Chapter 561: Poor Sirius

While Ivan was thinking, Harry's words continued to talk about the aftermath.

Shortly after the Dark Mark rose into the sky, Barty Crouch, the director of the Department of International Magical Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Magic, and Bagman, the host of the Quidditch World Cup, rushed over with a group of people.

What angered Harry the most was that the men had mistakenly believed that the Dark Mark had been released by himself, as his wand had accidentally lost and happened to be nearby.

Some of the Aurors who kept order in the arena also arrested Sirius, trying to accuse Sirius of causing chaos along with the masked dark wizards.

"How can they have wronged us so much, Sirius just wanted to catch a troublemaker and ask what was going on, but those Aurors didn't care about the black-robed wizard who ran away and arrested him first!" Harry's body trembled, looking angry.

Ivan's expression became a little strange, and it seemed that poor Sirius had almost been caught in Azkaban again...

But it's also strange that Sirius appeared too coincidentally.

As a heavily wanted criminal of the former Ministry of Magic, how long has Sirius been cleared of suspicion? Running to the World Cup stadium like a nobody.

It happened that there was a massive riot there, suspected to be the work of the Death Eaters, and the Aurors who arrived happened to see Sirius nearby, and of course they were suspicious of him.

"And then? Sirius is okay, right? Ivan asked curiously.

Harry shook his head, and they had been explaining for a long time, and the Aurors had scrutinized Sirius' wand to make sure he hadn't set the fire or cast a spell that was tormenting any Muggles.

Coupled with Ron's father, Arthur Weasley, who was willing to vouch for Sirius, Barty Crlough relented and let Sirius go...

Hearing this, Ivan shook his head secretly.

Barty Crouch should have known that the Dark Mark had something to do with his child, Crouch Jr., but still wanted to put the blame on Harry and Sirius.

I have to say that this upright, jealous and hateful former director of the executive department, in order to comply with his beloved wife's wishes to protect his children, has become the most hated appearance of himself.

Ivan couldn't help but sigh in his heart, and he didn't stop, and continued to ask for more details.

Chatting all the way, the train kept moving north, and the rain became heavier and heavier. The sky was dark, and the windows were covered with moisture, so magic lights were lit in broad daylight.

Ivan faintly looked out the window, bean-sized raindrops fell from the sky, and lightning struck from time to time in the dark clouds, and there were bursts of violent roars.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione stopped talking about the bad past, and instead speculated about what Bill and Charlie were secretly hiding.

A few people guessed, but they all felt that it was wrong, and Harry turned his head to look at Ivan, who had not been involved in the discussion.

"Ivan, what do you think?"

"Guess what this does? Don't you know when you go to school? The joy of life is in the unknown! Ivan yawned and replied casually.

He had known that the Triwizard Tournament was going to be held this year, but he didn't have the right sources to tell Harry and the others, but he couldn't pretend to be unaware of it.

Harry and Ron looked at each other, and Hermione looked at Ivan suspiciously, thinking that Ivan must have known something and was deliberately hiding it from them.

Whining...

The Hogwarts train let out a long whistle, interrupting everyone's thoughts, and the speed of the train under them gradually slowed down, and the towering castle was faintly visible in the distance.

Obviously, they're almost there!

"Let's go!" Ivan got up and packed his luggage and walked out of the carriage with Harry and the others, and when they reached the exit, the train just stopped.

It was raining heavily outside, and Ron got out of the car first, covering the owl's cage with the hem of his wizard's robe so that the rain wouldn't drip onto his new pet.

"It's terrible!" Ron said grumblingly.

Ivan stopped Hermione, who was about to get out of the car, jumped out of the car first, drew his wand and transformed a large umbrella, and then looked at the little witch and spoke.

"Now you can come down!"

"Transfiguration, how did I forget this!" Hermione muttered to herself in annoyance, but did not refuse Ivan's kindness, and got out of the car, her body shrunk into Ivan's umbrella.

After such a long interval just now, coupled with such a gentleman's behavior as Ivan, her anger has also disappeared a little.

"Wait, what do I do then?" Seeing that Ivan and Hermione seemed to be ready to leave together, Harry, who was still in the car, couldn't help but remind.

Ron, who was still drenched in the rain, looked even more confused, he had known that Ivan could change into an umbrella, so he would have come down late.

Ivan turned his head, only to realize that he had forgotten about Harry and Ron, and slapped his forehead with his free right hand, about to enlarge the umbrella so that Harry and Ron could come in together.

However, before Ivan could make any moves, Hermione glared at Harry and Ron and spoke. "Professor McGonagall has taught you Transfiguration for three years, can't you transform an umbrella yourself?"

With that, Hermione grabbed Ivan's wrist and pulled him away.

Harry and Ron, who were left behind, shivered in the cold wind and torrential rain.

"Did Hermione make a mistake, and it wasn't like we forgot to send her a letter..."Ron complained dissatisfied.

"Forget it, let's do it ourselves!"

Harry shook his head, contributed a coat, and worked Transfiguration with Ron, and after a long period of tinkering, he finally conjured up an irregular umbrella that was divided into several large chunks of color, and looked like a rag supported by a twig.

But neither Harry nor Ron disliked it, as long as it sheltered from the rain, they were satisfied.

Holding their umbrellas, the two ran along the path of Hogwarts Station to the carriage parked on the side of the road, and finally caught up with Ivan and Hermione, and rode back to school together.

The carriage passed through a gate flanked by winged boar sculptures and drove along a wide driveway, whirring and swaying in the wind.

Ivan looked ahead through a thin curtain of rain, the quaint castle was getting closer and closer, and many brightly lit windows could be seen faintly shining behind the thick curtain of rain...

After about ten minutes, the carriage stopped at the foot of the stone steps in front of the two oak gates, and Ivan and the others stepped out of the carriage one by one, walking towards the entrance of the castle, and could still faintly hear strange screams and noises coming from ahead...
