Therefore, traveling west to learn scriptures is the cause, and Mahayana Buddhism is the effect of universal sentient beings, and the cause and effect are orderly, how can we first produce results and then plant causes? ”

"Amitabha, thank you to Master Guanyin for solving your doubts."

Master Xuanzang was like a disciple who was confused in his heart, and responded with joy and approval.

At the same time, as the resonance of the Heavenly Dao caused by Master Xuanzang's unintentional ambition gradually subsided, many visions that Master Xuanzang was not aware of began to fade gradually.

Master Xuanzang's grand wish requires Buddhism to make a promise in advance before it can be truly established.

And with Buddhism ignoring it, the ambition of nature congenitally does not exist.

After being reincarnated as Master Xuanzang, in this world where there is a "Heavenly Dao" in the actual sense, he knows very well that perhaps the "Westward Road" is an inescapable fate for him.

Therefore, Master Xuanzang never thought of retreating from the beginning.

It's just that in Master Xuanzang's memory, there are many speculations and arguments in the memory of the previous life about the so-called "road to the west", or conspiracy theories, or interest supremacy theory, or the survival theory of gods and Buddhas, and so on.

And Master Xuanzang, who has lived in this world for several years, even if he lives in seclusion in the mountains, but just based on the records in the classics, he can see the word "cannibalism" naked in this world where gods, Buddhas, ghosts and demons coexist.

Therefore, if the "westward journey" is an inescapable fate, can this rumored "Mahayana Buddhism" that can benefit all sentient beings be born earlier? Make a difference?

In retrospect, this idea was nothing more than wishful thinking.

As for whether this abrupt request would arouse the vigilance of the Heavenly Gods and Buddhas, Master Xuanzang didn't care much.

Whether it was hiding in the "light of the righteous path" and secretly punching the Jinghe Dragon King to "exceed" him, or now resolutely "questioning" Guanyin Bodhisattva, after all, Master Xuanzang still can't escape the three words "difficult to peace" in human nature.

Human nature is like this, what can be done about it? You can't let Master Xuanzang erase his own humanity and really become a Buddha on the spot, right?

In this regard, Guanyin Bodhisattva showed a few expressions of "fools can be taught" on his face, but at the same time, he sighed secretly in his heart.

"Jin Chanzi, after the tenth life of cultivation, is his temperament still the same as always? It seems that there are also errors in the calculations. ”

In this atmosphere of maintaining harmonious guidance, Guanyin Bodhisattva suddenly turned his head to Li Shimin and asked again.

"If the Tang King is interested, please also select a monk with great courage and wisdom as soon as possible, and go to the West Heaven Da Lei Yin Temple where my Buddha came to ask for scriptures, so as to purify all sentient beings."

Just when Li Shimin was in a dilemma, Master Xuanzang folded his hands and made a Buddhist salute and spoke.

"Amitabha, the poor monk is willing to go to the West Heaven Da Lei Yin Temple to worship the Buddha and seek scriptures, obtain Mahayana Buddhism, in order to consolidate the country, mountains and communities, and purify the suffering of all sentient beings, if Your Majesty does not think that the poor monk is dull and weak, please allow it."

For a time, Li Shimin was both pleased and ashamed of Master Xuanzang's self-recommendation.

After a moment of silence, in the end, it was Jiangshan Sheji, and the weight of hundreds of people overwhelmed the scales in Li Shimin's heart, and he grabbed Master Xuanzang's wrist with both hands and said.

"Master Xuanzang, you sacrificed your life to save me before, and I haven't repaid the great grace of saving my life, and I want to allow you to embark on a journey of more than 100,000 miles? My heart is not at ease. ”

"Your Majesty, don't worry, although the poor monk is a weak monk, he also understands the righteousness of the family and the country, and the Buddha said, 'I don't go to hell, who will go to hell'? This is the ambition of a poor monk! ”

"Master Xuanzang, great kindness and righteousness, I remember it in my heart, if Master Xuanzang does not give up, I am willing to marry you as brothers of the opposite sex, but there is still one day in the Tang Dynasty, there will be a place for you."

Although he had known for a long time that this was likely to happen, Master Xuanzang couldn't help but get goosebumps when he looked at the middle-aged man's emotion to the point of faint tears.

Your Excellency's daughter, Gao Yang, is similar in age and temperament to a poor monk, and now Your Excellency proposes to marry each other as brothers? Do you want to take advantage of the poor monks?

"By the way, Royal Brother, I still don't know what your nickname is." Li Shimin asked quite intimately.

"A poor monk is a monk, and he doesn't dare to have a nickname." Master Xuanzang said humbly.

"If a holy monk like the royal brother does not have a nickname, he will make the monks in the world dare not call him a nickname."

Immediately, looking at Master Xuanzang's more and more humble expression, Li Shimin simply spoke. "Master Guanyin once said that there are Mahayana Buddhism Sanzang in the Western Heavens, and the royal brother also aims to obtain the Tibetan scriptures, so what if it is the 'Three Tibets'?"

"By the way, the royal brother is traveling westward this time, Yu I, and I have great contributions to the Tang Dynasty, so I will also give the royal brother the name of the country as a nickname, so it will be 'Tang Sanzang', right? What does the royal brother think? ”

Although it was originally difficult to calculate the heavenly machine of Master Xuanzang, who learned the scriptures, for unknown reasons, when the "Tang Sanzang" was decided, the heavenly machine fog almost completely covered all his relevant information.

"The road to the west seems to be about to really begin!"

The gods and Buddhas hidden in all parts of heaven and earth have all come to such a conclusion.
