Chapter 1: The Queen's Little Knight
The shining morning star will spin to the dark side of the universe, and the black cross will hang upside down at the end of the world.
When the color of the Sacred Seal is as dull as ashes, when the heavens of Order are torn apart by fallen meteors.
One by one, the six wings we carry will be broken.
Satan will awaken from the lava of hell and undo the chains that seal our powers.
The black sword will surely pierce the heavens,
When that day comes,
God will weep in the sea of blood,
And we will sing in the eternal night.

The ceiling of the bedroom was decorated with silver bars with gold rim, and in the dim light, the eight-year-old lay on his back on a swan-feather-filled mattress, his hands folded under his head, his dark red eyes staring vacantly.
The maid Millie gently pushed the door in, slowly walked to the side of the half-meter-high bed, and sat on the delicate yellow wood carved chair. She was dressed in a dark black slim maid dress with white cut-out lace, the girl was only fourteen years old, and her body was just beginning to develop, but this tailor-made outfit naturally highlighted the unique shyness of youth. Her straight black hair was tied with a long headband that hung down over her shoulders, lying quietly like a girl.
"Young master, can't you sleep?" Millie's voice was soft.
"Mommy is busy again?" The boy lying on the bed was still staring blankly at the ceiling.
"Today there are diplomats from other countries, and Her Majesty is meeting guests in the Steam Hall. She's busy, all the time. Millie said, and she lifted her hand and reached for the swanfeather bed, placing it on the boy's hand.
The boy opened her hand, turned to the other side, and said sullenly, "Will she forget that tomorrow is my birthday?" Do I have a birthday present? โ
Listening to the boy's words, Millie smiled lightly. She took out a wooden box from behind her, it was a black wooden box, it looked simple and unusual on the surface, but when she held it in her hand, she knew that it was very precious, it was heavy, and it exuded a flower-like fragrance.
"Young Master, you will definitely like this gift." Millie said, gently pushing open the slide above the wooden box.
The boy jumped out of bed and looked back into the wooden box. The light in the room was dim as if the sun was setting, but the black wooden box was not dark at all, but shimmered with colorful streamers.
It was a short sword, more than two feet long, and its golden scabbard was inlaid with gems of all colors, including sapphires as clear as the sea, emeralds as green as the tips of buds, rubies as red as blood, and black onyx as deep as night. It is a very delicate work of art, jeweled, but not vulgar, but harmonious and elegant.
The boy had a rare smile, a smile that was rare even for Millie, who had grown up with him, and he smiled sweetly, the smile of a real eight-year-old boy. Millie knew that the boy was so happy not because he liked the precious dagger, but because he was very satisfied with Her Majesty's promise.
"Mother has allowed me to learn swordsmanship?" The boy said excitedly, his name changed, and his dark red pupils shone brightly.
"Yes, Her Majesty said, starting tomorrow, I will let you learn basic knightly swordsmanship with Knight Sappher." Millie smiled and reached for the boy's hair, which was a half-length blonde hair, each strand extremely soft.
The boy turned curiously to look at the wall, where a huge wall clock hung there. The shell of the wall clock is carved from solid wood, and inside is a steam-powered mechanism. The sound of the hands turning was faint, and circles were silently drawn on the walls covered with diamond-shaped wallpaper.
"It's half past eleven." The boy said that his birthday was half an hour away.
"Yes, Her Majesty originally asked me to give it to you at the turn of the clock. But seeing that you were sullen just now, I will ...... it in advance" Before Millie could finish speaking, the boy excitedly took the glittering dagger from the wooden box and held it in his hand to examine it.
"I'm going to be a knight so I can protect everyone else!" The boy said, his eyebrows raised slightly, and Millie sneered, looking like a little hero.
"Young Master, why are you so looking forward to learning swordsmanship? Cold weapons are vulnerable to machine guns and artillery. Millie joked with the boy, which she often did, but she often felt that she was not the boy's servant, and that she had grown up with him, and that she considered herself more of a boy's sister.
"No, Sister Millie, that's not the case," the boy shook his head firmly, "Swordsmanship and machine gun cannons are not the same, swords are things that are used to protect people, while machine guns and cannons are used to hurt people. โ
Millie stared blankly at the boy, she didn't think it was an eight-year-old boy to say.
"It's like the knights who kill the dragon and protect the princess, they all carry swords. I haven't heard of anyone slaying dragons with machine guns and cannons! The boy said, his eyes wide.
Millie breathed a sigh of relief, the young master was still a child. She smiled and asked jokingly, "Then young master, who do you want to protect when you pick up the sword?" โ
"Guarding whom?" The boy was stunned, he looked down at the short sword in his hand, the scabbard was cold, like a piece of ice.
"Of course, it's to protect my mother! Yes, and the weak! He looked up suddenly, his dark red eyes never brighter.
"Buzz! Airplanes! Millie's phone in the maid's skirt pocket vibrated twice, and someone called.
Who is it? What's the matter? It's already late at night, and everyone in the entire castle knows that the young master is sleeping, and Millie is by his side, who dares to disturb the young master's rest?
"Millie! Something happened in the steam hall! Something happened to the castle! Hurry up and get the young master out of here! A man's voice came from the phone, and it was so quiet that Millie couldn't help but hear the man's shouting on the other end of the phone, even if she was covering it with her hand.
"Steam Hall? Mom! The boy's face sank, and with a snap he pulled his dagger out of its scabbard and jumped out of bed.
"No, Koment, come back!" Millie's phone fell to the floor, and she screamed in horror as she reached for the corner of the boy's coat, only to be dodged by the boy.
"Sister Millie, you run, I'm going to protect Her Majesty!" The boy pushed open the bedroom door and turned back to a panicked Millie. His voice was so firm that the hand holding the sword did not tremble in the slightest.
"Komat! Come back! Millie lunged towards the boy at the door, but fell on the floral carpet because she couldn't move in high heels.
She watched as the boy's figure disappeared into the dark corridor behind the door, he was just a child, his back was weak, thin, thin.
There is no thinner knight in the world!
