The third is that the fuse is too sensitive, and even the huge waves set off by the warship when it is evasive can cause it to detonate in advance. It could even be argued that the original Oxygen Torpedo was only useful for sneak attacks, and once the enemy ship was in motion and knew that the enemy had launched the torpedo and began to evade it, it was basically useless. Because even if there is no explosion on the road and the direction is not deviated, it is estimated that nine times out of ten it will be solved by the wall of waves set up by the warship when it evaded. It is no wonder that in history, the devil lightning strike fleet frantically fired nearly 200 oxygen torpedoes at the American fleet, but only three worked

The second point is simpler, the spontaneous combustion of lubricating oil is only due to the poor air tightness of Japanese products (oil leakage from the famous Zero fighter jet is very common, and oil can leak, let alone gas.
