Lingtong is not stupid, but she is not as calculating and self-interested as Heshi, and she has a proletarian purity, a spirit of dedication to ideals and beliefs (although there is a certain amount of revenge mixed in this).

If Lingtong is a person who calculates his own gains and losses too much, like a capitalist who puts interests first, I think that this character has lost the flavor of its original intention, and her positioning is more like a moth to the flame of the times.

The meaning of Lingtong's existence is very simple, she is the epitome of class contradictions.

The three major contradictions of human society.

Racial contradictions, religious contradictions, class contradictions.

It's a cliché, it's not the first day it existed, and the youngest of the three is hundreds of years old.

Why every country has a change of dynasties.

It's nothing more than because of these three questions.

With the stability of the dynasty, the upward circulation of capital, and the gradual solidification of the class, they will become more and more serious, and eventually they will explode when some people are not doing well.

It's like a cycle that can't be solved permanently, only slowing down its burst as much as possible.

To be honest, when I started writing this volume, writing about the "Rankless Fighter" spirit child, I didn't expect that within a few months, this kind of magical realism broke out in a certain country on the other side of the Pacific, until the end of this volume, looking back on what happened in the past six months, I still feel quite embarrassed.

The séance is a microcosm of such a group.

Lingtong, born into a low-class family in the Edo period, in the hierarchical Edo, the power of the samurai class was supreme.

In particular, when the spirit child was "resurrected" by the He clan in modern times, he encountered the path of reincarnation.

The backstories of Samindo and Lingtong are very similar, except that one is in Edo and the other is in Showa.

She thought that the feudal dynasty was over, that the ruling class was gone, and that people would no longer be persecuted because of class issues.

However, in fact, there is not.

The ruling class was overthrown, but the bourgeoisie came to power, and barbarism was dressed up as civilization and whitewashed with peace, but everything was just a cycle.

And what's even more terrifying is that Lingtong found that people in this era have been brainwashed and accustomed to it, and they don't know what resistance is.

Everyone is given a pacifier as soon as they are born.

Lingtong was angry about this, but at the same time, there was something I didn't write about in the book, and she felt "fear".

The ruling class of feudal society relied on force, which was unstable, because it was not difficult to overthrow it as long as the same level of force was assembled.

And today's industrial society, which relies on the means of production, capital, and chaebol, the conditions required to overthrow it have become complicated, and more and more people have learned to compromise.

The uprising, which was mild, turned into a march, and even those who were oppressed and wanted to protest were following the rules they had set up called laws.

This part is largely based on Rousseau's "Theory of the Social Contract".

Lingtong was terrified of this, so she desperately wanted to burn everything now, she felt that it was irreparable, and she had to find a new way from the ruins.

It is precisely this that Heshi takes advantage of.

Lingtong wouldn't have known that even if she burned down what is now Tokyo, the new order she had established would follow that cycle, perhaps she knew, but she still chose to reduce everything to ruins out of fear and revenge.

The daughter of a firefighter who had saved Edo, in disappointment and fear, chose to burn Edo to the ground.

She is a pathetic person, a chess piece in the game of the times, even if she succeeds, it is impossible to divide the fruits of victory in the class she expects.

We have also seen how magical realism this world is, and the old industrial capital is forced by the new technology capital to choose to flip the table, and does not hesitate to incite criminal war emotions for the sake of votes, in order to restart the Iron Curtain, destroy the hard-won peace, and coerce its own citizens.

Interest groups seek their own interests, but the citizens of the country's cornerstone are just votes.

Edo is a castle of samurai.

This phrase is not just a superficial statement.

The existence of the Reincarnation Dao actually indicates that even if the spirit child succeeds, it will only change a ruling class in the end.

In the chapter of Humanoid Town, I described a small detail, you may have seen it as a stalk, it is Su Qi's prop to slander the mage, and it is written that a certain country made that piece...... Actually, it's a small metaphor.

It is implied that after Japan's import trade was hit, the export competitiveness of the small commodity manufacturing industry weakened and was replaced by us.

After the Plaza Accord, Japan's economic center shifted to finance and real estate, that is, it entered the stage of bubble formation.

At that time, the factory owners had money in their hands, and although the foreign exchange policy hit the manufacturing industry, it also made the yen appreciate and realize the cash, allowing them to make a lot of money, and at the same time, the government cut interest rates to support bank loans, which was intended to encourage the manufacturing industry to reduce costs and reduce prices to compete in the export market.

But the result was that the money was not invested in manufacturing, but was used to blow up the financial bubble and the manufacturing real estate boom.

At that time, the factory even had the spectacle of firing workers, stopping production lines, and the boss with an accountant and taking a bank loan to speculate in stocks day and night.

That's why the reincarnation of the Dao father happened.

The factory owners did not pay much attention to the workers, and everyone was busy making money in finance and real estate. (Does it look familiar?) The universal law of society, laugh~)

The end result, as we all know, was the bursting of the bubble, the hard landing after the Japanese economy was devastated, the Great Depression, and the lost twenty years......

In fact, if the bubble lasts for a few more years, dragged on to the rise of the Internet economy, and tries a soft landing for the transformation of the economic center, there may be a chance to fight for a glimmer of life.

As the bubble burst, ordinary people lost hope, and so did their times.

Without further ado, this is just an explanation of the background of the times, the similarities and differences between the reincarnation of the road in this context and the spirit child of the Edo background, reflecting the changes and cycles of the times, which is also what I want to depict in this half of the story.

I just think it's pretty cool.

When the plot of the black ship was finalized, the setting of the ship's mother was made, but it wasn't written until now.

At the same time, there is also a branch line involved.

The mysterious court was created through the "Emperor's New Clothes", from the previous original owner of Hans Christian Andersen's identity, which is also a dark line.

Looking back at the testimonials on the shelves now, it was originally estimated that this would be a relatively large volume, which may be divided into two parts, and sure enough, the volume of the first part alone has exceeded the volume of the first volume of [Black Gate Club].
