Now let's go back a little bit.

After leaving the Central Plains, the entire territory of the bitter cold land, Luo Ji was completely handed over to the leader of the northern tribe, Hill, to govern.

As a top-level character commanding five stars, Hill's talent effect of 'Queen of the North' has a huge double bonus in both the development of the northern territories and the improvement of the combat power of the northern troops, allowing her to govern the north, which can be said to be the most suitable person.

Outside the northern border, the traces of orc troops were discovered, which was the information they had obtained for a long time.

However, on the first day of the attack, the Winter Fortress fell directly, which was obviously a result that no one expected......

An urgent telegram from the Winter Fortress sounded the highest level of alarm for the entire Winter City.

No one would doubt the authenticity of this telegram.

The entire Winter City, a population of 730,000 northern tribes, suddenly launched an emergency evacuation.

During this period, the latest news on the northern border was also delivered to Spiegel City as quickly as possible......

"Bang!"

With a muffled sound, Luo Ji, who was a little out of control, slapped the report in front of him on the table.

The movement here undoubtedly attracted the attention of many important ministers in the palace.

Feeling the gaze that fell on him, Luo Ji said a sentence with a slightly ugly face after taking a deep breath......

"Winter's Fortress has fallen, and now the people of Winterfell are evacuating."

In one sentence, Guo Jia, Lu Yang and Ye Hua and other important ministers in the hall were obviously shocked in their hearts.

Among them, Guo Jia hurriedly asked.

"Your Majesty, is the third-party enemy in the North?"

"It should be."

Luo Ji nodded with a somewhat ugly face.

"It is mentioned in the battle report that in addition to a large number of orc troops, there are also more than 50,000 human troops."

Speaking of this, Luo Ji breathed a sigh of relief.

However, when he spoke again, his voice became more solemn than before.

"The enemy orc army has sent out eight behemoths with a size of more than twenty meters, as well as air force units, and hundreds of elephant men!"

Hearing this, everyone gasped.

Behemoths that are more than twenty meters tall are not terrifying, because the behemoths of their Ten Thousand Realms Civilization are all larger than the other side.

But the scary part is that there are as many as eight of them! Coupled with the air force and hundreds of elephant people, it can only be said that it is too terrifying!

"Is this the result of the all-out development of a single civilization?"

At this moment, Luo Ji, who was sitting on the main seat, secretly gritted his teeth.

Unlike him, who was distracted from the development of multiple civilizations, Raymond Sosi, who was concentrating on the development of one civilization, seemed to have achieved greater achievements than him in the development of orc civilization.

At least Luo Ji doesn't have that many giant beast units at the moment.

According to the description of the report, the appearance of the giant beast was six or seven points similar to that of a rhinoceros, which made Luo Ji have to think of the rhinoceros people.

Subconsciously opened the development panel of the rhinoceros people and glanced at it a few times, this class obviously has not yet been opened.

After all, the orc civilization, the development panel of various races is too much.

And after he completed the integration of the orc civilization, he put all his energy and earned orc points into a series of special orc troops such as 'werewolf guerrillas', 'kobold infantry', 'white wolf assault', 'boar arsonist' and 'elephant giant artillery'.

And just when Luo Ji was annoyed because of this incident.

Below, Lu Yang and Ye Hua, who are Wenchen, are focusing on another matter.

"The Winter Fortress, which is the northern border defense line, has been breached by the enemy army, once this news spreads, it will inevitably cause turmoil in the hearts of the people in the civilization, and the spread of the news must be controlled!"

This was Ye Hua's first reaction.

And almost at the same time as he said this, Lu Yang, who was sitting behind another desk, shook his head.

"Impossible, the population of Winterfell in the north is 730,000, and now the population of these northern tribes is being fully transferred, and the space of the Beishan Fortress is limited, which can accommodate so many people, so, according to the current situation, we can only let Beishan City, which is located in the mountains and forests of the Northland, accept this group of refugees, and it is impossible for the people not to notice such a big movement."

Speaking of this, Lu Yang spoke again after taking a slight breath......

"If we control the spread of news now and deliberately conceal the facts, when the time comes, once the matter is revealed, then Your Majesty's credibility will be greatly affected!"

"That's true, but if such a big thing happens, if the news is allowed to spread, the whole situation will undoubtedly be terrible."

Ye Hua frowned deeply and spoke again.

And Lu Yang, who was on the side, also nodded in agreement, and then turned his head to look at Luo Ji.

"Your Majesty, can you ask Wechen to confirm the contents of the report?"

For his confidants, Luo Ji obviously had no taboos, and directly handed the report in his hand to Luo Yunxi, who was standing aside, and then signaled Luo Yunxi to take it down and circulate it to the important ministers in the palace.

After Lu Yang and Ye Hua read it one after another, they suddenly had an idea in their hearts.

"Your Majesty, according to Wechen's opinion, the battle of the Winter Fortress and the withdrawal of the northern garrison should be a decision made on the initiative after rational judgment, not a fiasco, and the people of Winterfell also started the transfer in advance because of the timely receipt of the telegram, and there is no news of a large number of casualties among the people at present, so Wechen feels that although this news cannot be concealed, this statement can be changed slightly."

Hearing this, Luo Ji already knew what they wanted to do.

In this regard, he didn't think there was any problem, because what the report said was indeed an active evacuation, and most of the troops in the Winter Fortress seemed to have been preserved.

After quickly instructing this matter, Luo Ji turned his gaze to Guo Jia, who had just finished reading the report.

"Guo Jia, what do you think of the battle situation in the north?"

"According to the description in the report, the defense of the eight-headed giant beasts of the enemy orc army is amazing, and even the artillery bombardment cannot hurt them, which is almost incomprehensible, looking at this situation, I am afraid that we can only send giant beasts to meet it, and there are flying units on the opposite side, therefore, according to Wei Chen's opinion, Your Majesty should order the Elf King to lead the air force including Ysera to rush to the north urgently, and at the same time, considering the number of enemy troops, the follow-up reinforcements must also be transferred quickly."
