials of exile, imprisonment and hard labor at a very early age, and among them, 25 of them participated in the ** before 1905.

It is more unusual to sit in this group at the age of a certain immortal, and this guy is not satisfied with this, at first this thing also planned to enter the Central Committee for his own activities, and was ready to get the name of an alternate member of the Central Committee. But Lenin's words dispelled his ambitions: "You are still young, and it is not appropriate for you to enter the Central Committee at this time, so it is better to calm down and continue to study and experience!" ”

Even the mentor clearly did not support him to enter the Central Committee, which made someone very shocked, but since this was the opinion of the mentor, he could only accept it. The conference began on July 26 and ended on August 3. The Mentor did not attend the meeting in person, due to the enemy's frenzied raid and destruction. At this moment, the Mentor was not fit to return to Petrograd, and Trotsky was also absent, and the old Mentor was in a similar situation, and they were both people who could not show their heads.

In fact, the whole meeting did not go particularly smoothly, because of the enemy's sabotage, a total of three meeting places were changed, while avoiding the police, gendarmes and spies, while secretly holding meetings, several times they were almost blocked by the police.

Of course, although Lenin was unable to attend the conference for some reason, he was unanimously elected honorary chairman of the congress by all the delegates, and it was Sverdlov who actually presided over the congress, and Stalin assisted him in his work.

Yaroslavsky, a party deputy who attended the congress, later recalled: "Although Comrade Lenin did not attend the congress, under certain conditions, he led the congress through Comrades Sverdlov and Stalin, and indirectly participated in the work of the congress. Many of the documents were adopted with the participation and consent of Comrade Lenin. ”

Another delegate, Scottmann, who attended the meeting, directly pointed out that every day or two, the delegates would go to Finland to meet with Lenin and consult him on specific issues.

Well, seeing this, as long as you are not a fool, you will understand, although Lenin did not participate in the meeting, but it can be said that every topic in the meeting was under his remote control and intervention. Anyone who tries to mess with him shouldn't expect to get into trouble.

Are there any troublemakers? The answer is yes, Kamenev and Zinoviev naturally needless to say, it is not the first time or the second time that they have disagreed with the Mentor, this time they have united the ravaged Nogan to form an alliance to fight with the Mentor. Of course, the strength level of the two sides is not at the same level at all, and those three goods are purely looking for abuse.

As soon as the congress opened, the three goods once again threw out the question of whether Lenin should go to court to defend himself. It should be said that their ideas are good, and although the Central Committee has rejected this proposal, the party representatives from all parts of the country may not know the truth and may be deceived.

Not to mention, at first, there were really some very stupid and naïve delegates who were deceived by the tricks of these three goods, thinking that the trial of Lenin could be turned into a trial of Kerensky, of the Provisional Government, of the Soviets, as they were said.

But after Sverdlov again produced solid evidence, Stalin vigorously opposed it, and Dzerzhinsky angrily denounced it, this non-mainstream opinion soon disappeared, and it was not able to make a wave for the whole duration of the meeting.

As if ready to beat the water dogs, Dzerzhinsky quite clearly and forcefully stated that he would form the matter to a predetermined conclusion, that is, the advice to advise Comrade Lenin not to appear in court was impartial and unmistakable, and the lies of the Provisional Government and the capitalists could not be believed.

Ordzhonikid was very excited about this conclusion, and roared hysterically in the meeting: "Comrade Lenin should not be handed over under any circumstances, this is sabotage of the party, it is sabotage of the party, and whoever does this is an out-and-out sinner!" ”

The congress rejected this absurd proposal by an absolute majority, and in the following days it adopted again and again by an overwhelming majority the report of the Central Committee on the organizational and financial work since April, as well as the report on the political situation. Once again, the necessity and inevitability of the line of armed struggle put forward by Lenin was determined.

Of course, these were all pediatrics, and the real highlight was the merger of the Bolsheviks and the Zonals, and this proposal was met with some skepticism, but with the vigorous advocacy and continuous efforts of Lenin and Trotsky, it was naturally adopted.

At the end of the year, the congress elected a new Central Committee, and it should be said that compared to the previous Central Committee, which could be counted on both hands, this time the Central Committee was simply exponentially inflated, with as many as 20 Central Committee members and 10 alternate members, and these 30 people formed the new core of power of the Bolshevik Central Committee.

