Section 60 Wilson and Wendy's Garden
In the drowsy darkness, Wendy woke Wilson up.
The old grandmother was standing by the cold fire, not letting the flame go out, and the little fishman and Willow were still sleeping on the straw roll. Wendy put her finger to her mouth and shushed, pulling Wilson up and nodding at the grandmother. Wilson, Wendy, Ves, and Spider explore the mushroom grove together.
On the way, Wilson ate a carrot and walked to the entrance of the mushroom grove before he could finish it. It was connected to the open space of the makeshift base by a narrow path, flanked by the abyssβa huge, bottomless chasm. Wilson ventured to look down, and he tried to see it with his torch, but it was too deep, and it was all darkness as far as the eye could see, and there were even gusts of cold wind blowing up from the cracks. He only glanced at it, and then he didn't have the courage to step forward, Wendy looked at him, "Are you scared?" β
Wilson took two steps back and shook his head: "I just hope I don't hit my butt when I fall." β
Wendy covered her mouth and laughed a few times, they walked into the mushroom forest from the narrow road, the road was full of fluorescent flowers, lighting was not a problem, Wendy also picked a few fluorescent fruits and put them in her backpack.
The little spider tasted one, "Woo~ delicious!" β
But Wilson put it in his mouth and felt that it was tasteless, and the fruit was light and light, far worse than the taste of berries.
With a shovel, Vess scooped up the red mushrooms that were popping up on the ground, red mushrooms could not be eaten raw, but were delicious when cooked.
Wilson meets Wendy's description of the "spider-infested" mushroom tree, a small patch of mushroom trees with branches entwined with spider webs, their torsos pale and lifeless.
The little spider approached the trees, and he reached out to wipe the dust off the trunks, and Wilson walked up to get a closer look. But Wendy hurriedly reached out and grabbed Wilson's shoulder.
Two red-eyed white spiders hung from the cliff overhead, almost falling on Wilson's head, but Abigail divided them by two and solved the two spiders.
Frightened, Wilson said to himself, "How do you bring these trees back to life?" β
But instead of wasting time on this, they continued to explore. The mushroom grove was large in size, and it was carefully advanced along the border, which was connected to the outside by another path, from which they entered, and here it was an open muddy field. As soon as you set foot on this land, the fluorescent flowers bloomed one after another, which was spectacular, causing the little spider to cheer again and again: "It's lit up!" βγ
The Underworld is a novelty, Wilson thought.
They lit makeshift bonfires here. After a short rest, Wilson took out a compass and drew a map on papyrus with a quill, but the map alone was not enough, and they could not discern the direction in the underground world, and they needed a conspicuous landmark.
"Any wood?"
The little spider emptied the backpack and turned out a few pieces of wood, "Woo~"
"Why do you still have goblins and toy Trojan horses?" Wilson couldn't laugh or cry. He then flattened the blocks with an axe and took the time to build a signpost. Wendy helped him stick the signboard on the ground.
"What should I write on it?"
Wendy snatched the pen.
"It's a path to the Fluorescent Garden." Wilson read it out slowly, and the inscription was: "Wendy and her twin sisters, Wilson, Spider Boy, and the king of mime." β
Weiss clapped his hands in agreement, and Wilson was also very upbeat, and he exclaimed, "I declare that we have conquered the New World!" I'm going to name it, I'm going to name itβ" He couldn't think of a good name for a moment.
"Haha. Call it 'The gardon of Wilson and Wendy', Wilson and Wendy's garden. β
"Good! It's our garden! Wilson looked around, and although there was only one kind of flower, he thought that one day this would make it a real garden.
