Now the juice is still clear, not only the color is gorgeous, but also the amount is also very large, hundreds of catties of grapes without a drop of water to produce two barrels of wine, the weight is at least more than 70 catties, almost about two-thirds of the weight of grapes.
With such a ratio, I should be able to get about 200 catties of wine this year, I have to say that it is surprising and pleasantly surprised, the only thing I am worried about is whether the taste can be satisfactory.