Of course, the other seven-member list is more striking than this list of 30 members, with the new Central Committee electing the Politburo of the Central Committee, composed of Lenin, Trotsky, Sverdlov, Stalin, Dzerzhinsky, Shao Mianwu, and members of the Ulitsky Politburo.

Looking at these two lists, Li Xiaofeng couldn't help but compare them with the historical list, it should be said that because of his appearance, the difference is relatively large. Kamenev and Zinoviev, who were supposed to be elected members of the Central Committee, only got an alternate membership, and as for the more tragic Nogan, this time there was no drama at all. Of course, the Politburo, the Central Committee that appeared in advance, is of epoch-making significance, and the era of the seven elders unifying the country has come.

Li Xiaofeng calculated in his heart that after this power reshuffle, the Bolsheviks would enter a blowout period of rapid development, and it would not be until 1921 that the overall framework of power would be broken again, and at that time it would usher in a period of great political struggle in the history of the Soviet Union.

Of course, there are still a few years before 1921, and with Li Xiaofeng's current state, it should not be a particularly difficult thing to be a member of the Central Committee, and even if someone keeps his mentor, it is not a bad thing to enter the Central Committee a little later.

Thinking of this, someone also temporarily relaxed his mood and observed the fighting methods of the various bigwigs on the stage with a play-watching mentality. What the? Didn't you say that the conference had already reached an agreement on the relevant issues, and there was nothing to fight about?

This is a big mistake, where there are people, there will be rivers and lakes, and where there are rivers and lakes, there will be no way to avoid struggle. Moreover, the Leninists and the Trotskyists, who had just reached an agreement, were not completely identical on some issues, and they were bound to engage in an open and covert struggle, both for the details and for the division of power.

The first question that broke out was the question of socialism, and Trotsky, the deputy of the alternate Central Committee member Preoplazhensky, fired the first shot, and the Trotskyists believed that the time was not ripe for socialism in today's Russia, and that it was not appropriate to act rashly. Russia can follow only when socialism breaks out in the advanced capitalist countries of Western Europe.

Naturally, the Leninists did not agree with this, and Sverdlov refuted this opinion and expressed his opinion on behalf of the Mentor - it is quite possible that Russia is the key to opening the door to socialism...... We must abandon the stereotype that only the powerful countries of Western Europe can show us the way. There's dogmatic Marxism, there's creative Marxism, and I'm the latter!

It seems that this is another struggle of isms, but in fact the core is a struggle for dominance, and both Lenin and Trotsky were the mentors of **. But the mentor also had to be in line, and in the Politburo Trotsky had only one ally, Ulitsky, with only two votes, and he had to show his presence in the face of Lenin's overwhelming superiority. So it's perfectly normal to pick a thorn in some sensitive but not critical issues.

The attitude of Bukharin, who had jumped out to speak, was ambiguous, and he seemed to have his voice heard when he was a member of the Central Committee, who supported Trotsky's line of international socialism, and who opposed the immediate redivision of the land of the whole country on the demand for land of the peasants, one of the three most pressing problems in Russia today.

Bukharin believed that the Russian peasants had a natural patalist sentiment and that their demands on the land might make them side with the Provisional Government and the bourgeoisie, and that they would support the war against Germany. Even Bukharin asserted that if the peasants' land demands were met, they would only care about their own one-third of an acre of land when they were satisfied, and would no longer have the will to continue to make trouble.

Bukharin believed that only the working class is the working class who sincerely oppose this imperialist war, and that the working class in the whole world is one family, and that in the developed industrial countries of Western Europe, the strength of the working class is 10 times stronger than that of Russia, and the only way out for socialism can only lie in them. So international socialism is the only way out.

In Li Xiaofeng's view, Bukharin's opinion is basically an affirmation of Trotsky, and it is almost a copy of the old Trotsky's constant theory. On the question of who to rely on to make trouble, Li Xiaofeng felt that Trotsky was too narrow-minded, and both Russia's ** and later China's new democracy ** revealed a fact - the peasants' brothers were indeed strong, and their desire for land for thousands of years made them pay any price for the land, even if it was at the cost of their lives.

So what Bukharin feared could not have come true, and for the deformed capitalists in Russia, who controlled all the productive resources of Russia, could never give up their land to the peasants. So the relationship between the peasants and the bourgeoisie is as Stalin argued at this conference - there are all kinds of peasants, and the imperialist bourgeoisie is supported only by the rich peasants and small landlords at the top, while the poor peasants at the bottom are reliable allies of the proletariat, who will certainly support the working class in its struggle for victory.

