Chapter 373: Outer Space

Many people would think that this should be the end of the matter with the scrapping of this robot, but Richard knew not. The thing he brought down was at best a pathfinder, an inconsequential cannon fodder.

Aegis is also aware of this. Marinated Egg contacts Stark and Mr. Fantastic, Reed Richards, two of the smartest people he knows. The two science gurus and a bunch of miscellaneous Aegis scientists began to work overtime to study the transmitter seized from AIM, hoping to find clues about the robot master from the machine.

But before they could start researching the investigation, Richard had already found clues.

Cosmic energy cannot appear out of thin air, and such rare things are rare in the whole universe. The fact that the robot had been nearly defeated by the Avengers and that a cloud of cosmic energy had immediately rained down from the sky to repair and strengthen it meant that its controller must have been watching the battle not far from Earth.

After obtaining a cosmic energy from Odin and assimilating it, Richard is now quite sensitive to the attributes of this high-level energy. The moment that cosmic energy fell from the sky, he was roughly locked into the source and direction of the energy.

At this moment, he had followed that direction on the Stone Wings to the location near Mars, and soon found what he was looking for.

In fact, it's not difficult at all, but it's more difficult to ignore it — a whirlpool that opens abruptly on the edge of Mars, and looks somewhat like a black hole. It was surrounded by a whirlpool of water, as if the space adjacent to it was collapsing, and anyone passing by could not have missed it.

Richard was at least seventy percent sure that the superrobot came from this thing.

Without much hesitation, Stone Wing followed his thought and flew towards the whirlpool. The aircraft turned into a meteor-like flash of light and flew away, and in an instant it seemed to be captured by a powerful gravitational force, as if it was being dragged into it by an invisible hand.

Richard didn't inform the Avengers and Aegis because he didn't think it was necessary.

A guy who can build a machine powered by cosmic energy, all Richard can think of is either the Cosmic Elder, or the Celestials, or Uncle Star-Swallowing. Whichever one is coming to the scenes, the Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. are clearly unlikely to be able to help.

To be on the safe side, he decided to find out the situation himself. Anyway, he still has the Cosmic Rubik's Cube, the Rubik's Cube has been in the Stone Wings for so long, and its assimilation degree is also increasing day by day, even if he really encounters any immortals who can't be beaten, with the Rubik's Cube in his hand, at least within the scope of this single universe, he can't run away.

The gravitational pull was only for a moment, and the Stone Wings returned to normal as they passed through the vortex.

Richard discovered that the vortex was supposed to resemble a portal, similar to the one that appeared over Earth during the Battle of New York. This door connects to a star field on the other side of the universe.

But it's clearly not as good as the solar system. As far as the eye can see, it is pitch black, and the nearest stars are all very far away, and from this angle there appears to be only a faint starlight. There are no eight planets like the solar system, and all that can be seen in the dark and deep space is countless floating rubble, like the remains of shattered planets.

Walking through the dense rubble area, an intact planet finally appeared in front of me.

Unlike Earth, which has an atmosphere and oceans, it is a completely black planet that looks like a suspended reef the size of a planet.

Stone Wings flew up, slowing down and flying above the planet's surface. As far as the eye can see, there is an endless barren land, without the slightest breath of life, let alone the slightest sign of civilization.

Nothing appeared on the surface, but Richard's paranormal senses helped him notice that there was something inside the planet. Someone has built some of the most massive fortifications inside the planet, and even Richard can't accurately estimate the size of its subterranean space.

A few minutes later, he found the entrance.

It was a rather exaggerated circular crater, with a radius of more than half a mile, like a giant well. The interior is entirely metal, and is very clearly artificial.

The Stone Wings hovered about thirty meters above the ground. A soft blue light was projected from the bottom of the craft, carrying Richard half-crouched to the planet's surface.

The planet has no atmosphere, but Richard, with Ultraman's powers, can survive in any alien environment. He could feel a slight gravitational pull on the planet, which he estimated to be less than half that of Earth.

Richard jumped into the bottomless pit and descended lightly under the pale blue ball of light. The pit was dug like a bottomless abyss, and Richard felt like he had descended at least five or six thousand meters before reaching the bottom.

It's a huge, indescribably wide space. Richard felt like he was in a city of shapes buried deep underground, surrounded by buildings of strange shapes, colors and shapes that did not conform to the style of any genre of architecture in the history of the earth. The shortest buildings in the vicinity were all three or four hundred meters tall, and Richard would not have been able to see the top of them if he hadn't had super eyesight.

He felt like a lost Lilliputian who had strayed into the territory of the Giants.

Not long after walking, colored lights began to appear all around. Colorful light enveloped his body, changing and combining around him, gradually forming a series of changing stereoscopic projection images, like a movie projected around him.

The first thing that appears in the picture is a vast sky full of stars. Meteor-like light appeared from the depths of the universe, one after the other, neatly passing by. They flew across the Milky Way and across galaxies, aiming at Earth, the blue planet of the solar system.

Meteor-like brilliance fell one after another, and the momentum and movement were like someone hitting the earth with a sledgehammer. Giants dressed in various types of armor appear next. One by one, they stood tall above the earth, and their bodies made the mountains seem to be a little shorter.

Richard recognized it, it was the legendary Cosmic Celestials.

He was also aware of what the video was about.

It was a million years ago, so long as all forms of history on Earth did not exist, that the first group of cosmic gods encountered in the history of Earth came to Earth.

And it was this team of cosmic gods who sowed the seeds of life for the future ruler of this planet on this azure planet.

They created humanity.
