At five o'clock in the morning, the palace was brightly lit, and one after another orders were quickly sent to the major border fortresses and military regions.

The first step in all-out war, as always, is to open horizons.

However, this time, the situation is different from the past.

As soon as it came up, it was a one-on-three situation, and he didn't have time to take his time, he had to seize the initiative first!

The border guards who received the order, almost immediately, directly sent a cavalry team out to conduct reconnaissance.

On the battlefield of such a total war, the enemy civilization will not be too far away from them, but it will definitely not be too close to them either.

Under this premise, the mobility of the cavalry team in the field is particularly important, and with this mobility, quickly grasping the field of view advantage will have a huge impact on the subsequent battle.

And during this time, Luo Ji was naturally very busy, and Guo Jia, Lu Yang, Ye Hua and other important ministers from all parties were all summoned.

"Lu Yang, over there in the arsenal, how are the mines made?"

"Back to Your Majesty, the first batch of mines has been manufactured and sent to the border guards, and the second batch is now in full swing."

Luo Ji, who got this answer, pondered in his heart for a while, and then spoke decisively......

"We will temporarily increase the working hours of the arsenal to 12 hours a day, work in two shifts, and make every effort to rush the work, and strive to get the next few batches of mines out as soon as possible on the premise of ensuring quality."

The work of the arsenal, after all, is dangerous, so Luo Ji does not dare to increase the working hours too exaggeratedly, in case the workers make any mistakes in the state of fatigue, the consequences are unimaginable.

And Lu Yang, who received the order, also hurriedly acted after answering the order.

After ordering the things over there in the arsenal, Luo Ji's eyes turned and fell on Ye Hua's body.

"Ye Hua, over there in the Ordnance Research Department, I asked you to confirm the progress of the development of new weapons before, what stage is it now?"

"Back to Your Majesty, the finished product has been made and is undergoing final testing."

Hearing this, Luo Ji nodded, and then spoke again......

"You keep an eye on this piece a little more, once it's completed, after confirming that there is no problem, you will directly send the design drawings to the arsenal, and let them draw one-third of the workers out to be responsible for the production and manufacturing of new weapons."

"Yes, Wechen will go and confirm."

"Guo Jia."

"Wechen is here!"

"Issue a conscription order, let the major military regions start to recruit reserve soldiers under the age of 40, and the ...... will be recruited first"

Speaking of this, Luo Ji obviously hesitated, and after two seconds, he reported a number in a firm tone.

"100,000, recruit 100,000 troops first."

Guo Jia's heart suddenly burst when he heard this number, although he also knew that he was going to fight, but before the official start of the war, His Majesty would directly recruit 100,000 reserve soldiers first?

He didn't doubt the meaning of their Majesty's order, but from this order, he clearly realized how difficult this battle was!

And during this period, Luo Ji's words, of course, did not stop......

"Let the soldiers on the reserve go through a three-month recovery training, and then adapt to the situation, if the situation is critical, then transfer them directly to the battlefield, and if the situation is stable, then let them train for another three months."

As a ruler, Luo Ji undoubtedly belongs to the category of responsible, and he obviously will not make a casual training and let his people and soldiers rush to the battlefield to die.

The soldiers in the reserve have all served two years of military service, and they have a little foundation there, although most of them have slackened after retiring, but three months of recovery training, how can they get back to most of their state, and six months of training is the most stable in Luo Ji's opinion.

One thing after another, quickly ordered, probably because of the pressure, the sleepiness caused by the lack of sleep recently, was directly swept away.

In the current situation, it is the most important thing to hurry up and let the troops of the Ten Thousand Realms Civilization seize the opportunity, how can there be time to sleep?

However, at the same time, some of the latest reports on the internal construction and development of civilization cannot be ignored.

Even in times of war, the development of civilization must not be left behind, because development is the foundation of everything!

On this side, Luo Ji was busy with various things, and on the other side, within the Ten Thousand Realms Civilization, as soon as the conscription order was issued, the news of conscription of 100,000 troops spread out, which immediately caused a sensation in the entire Ten Thousand Realms Civilization.

How many years has it been since their Ten Thousand Worlds Civilization urgently called up reservists after retirement?

At this moment, all the people realized that the great war was coming!

Lao Li, the big name Li Zicheng, Chinese New Year's Eve is thirty-five years old this year, military service at the age of eighteen, retired at the age of twenty, he has studied for nine years, in the current era, he is also a cultural element, after retiring, it is very easy to find a job in Goblin Technology, and in the next few years, with his performance all the way up, he is now the manager of the Xiyuan City branch, and his monthly salary is quite considerable, in the same period of the gang of old brothers, he is a good one.

During the two years of his service, there was an emergency dispatch to exterminate a nest of bandits in the wilderness, during which he accidentally captured the bandit leader and recorded a meritorious service, which can almost be said to be his biggest bragging capital in the next fifteen years.

Tearing off his suit and tie, Lao Li, who took off the suit and white shirt, looked at himself in the mirror, and then reached out and touched the beer belly that was almost eye-catching, and couldn't help but show a wry smile on his face.

I didn't think it before, but now it seems that why is this stomach so unpleasant? He also had six-pack abs! I don't know if I can wear my original military uniform.

Just as he was pondering, the bedroom door was opened, and a woman with a big belly walked in slowly, the child in the belly was already seven months old, and his first child was about to be born in two or three months, but now, he was afraid that he would not be able to see it.

The woman silently put the ironed military uniform on the bed in the bedroom, looked at her husband standing there, she pursed her lips, and couldn't help but speak......

"Can't you just not go?"

Li Zicheng, who heard this, frowned.

"What stupid things are you talking about?"

While speaking, Li Zicheng turned his head to look at his wife, and in the next second, his expression softened a little.

"Don't worry, it's going to be fine, Mom and Dad, I've already said hello, they're on the train now, they'll be there soon, and the money in the passbook is enough, take care of our children, and wait for me to come back."
