Chapter 301: I'm Not Human

"Professor McGonagall, what the hell happened last night, I heard rumors that a student was attacked, right?"

In Professor McGonagall's office, William was like Professor McGonagall asking about what had happened yesterday, his expression just the right amount of fear, like a young wizard cowering at the rumors.

"You heard it right, a Gryffindor student was attacked last night, and like Lady Loris, her body was cold and stiff, as if she had been petrified." Professor McGonagall's voice was full of exhaustion, she had stayed up all night with the professors the previous night, they had searched the castle together, but found nothing.

"Thankfully, they're all alive, and they can be saved as long as the mandrakes that Professor Sprout has cultivated are ripe."

"That's good." William also breathed a sigh of relief.

"When I went to the Great Hall this morning, I noticed that the students from all four houses were nervous, they looked terrified."

"There's no way around it, and as long as the attackers aren't caught, then the panic will definitely be there." Professor McGonagall sighed helplessly, she had been trying to calm the tension of the young wizards since she went to Gryffindor House last night.

"You look tired, do you continue your training today?" He asked with concern, he still had a heartfelt respect for Professor McGonagall William, and although his recent Animagus had made rapid progress, it was not a big deal to practice one day less.

"It's okay, I can't let you come for nothing, can I?" Professor McGonagall waved her hand, signaling for William not to leave.

"You've improved a lot at Animagus lately, and training early has helped you master the art thoroughly."

"I don't know why, but I have a very strong premonition in my heart." William, who sat back in his chair, spoke of the feelings he had encountered while cultivating the Animagus.

It's an indescribable feeling, and it's hard to describe in words.

"I think I'll be able to transform in one go today, so I'd like to try some elixir."

"Are you sure? You should know that wizards can use elixirs up to twice a year, and frequent use can lead to serious consequences. Hearing William's words, Professor McGonagall suddenly became serious, she obviously felt that William was a little too greedy.

"I know, I haven't actually taken a magic potion this year, so I want to try it, you know, I have to give it a try." William wasn't talking nonsense, he woke up in the morning with a very strong premonition in his heart.

"Well, at least you're obedient and haven't tried the Animagus transformation without permission." Looking at William's unpretentious look1, Professor McGonagall finally nodded in agreement.

If you have yourself by your side, even if there is a real problem, it is easy to treat it in time. The professor thought so in her heart, and she didn't believe that William could cast the Animagus in just two months.

With Professor McGonagall's nod, William pulled out the magic bag and reached for it, quickly pulling out a small cabinet and pulling out a small bottle of golden lace filled with a crystal clear liquid.

That is naturally the elixir that fascinates countless people, the luck potion.

The bottle is very small, and it looks like it is obviously just enough for a normal person to take a small sip.

For potions, although William is not good at concouraging potions, he is very good at using potions regularly, not to mention the elixir, when William was crazy about research, large bottles of energy potions are indispensable, and he has no time to configure these potions himself.

In fact, he often bought from the shops in Diagon Alley, and William always bought those energy potions by the barrel, in addition to a large number of potions that worked with energy potions.

This drug, if used regularly, can cause irreversible damage to a person's nerves, so every few days, William needs to use other auxiliary drugs to condition his body.

In addition to this, he also stored some common potions for backup, and Harry and the others needed to refine the compound potion for a month, and William himself had some stock.

Naturally, these potions can't be piled up in a magic bag, so William specially equipped a locker for storing potions, and out of obsessive-compulsive disorder, he also labeled the name of the potion on each potion can.

"Looks like you're ready for a long time." Looking at William, who was so well prepared, Professor McGonagall sighed helplessly.

"Actually, I've always carried one or two of these vials with me, because no one knows when they're going to need a little bit of luck, are they?"

With that, William uncorked the bottle, then tilted his head and smothered the potion from the vial.

"I'm feeling so good now, I've never felt better." After drinking the elixir, William's tone became cheerful, and he noticed that the world in his eyes had changed.

It was a magical feeling, William only felt that he could control his body very easily, his hearing was sharper, his vision was broader, and most importantly, his mind became extremely clear, and some problems that could not be studied on a daily basis were solved at this moment.

In addition, a keen perception of the environment allows him to make the most correct choices quickly.

The thought that I could do everything with ease kept echoing in William's mind.

"I'm ready." After taking a deep breath, William spoke to Professor McGonagall, his tone revealing extreme confidence, as if the transformation of Animagus was a trivial matter in William's eyes.

"Then let's get started, remember what I told you, the most important thing in Transfiguration is to have a clear understanding of the transformed object and the strongest belief, and never forget at all times that you are a wizard, not a transformed animal." After repeatedly admonishing William, Professor McGonagall finally waved her hand, allowing William to begin his transformation.

With the muffled sound of incantations, William's consciousness was directed to a mysterious place1, which was pitch black, with only a hazy white light in the center, which was William's image of Animagus.

Following Professor McGonagall's instructions, he gradually began the Animagus exercise, and in Professor McGonagall's opinion, William's form was changing rapidly, and he became less and less human.