After much rhetoric, the proposals of Preoplazhensky and Bukharin were rejected, and the Leninists won a resounding victory. However, in Li Xiaofeng's view, this incident is actually a seed, and the contradiction between Trotsky and Lenin, or the contradiction between Trotsky and Stalin in the future, has been planted at this moment, and as long as there is suitable soil, the contradiction will inevitably erupt at some point.

In addition to this battle over the line of the future, after fierce debate or quarrel, the congress amended the party constitution, emphasizing that party organizations at all levels should be based on democratic centralism, and made new additions to the conditions and procedures for joining the party - emphasizing that only those who recognize the party program, join one of the party's organizations, unconditionally obey all the party's decisions, and pay party dues can be party members.

One of the special points is unconditional obedience to all the party's resolutions, and this article is not only not in the old party constitution, but also in the draft this time, and was specially supplemented after discussion at the congress.

Li Xiaofeng has no meaning to all this, every time at a critical moment, Kamenev and Zinoviev always have to jump out and drag their feet, once, twice, three times, each time it is very unpleasant, and it also wastes precious time. It's time to put a shackle on these two grandsons, and if they make trouble or don't accept the party's resolution in the future, then they will be directly cleaned up with party discipline, and they will be expelled if they should be warned.

It should be said that the resolution formed by the congress was not directly related to Li Xiaofeng, and it was not until the resolution on the Youth League was submitted for discussion that it made someone who was drowsy come to his senses. The congress adopted a special resolution on the Youth League, Stalin stepped down as first secretary, and the work of the Youth League was replaced by a certain immortal. As for the clichés and empty words in the back, Li Xiaofeng didn't have much interest, what he cared about was what the mentor meant by suddenly correcting himself.

"This is Comrade Lenin's affirmation of you!" Sverdlov smiled and explained someone's doubts, "Andrey, you have performed very well in the previous period of work, and both Comrade Lenin and the Party Central Committee are very satisfied with your performance. We are very relieved to entrust the youth work to you! ”

Li Xiaofeng smiled, he completely understood what Sverdlov meant, it was nothing more than a disguised compensation from his mentor, and it was more than enough to be an alternate member of the Central Committee with his merits, and it was not too much to even change the Central Committee. But his age and qualifications are too much, and the mentor is not easy to open this opening.

Although the first secretary of the Youth League is also more dazzling, it is only the Youth League after all, and it is appropriate to preside over youth work at someone's age, and others can't blame anything if they want to crook their mouths.

Sverdlov patted Li Xiaofeng on the shoulder and said earnestly: "Andrey, Comrade Lenin attaches great importance to you, and you must not let him down!" ”

In fact, there is no need for Sverfederov to remind, Li Xiaofeng also knows what to do, he nodded solemnly, and promised: "I will definitely preside over the work of the Youth League, let the vast number of progressive young people unite around the party, and let the young people make greater contributions to the party!" ”

Li Xiaofeng felt that his scene was already very beautiful, but he failed to meet Sverdlov's applause, Comrade Xiao Si even shook his head and reminded in a low voice: "Although youth work is although, Andrey, I must remind you that the focus of your work must not be placed there!" What Comrade Lenin really needs is your Special Branch and the Red Eagle Regiment, and that is where you should be able to show your strength! ”

Li Xiaofeng finally understood what Sverdlov meant, this is Comrade Xiao Si reminding him that the first secretary of the Youth League is, to put it bluntly, a false name, that is, a rabbit on the night of the thirtieth night of the Chinese New Year's Eve, with it for the New Year, without it, it is absolutely impossible to distinguish between the important and the heavy, and it is not worth delaying the future of Da Hao for the sake of a rabbit. (Teqiang)

Sending Sverdlov away with a thousand thanks, Li Xiaofeng sighed in his heart, he was still too immature in political matters, and the mentor had 10,000 ways to compensate him, and he should not be given a chicken first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League at all, and with the temper of the mentor, he was more likely to worry about him being beautiful in the forest, so it was correct not to compensate him.

The youth league seems to be glamorous, maybe in the future it is a place to train successors, but now, it is an out-and-out cold bench. Li Xiaofeng knew that Lenin could not let him sit on the cold bench, so whose idea was this strange appointment, or who was he targeted? (To be continued.)
