It's finally on the shelves today, and it's been two and a half months from February 14th to May 1st, and "Drama Player" has been updated with nearly 300,000 words.

This is the author's first truly long book. I've written a few books before, but I haven't stuck to it, and I haven't started writing much after tens of thousands of words. Therefore, this "Drama Player" can be updated all the time, and I am very happy for my persistence.

When I talk about the inspiration for writing this book in the first place, I remember it was a quiet afternoon. Sitting in the window seat of the noodle restaurant, I ordered a bowl of rice noodles with pork foam. As I ate, a wonderful thought suddenly flashed through my mind, if there was a game that was exactly the same as the real world, what would happen the moment I came face to face with the characters in my game?

As I thought more about this wonderful idea, interesting characters appeared in my mind. The author likes a few of his roommates in college, and remembers what it was like when he used to play games with them, and unconsciously substituted their personalities into the characters. (Truth be told, though, most of them have been magical.) Thinking about the funny drama these characters playing out in their heads, I can't help but smile.

I yearn for that kind of life of constant adventure and adventure, and I like the feeling of approaching the mystery step by step, understanding the mystery, and finally revealing the truth behind the mystery. When I wrote "The Drama Player", I was also fantasizing about such a life. Fantasy is joyful, creation is joyful, it feels like you've been reborn and lived again.

Here, thank you for the starting point, and thank you for my responsibility for editing Loach greatly. Last time I tried the waters, although the results were not good, after all, my work was noticed and recognized, which was enough. From signing a contract to putting it on the shelves, it's not easy for authors, and it's not easy for editors. So, thank you so much.

And I would like to thank my dearest readers. The reader is the "book buddy", and like the "roommate", they live under the same book. Whether it's the readers who voted for me, the readers who left me a comment, or the readers who accompanied the author step by step, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm like a storyteller, and you're my audience, and it's nice to have you with me.

Thank you to my operations officer, thank you to my fans, your support has given me a lot of motivation and made me full of energy when coding words. (laughs)

Before opening this new book, I met an old classmate from my high school days, and after talking, I learned that he was actually writing at the beginning. We paid attention to each other and discussed for a long time, and many of his words benefited me a lot. It's a pity that he may be too busy to persevere, so I hope he will come back one day.

Remember the sentence he wrote on the title page: "First to yourself, then to others." ”

At first, I didn't agree with this sentence, but gradually, I also had some understanding. The book, first tell the story you want to tell, that's the original intention. Then a group of like-minded readers will come to read your book.

Therefore, I will insist on telling the story I want to tell and write what I want to write.

Putting on the shelves is not the end, it is the "starting point"!

Here, I would like to ask all readers for the first order! Thank you!

Come on! One day, all players will be able to become "Drama Masters"!
