Epilogue (From Immortal to Man)

Because of a headache, I was determined to cultivate the Tao, and I occasionally gained something, and it was perfunctory.

Haha, headache patients have a wide range of ideas, and what they write intermittently is like putting together a tangram, even I didn't expect that in the end, all the parts can be perfectly and organically combined to form a perfect theoretical system, which is really interesting.

Do you guess that my head still hurts even today?

From the moment you realize selflessness, your cultivation will be a thousand miles away.

In fact, I prefer to move bricks, but since I am determined to cultivate immortals, it is also appropriate to write this book, blowing bubbles.

The last job that robots can replace is probably writing.

The writing ability is too poor, only 100,000 words, and the online literature gods will come out in half a month, and I will change it after 1 year of writing. And it's not about the level of writing.

Writing is just a means, the purpose is to cultivate immortals, specifically to see if you can cure headaches.

But the bad thing is that I still write a book, and I don't want to write the book.

It should be regarded as cultivating and doing nothing.

Even if this book is finished, I don't know how to classify it, is it a novel? Or is it philosophical? Or health care?

In order to learn more and more, for the Tao day by day, I racked my brains because of writing monastic texts, which directly affected the improvement of the realm, but I have self-disciplined, improved the method and theory, and gained a lot.

Every time one more person reads, he will reap a merit that can offset my retribution, and the headache is really the retribution for making mistakes in the past.

There are so many subversive things in the book.

Maybe it's worthless, because the headache is as stubborn as ever, and it seems that it has really been damned.

But all the causes and conditions of the past and present lives are already clear in the chest.

Although the clouds have gained the way, they have gained nothing. In order to prevent rubble and jade, the whole book will be talked about.

The cultivation of mortal immortals is to point out the future direction of human evolution: emotional intelligence.

The world of the future is a spiritual world, and emotional intelligence plays a leading role.

The Tao realm and the mortal realm, through the concept of stillness, divide the spiritual world of people and the level of emotional intelligence.

The body is the carrier of the soul, hope is the fire of the soul, the navigation of lust, and the other side of the soul is the ideal country.

Above desire is emotion, and above emotion is will. The will goes straight to the Yuan Shen, cultivates the Tao and cultivates the Yuan Shen, and practices the will (the will is the internal qi).

A clear path to evolution.

If the flame of hope is extinguished, there is no hope for the ideal country to be achieved, and if the ideal country is hopeless, where is the sense of security? What is lost is the foundation of one's life.

To realize oneself is to realize the ideal country.

Hope is a banner of the ego. Any damage to this flag is an absolute blow to the soul.

Without self, can there be no hope?

Physical safety is only a basic need for safety. It's enough food and clothing.

Emotional security, the ignition of hope, is the contentment.

There is nothing more sad than the death of the heart, and there is nothing more ruthless than this sentence: you have no hope, in other words, you are hopeless.

People's hopes depend on the ideal country.

The flies camp the dogs, and their ideal country is also vulgar.

The hope of personal greed for wealth and wealth is insignificant, and the fire of the soul is burning brightly if the world is in mind!

The realm of selflessness lies in getting rid of the ego, being free from physical trouble, and achieving fearlessness on a safe base.

Selfishness will never be able to experience the Tao realm.

Man is the body and soul, that is, the body, the consciousness of the gods, the primordial spirit, or the body, mind and soul, which corresponds to the morality, intelligence, body and beauty.

Body repair, for fitness; Recognize the mind and cultivate wisdom, and study and communicate for learning, reading, and research; The original spirit cultivates virtue for the way of harmony.

Beauty and virtue come from the heart, learn from the gods, and then return to the original gods.

Virtue is the foundation of an ideal state. Beauty is a part of virtue, and virtue is the manifestation of the Tao in the world.

Any illness reflects a lack of harmony in the mind, body and spirit.

Rhythm is the expression of the perfection of the body, mind and spirit.

This book advocates meditation in order to better understand the state of stillness, and practicing meditation is not a way to cultivate, but just a good way to sit on a pile and exercise the body.

If you meditate, you have to apply it to all occasions, and that's in line with the omnipresent path.

Monasticism should be an all-weather undertaking.

