At the top, Deng She needs to set an example, in the middle, the ministers should set an example, and at the bottom, he must vigorously advocate among the people.

Although it cannot be achieved overnight, although "reshaping morale" sounds mysterious, it is not without countermeasures. Yao Haogu put forward three methods, which can be implemented in a short period of time.

Although the good and evil ministers of human nature do not know, since the teachings of the saints, people have a heart for good. Therefore, it is normal for people to respect loyalty and hate traitors. Highlight the name of loyalty and goodness, and glorify it with beauty; Engrave the name of the traitor to shame. Show the goodness of one side, hoe the bad of one side.

"In this way, the honesty and shame of the scholar will be feasible!"

He also asked Deng She, every few years, to gather the names of all the people recorded in the "Xiangxian Ancestral Hall", "Zhengqi Temple" and "Greedy Pavilion" in various places, publish them into a book, and distribute them to the world. Everyone in the world knows that there is a clean official in a certain place, and there is a corrupt official in a certain place. In this way, it is better to use these two ancestral halls and one pavilion to clarify the rule of officials and reshape the morale.

He also thought of a couplet for the "greedy pavilion", and the upper couplet wrote: "There are ancients in the past, and there are people in the future, how dare you not restrain righteousness for thousands of years?" This "Xiangxian Temple" and the like were originally available in various places, and they originally had the role of "Dun customs". Not to mention, Yao Haogu also proposed to set up a "greedy pavilion". It is not enough to be corrupt officials for officials in other places, but locals are corrupt officials for officials, and their names are engraved out, which is suspected of disgrace in the township. Yao Haogu proposed to publish the names of all the characters listed in the ancestral hall and pavilion, and the other proposed to build a "greedy pavilion". It not only glorified the loyalty, but also played a role in punishing the past and setting an example. It's a good idea.

Although the ministers are also sparse and shallow, they are also willing to swear a grand oath, follow the lord, and praise the Hongye! ”

"Dare to ask the world, who is the master of ups and downs?" People who can say such things will naturally not be without ambition. And now, along the way, he has developed so far, he has several provinces and a strong army of 100,000. The power is no longer small, and it has long been impressive. Now that there are such forces, they have become a powerful prince in the local area, and they also have the strength to win the world. Then, of course, his ambition will also change, and he has long since shifted from confusion to a more definite ambition.

But his ambitions, his ambitions, are not just about becoming a monarch who will be praised by posterity, even if he is called "eloquent and strategic" by posterity? Isn't it a "generation without a generation"?

Han Wu and Tang Zong are majestic enough. The Han is only 400 years, and the Tang is only 300 years. Although it brought glory to China, it was only a hurried passerby.

Today's scholars specialize in finding chapters and extracting sentences, but they have been abandoning the six arts for a long time without learning!
