Chapter 48. Liver! Liver! Liver!
The cards of the Adventurer's Guild serve two purposes.
The first function is to indicate the identity of the adventurer, whose status is temporarily set by Simon as black iron, brass, silver, gold, and platinum.
Although Simon also wanted to add some ranks such as 'master' and 'grandmaster' to the back, considering that the Adventurer's Guild had just started and there was no need for so many ranks for the time being, it was temporarily set at five ranks.
Players with a high rank will receive preferential treatment if they accept quests in the Adventurer's Guild.
The second purpose of these enchanted cards is to keep track of what kind of tasks adventurers have completed.
Similarly, the player will be able to increase their rank by accumulating Fame Points based on the difficulty of the tasks they complete.
Since players at this stage are primarily trying to move up the ranks, Simon affectionately calls them 'Ranked'.
So, what do players do to move up the ranks?
One word, naturally, is liver.
Work hard to complete tasks and move up the ranks.
Considering that there are also high and low levels of strength among players, Simon also thoughtfully launched other packages for players.
As long as the first five missions are all difficult tasks and successfully completed, you will be able to quickly move up the ranks.
This stage is called 'positioning'.
And in order to position themselves to a higher starting point, what will players do?
Or one word, liver!
Players who have attained a higher rank must also take on the quest again within a week or two, otherwise the rank will slip.
This stage is what Simon calls 'relegation'.
So what should players do if they want to be relegated?
It's still one word, liver!
Similarly, the Adventurer's Guild will also sell monster materials to craft weapons, but these can only be purchased using Guild Fame.
For the sake of cool equipment, in order to gain prestige, the next thing for players to do is also very simple.
Or liver.
Liver, liver, liver!
As long as the liver doesn't die! Just die!
Think about it.
Players work hard to complete tasks and gain reputation. Simon, for his part, takes a cut of the intermediary fees.
The player then consumes reputation points to obtain materials to craft weapons, and continues the liver quest with new equipment.
But in this case, the problem arises.
There are many wolves and few meats, and the tasks in the guild cannot be sufficient at all times.
What if a player has a monster material they really want but doesn't have reputation?
As the close to the people of the Gray Moon Lord, Simon certainly wouldn't sit idly by and ignore this kind of thing.
For players who want to be dissatisfied, Simon has thoughtfully launched a jumping price service of 'donating materials and money to get the reputation of the guild'.
The monster materials they donate will be placed in the guild window as new monster materials, waiting to be harvested reputation points, and the money obtained will go into Simon's pocket.
"Everything is for the good of the players, and I will always be the one who suffers."
Simon was touched by his own thoughts.
Of course, to implement these ideas, a machine is needed to keep track of reputation points in enchanted cards.
At this point...
Simon turned to look at Tisara.
"Here are the drawings for the magic stone copier. And then there's the kind of magic stone card machine that Simon said you can record reputation points, which I'm already working on, and it will take two days to complete. β
Tishara slipped a wad of hand-drawn paper into Simon's hand and replied casually.
"Two days? These two days were enough time for Master Tim to build a few more copies of these magic stones. You can also take advantage of this time to free up a spacious mansion as the address of the Adventurer's Guild. β
Simon nodded thoughtfully.
On the player's side, he has posted an official message saying that the reward will be delayed, which should be delayed by two days.
That's why some players are swiping on the player forums:
'The unscrupulous Simon thief is in arrears of the mission reward. β
'Simon's old thief lost his conscience, and I lived and died with Xidpa. β
'Scourge-free Red Star Ultimate Tool Man, I can understand it. That's why Xidad's family loves us. β
Looking at these comments, Simon actually didn't care.
When the Adventurer's Guild is established, these players will naturally understand his goodness.
Two days to go...
The Thousand Faces Demon and the Adventurer's Guild... It should all be done.
Thinking of this, Simon turned his head, looked at Tishara who was tasting black tea, and asked:
"Tisara."
"Huh?" Tishara pinched the teacup and turned her head sideways, looking at it with big black eyes.
"Is the Abyss Master conjured up by the Thousand-Faced Demon Tool really able to hide from the other Three Pillar Gods?"
Simon asked.
"At least on the outside, it looks like a real abyss master."
Tishara replied as she stared at Simon.
After a while, she laughed:
"Of course, it's just an empty shell of appearance and momentum, and even the Thousand-Faced Demon Equipment I made can't imitate the power of the Abyss Master. Andβ"
"Simon, are you worried?"
Tisara's eyes sparkled.
"It's not enough to worry." Simon shrugged his shoulders and replied without changing his face: "I'm still a little confident in my acting skills." β
Hearing this, Tishara burst out laughing.
Her magical beauty is vividly reflected in this cheerful smile.
"It's okay, Simon." Ti Sara lowered her voice: "Don't be so flustered, if you really fail, I will definitely eat you directly before the other Three Pillar Gods erase you." β
"Before that happens, it's better for me to continue to review what the Abyss Lord looked like when he spoke."
Simon was insensitive to Tisara's words.
"It's okay, although I've reviewed it so many times, but this time the opponent is the Three Pillars God, so it's better to be cautious."
Tishara smiled in response.
Under Simon's gaze, she slowly spread her snow-white palms.
Flames, silently oozing from between her fingers.
It was a faint black fire.
The light of the fire flickered slightly, and the lights around it were already swallowed up.
Dark, gloomy round firelight.
Just a slight gaze makes it feel as if the soul is about to be pulled into it.
And this is the Abyss Domination Body that Tishara devoured.
Even after the Eternal Night Witch has been digested and devoured in the past three years, this terrifying four-pillar god still looks so-
"Witch of the Night!!
A terrifying roar rang out, and the firelight beat violently!
Above this firelight, countless intricate pitch-black spells were tightly binding each other, firmly fixing them into the shape of spheres.
"The Abyss Lord is still so spiritual."
Feeling the intense flame light and the powerful coercion that swept in, Simon couldn't help but rub his eyes.
"Hmm... No way. At this pace, it is estimated that it will take two or three years to fully digest it. β
Tishara held out her finger as she spokeβ
Poked the Lord of the Abyss.
The next moment, the impotent fury of the Abyss Lord rang out:
"Don't touch me with your filthy fingers! You unclean witch!! β