The absolute "selflessness" is the dead, which is also the highest state that people can cultivate, you can even ignore the pain, so that you can sacrifice yourself to feed eagles like the Buddha, dedicate yourself to the cross like Jesus, and sacrifice yourself to the cross like Mencius!

Fan Ren approaches the state of "selflessness" through "constant and constant non-existence"!

It's a pity that at present, it can only be done often, and the level of "selflessness" is not high.

So this brain band of "my" has not been able to be removed.

In the middle of the writing, the god is extremely enthusiastic, it is estimated that fame and fortune are at work, and the original god is extremely impatient, and I have to keep smoking to appease.

Writing this, one foot in the sky and one foot in the ground, isn't it a bit confusing? Such a mysterious thing as monasticism has actually become popular science knowledge, haha, those who can have the patience to see here are all destined people, as a cultivator, I am also generous enough, and I have never hidden a trace.

Cultivation is still necessary to self-realization, and what you get on paper is shallow in the end, and if you want to get it, you must bow down. For example, the concept of "now", I have a thousand words, and if you don't feel it, then you don't know what to do. This is also the reason why monasticism has hardly become popular culture.

There is also a convenient condition for modern people to cultivate the Tao, but it may also be a weakness, that is, a large number of theoretical exercises can be found on the Internet, unlike the ancients who had to travel thousands of miles to find the true scriptures. But it's easy to get your hands on, but it's not easy to cherish, and it's hard to choose, and it's all an obstacle to enlightenment.

I am afraid that there are very few people who believe in the monastic texts I wrote, and they are full of superficial truths, and there are no profound methods, and everyone can understand them at a glance. But I'm really worried, because it's very superficial, and no one can actually understand it. Cultivation is practice-oriented, and if you can't practice, there is not much difference between understanding and not understanding. So it is necessary to add some more explanatory text.

The Great Dao is mysterious and mysterious, but cultivation should be specific and subtle, and everyone should cultivate according to their own situation.

When I talk about cultivation, I mean work and life, don't say that I am very busy at work and have a stressful life, which is why I need to cultivate even more. Fairy Road Navigation is by no means aimed at a specific group of people. In ancient times, even the emperor had to practice, and the common people, didn't they have a higher pursuit? Isn't cultivation just to support your family, hehe, and it doesn't lose its authenticity.

Now those who read this monastic text are often people who are interested in cultivation, and these people will think that my theory is too shallow, and the author's Taoism is not deep, so it's okay to show beginners, but is this really the case? Those who are not interested in spiritual practice are even more missed, and the pearl is in front of them, but they are regarded as rubble.

And the practice has never been a metaphysics of gods and ghosts, and I even think it should be included in the university curriculum. In traditional Chinese education, Confucianism is a kind of cultivation. Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism have always been synonymous, don't be fooled by the cloak of religion. The backwardness of old China was not cultural backwardness, but the backwardness due to scientific shortcomings. Everything is inferior, but the reading is high, and the books that are read are not practical.

Chinese are too fond of reading, and they devalue manual labor too low, like the status of technical schools is too low, as if only learning can evaluate engineers, in fact, this concept should be adjusted.

Modern scientific theories and technologies are all made from the laboratory, and the hands and brains cannot be wasted.

In ancient times, cultivators had no concept of science, and their understanding of the world was a completely different path.

Of course, if you can cultivate to become an immortal, it can't be said to be a mistake, the qigong craze in the nineties, the farce of special functions, and the backwardness of modern times have fully explained the limitations of traditional theoretical exercises. Of course, if you have to really say how a certain immortal is amazing, then I also have to say that there is only one in ten million people who have cultivated, and there is nothing to praise.

I want everyone to be like a dragon, and everyone is a way to become immortals.

Modern technology has done just that.

But then again, let's not give up the advantages left by our ancestors and blindly get into science and can't get out. Now you see that most of the best-selling books on the market are written by foreigners. Material is the foundation of culture, and cultural leadership is the real leadership.

Of course, the 14 articles I have written on the path of cultivation are still very imperfect, but they can be used as a framework to completely abandon the traditional absurd elements with a scientific attitude, and become a cultivation method that ordinary people can practice.

