So...... Will the Yankees have this kind of equipment with a longer range and higher accuracy to fight the Vietnamese army with Soviet-style equipment at night? So just like what you can see in movies and television, the Yankees always pile sandbags around the positions before dark to defend themselves in case the Vietnamese army will carry out a sneak attack at night.

Of course, if it is the US military equipped with night vision devices, then it is a different matter. However, this equipment was still advanced in this era. Even the U.S. military is only a small amount of equipment.

When North Vietnam was still fighting barefoot guerrillas, Saigon in South Vietnam had already begun to get drunk with money with the help of France and the United States.

In other words. That is, the South Vietnamese were more influenced by Western culture, while the North Vietnamese were more influenced by the Soviet Union and China. This directly leads to the fact that there are great differences between the north and the south in terms of personality and living habits.

So these three attacks were easily beaten back by us without exception.

The most ridiculous thing is zuihou once...... Maybe Zuihou once the Vietnamese army had no will to fight at all, and it is assumed that they were forced into the position by officers...... From the Vietnamese prisoners of war, we know that the officers of the Fifth Infantry Division of the Vietnamese Army are all North Vietnamese soldiers, and they are also some soldiers with a "firm political stance and tenacious will to fight". In this batch of equipment...... I believe that there are also individual radios that will also have research value, and communication equipment has always been a shortcoming of our army, right? As for those M16s, mortars or something...... These should not be of much use, our army is taking the route of Soviet-style equipment, and in the long run, the cooperation between China and the United States is temporary, and historical facts have also proved this, so it is more reliable to take the Soviet-style route.

Anyway, Marx did have two hands, and soon learned how to use the grenade launcher...... But then again, the use of various weapons and equipment is actually about the same, and it is not a difficult task. The real difficulty is in its maintenance and some precautions that we don't know...... Just like the M16.

Originally, I wanted to place this grenade launcher at the mouth of the tunnel...... The tunnel we built is strong, isn't it? The Vietnamese army's long-range artillery could not hit our anticline, and the power of the mortar was difficult to blow up our tunnel mouth, so this vitality was strong.

But after thinking about it, I felt that it was inappropriate...... If any of the points of fire cannot be moved, they will become the target of targeted killings...... This is very passive, and it seems that you can only wait for the enemy to think of a way to fight later, or you will be suppressed by the enemy's firepower and will not be able to play a role.

Another...... It's just that this grenade launcher is not very heavy, it is only more than 100 pounds connected to the tripod, and the two fighters can maneuver on the battlefield one after the other...... It's a shame not to take advantage of it.

So as soon as I gave the order, the traffic trenches were widened and deepened, and several more traffic trenches were added to important parts...... The purpose is to facilitate the movement of the grenade launcher between the tunnels.

After all these preparations are made, it is a matter of familiarizing the fighters with the American equipment...... Some people may say, didn't you just say that it is not difficult to learn to fight these weapons? Why don't you use so many machine guns and bazookas in the cave?

It's true that you can learn this, but you also have to be able to play accurately! For example, if you are used to shooting submachine guns, let him shoot machine guns or bazookas...... It is difficult to adapt to its recoil in a short period of time.

And machine guns have the benefits of machine guns, and rifles also have the benefits of rifles...... The rifle is relatively light and short, allowing for flexible movement and transfer between positions and tunnels, if everyone is armed with a machine gun...... Well, this firepower is fierce, but the entire unit has no mobility and flexibility at all, and even has to queue up to enter the tunnel......
