Chen Bing is a professor from the Department of Mathematics of Peking University, who gave lectures to Su Mu and them when he was in the training team before, and is in his forties, a middle-aged professor who looks very strict.

The deputy team leader, He Yijie, is a slightly younger associate professor from the Department of Mathematics at Capital Normal University, and will also act as a translator.

The three observer teachers are the guide and help in daily life, and will also be responsible for the safety of the students.

The opening ceremony was held at the ForumTheatre in Bath and was attended by participants and teachers from 116 countries and regions.

The official competition will begin at 08:30 UK time on 14 and 15 July.

This time, the official competition has a two-day schedule, and each exam is slightly longer than the domestic one, from 8:30 in the morning to 1 o'clock in the afternoon, for four and a half hours in a row.

Players from the same country or region will be distributed in different examination rooms, and each candidate will have three exam papers, one for each question.

According to the published situation, although there is no unified syllabus for the IMO exam this time, the scope of the test questions is mostly concentrated in four aspects: algebra, geometry, elementary number theory, and combinatorics.

The test questions are divided into 5 grades, A is the most difficult, B is difficult, C is medium, D is easy, and E is easy.

The difficulty of the first and second day test questions is generally as follows: E, C, and A on the first day, and D, C, and B on the second day.

Not only that, but in addition to individual scores, group scores are also counted to determine the rankings of each country!!