The real cultivation method should be easy to learn and understand, and it will be easy to learn and understand, and it will be effective as soon as it is used. In addition, these are all wild fox Zen, evil and crooked.

Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism all advocate meditation, and meditation is a very personal experience, so it should not be forced, let alone equated cultivation with meditation. I don't have an opinion on internal qi and meridians. If you focus on your body for a long time, you may be able to perceive the fever, or if you are more focused, you can perceive the meridians, and even knot the golden pill and raise the baby, it is not known. But I only believe in science and explore theology. If it is not confirmed for a day, then it can only be doubted.

The emergence of human consciousness is something in the realm of theology. One day it can be explained, and intelligent robots can appear. Unfortunately, there are no signs of a breakthrough in sight yet.

There are more than 7 billion people in the world, and it is impossible to have a unique point of view.

So I don't think that all of my ideas are original, but I did come up with them through my own reflection. Because it's not an authority, it's hard to be recognized. After all, I opened my mind too late, and there are many bad habits in practice that are difficult to change, and there may still be major flaws in the system, which can be discussed.

It is easy for people to be content with the status quo, even if you point out the difference in the realm to him, but who believes it? After all, the ups and downs of life are not something that everyone can experience, and things that have not been experienced are all vain. So whether the Dao realm really exists is still an unsolved mystery. If there is something that is achieved unintentionally, it may not be self-aware. And intentionally, and violating the concept of non-action, the epiphany of Zen Buddhism, how difficult it is, the ascension of Taoism, all false, how it is, is still undiscussed.

People are always superstitious about unknown things, can monks in distant places chant scriptures, poetry and distant places are always good, but they always ignore their own existence, where I am, are all heaven. There will always be a distant place in the world that you can't touch, don't pin your hopes on the ethereal future, the current time and space are the foundation of your life. As a well frog, don't want to travel the world, the bottom of the well is the real world, if you want to get out of the well, you must first become a Kunpeng, otherwise you will be laughed at by a swan. The bird's nest knows the ambition of the bird, and the bird does not know the joy of the bird.

I wrote an essay after learning the Tao for less than half a year, and it was inevitable that I would laugh and be generous, and I would be ashamed to think about it. The main thing is to enlighten yourself, if you can enlighten the beginner, it is also considered to be meritorious, but also afraid of misleading others. The sages were all written after attaining the Tao, and I sought the Tao with literature, which can be regarded as a different way

There is a strange phenomenon in the assessment of historical and modern celebrities. There are many Confucianism turning to Buddhism, or Taoism turning to Buddha, and it seems that Buddha is the final destination. This is a purely voluntary choice.

When I talk about cultivation, I try not to involve religion, but religion is the destination of the soul and can provide the greatest aspiration. Now is not the glorious time to sweep away all cows, ghosts, snakes, and gods.

It is very difficult for a monotheistic believer to convert to other believers. Because the punishment of abandoning the original owner is too terrible, unless you convert to Scientology. And science has reached a dead end.

But from the point of view of the comfort of the soul, the Tao is actually the worst. The Tao is actually the original version of Scientology, and it is destined to be a tragedy for the ancients to cultivate into immortals under unscientific conditions.

The Buddha transformed the Tao into a religion, and the Tao enriched the teachings of the Buddha, and the two complemented each other. But Tao was born without a belief in the unknown. It shows the tragedy of man's victory over the sky.

Can people live forever? It's okay to deceive others, but when the years are ruthless, reincarnation becomes the only straw.

The Buddha, as the master of the whole, has the most ample YY space to soothe the soul.

Outside of the practice of all things, meditation is the only way to take refuge. It seems that you can become a Buddha and become holy, and prayer and repentance seem to be liberating.

I'm not trying to break this placebo. After all, this is the last refuge in life, and I don't want to create this sin.

But in fact, meditation is daydreaming, which is the most scientific understanding of meditation. When the daydream is done, the brain domain can be developed, and everything is self-sufficient.

With scientific cultivation, we can't really daydream in a daze.

Modern science simply doesn't know how sleep really works.

Therefore, returning to oneness, cultivation is eating and sleeping.

If you want to become a Buddha and become an ancestor, then you can wake up.

Xuan Xuan Miao is wonderful, and Xuan Miao has its own "I" know.
