Act 545. Sea of Consciousness
The sea of consciousness of the Sauron xenos not only carries their memories, but is also a medium of communication - if it can be called communication, it is also connected to the feelings of all the Xosaurons.
Reiner retracted consciousness a little and returned to the underground cage of the Rainbow Tower.
"Lord Braggs, I need you to use a spell that has never been unleashed on Sauron Xenomorph, preferably able to kill it completely."
His words made the other mages feel a little silent, and if they were killed, the mages would need to capture these monsters alive from the front line, which was almost impossible for the scorching battle situation to do.
"I see."
But Lord Braggs understood what Reiner meant, and he believed Reiner.
Raising a hand, the palm of Lord Braggs quickly condensed into a gray mist, and after this mist reached a certain concentration, it began to burst out with colorful colors, and the light flowed, bright and gorgeous.
This is a nine-ring magic, and unlike the kind of spells that destroy the withering and decaying enough to destroy an entire city, this magic affects a small area, but it is very deadly.
Seeing Reiner nod, Lord Braggs pushed the cloud in his hand closer, penetrating the display case and touching the Xenomorph of Sauron.
At the same time, Reiner dived into the sea of consciousness again, observing everything going on here.
In a sea of blue stars, suddenly, a little red light appeared.
Reiner quickly captured this distant point of light, which, unlike the consciousness of the other dead Sauron xenos in the Sea of Consciousness, had a distinctly special meaning.
Since the front line has explicitly forbidden the use of new magic to kill the Sauron xenos, the vast majority of the Sauron xenos have been torn apart by the roar of artillery fire, and they cannot increase their resistance to such attacks, so the mages can barely stay on the line with floating battleships.
And now, a Sauron xenomorph has been killed by a new magic, which has sparked the transmission of information in the sea of consciousness.
Even in the ocean of consciousness, Reiner was able to use magic, and he immediately unfurled Ian Gray's magic armor and flew towards the red dot at high speed.
In Reiner's field of vision, the red dot shone brightly, then dimmed again, and then, far away, another red dot lit up.
There was almost no time difference, and the two points of light flashed in and out of an instant.
Then, another red dot lit up at the other end, and in just a few seconds, the red light continued to transmit, turning the entire blue sea into crimson.
"That's true, relying on the nature of quantum entanglement and this sea of consciousness, the Sauron xenomorph can instantly transmit that resistance to magic."
Reiner muttered, and only when the entire ocean of consciousness turned red and gradually dimmed did Reiner confirm that the magic that Lord Braggs had unleashed on the Sauron xenos could no longer harm the other Sauron Xenos.
The entire Sea of Consciousness began to blur, and Reiner knew that it was because the Sauron Xenomorph had lost its life and that Reiner's connection to the Sea of Consciousness was about to be severed.
He took one last look at the quiet ocean, but vaguely seemed to see something in it.
Reiner smelled a faint scent, the smell of the ends of Phyllis's hair, and he knew that it might be something that Phyllis was reminding himself of.
In the midst of the crumbling scene, Reiner found that there seemed to be a shadow behind this sea of consciousness.
A shadow that he was somewhat familiar with.
It wasn't until the final image was gone, and Reiner was completely cut off from the sea of consciousness, that he finally saw that it was a room.
The room has no doors or windows, and is pure white, with only metallic cubes in it.
"This is"
Reiner quickly recognized that this was exactly what the Far North looked like.
"Is that place really the deepest secret of the world?"
All was gone, and Reiner's surroundings were once again a dungeon, and he stared for a moment before speaking.
"The transmission of information between the Sauron xenomorphs is indeed done by quantum entanglement, and their consciousness blends to form a sea of consciousness, to which all individuals of the Xosauron species are linked, and their common will affects the actions of the entire race."
Everything he said seemed unheard of to other mages, beyond the scope of knowledge.
"Once a Sauron xenomorph is killed, its perception of magic is uploaded to the Sea of Consciousness, shared by all remaining individuals, and this Sea of Consciousness is a whole, and no one is an independent controller."
Hearing Reiner's words, the Excellencies were thoughtful, and the research on Sauron's xenomorphs came to mind, and many doubts that had been puzzled in the past suddenly became clear.
Reiner looked at the corpse of the Sauron xenomorph that had been reduced to ashes, and spoke.
"In addition, due to some coincidences, I found that the sea of consciousness of Sauron's xenomorph is not an intangible thing that does not actually exist, but has a basis in reality, which may be derived from the study of consciousness by human beings in the last era, this sea of consciousness exists in the extreme north of the main plane, where there is a dead domain caused by the fall of an ancient mage, and the mage tower in it is distorted in time and space, connected to a space, and I saw this space in the sea of consciousness."
If Reiner's previous discoveries only confirmed many of the mages' conjectures about Sauron's xenomorphs, this information is truly shocking.
If the Sea of Consciousness really exists, and there is a specific material basis in this world, then if this material foundation is destroyed, the Sea of Consciousness of the Sauron Xenomorph can be destroyed, then the Sauron Xenomorph may no longer have resistance to magic, and may even directly destroy the entire invading Xenomorph.
But soon, the mage was a little worried.
Because the place Reiner is talking about has both a chaotic and distorted time and space, and at the same time, a dead field, even a legendary mage, in which he cannot perform any magic, if there is some dangerous thing there, then the legendary mage rushes to go, which is likely to lead to extremely tragic consequences.
The mages could no longer afford such a loss.
Seeing the silent crowd, Reiner also fell into thought.
Although the last time he visited, the entire room was empty, and there was no sign of Sauron Xenomorphs, if it was really an entity of Sauron's Xenomorph Sea of Consciousness, it was impossible to have any protection, and perhaps an accident would have occurred when he tried to destroy those metal creations.
What's more, in the absence of magic, it is not so easy to destroy dense materials that have obliterated the strong interaction forces, even if there is no danger there.
But after much consideration, Reiner decided that there was no one better suited for the task than himself, so he raised his hand.
"I'm going to destroy there."
